Gunhead's Grief
There were many Recommendation Students in the Exam for Recommended Students before the Public Exams begin.
Izuku was among them thanks to Gunhead.
'Wow, wicked dye kid~' said Present Mic as Izuku registered his name.
'Ah, it's a part of my quirk,' said Izuku helplessly. 'The more I master my quirk, the more my hair turns pink and we have no idea what happens if all my hair went pink on me.'
'Oh...' and Present Mic looked at the registered name.
Name: Midoriya Izuku - Age: 14 - Quirk: Girl Power
He really wondered what this was about, until exam happened.
This kid definitely showed WHY his power was called 'Girl Power'.
When he started the race after dividing the groups into 5 people per group in the Obstacle Race, the kid literally turns into a pink-haired hourglass bombshell much to their disbelief. His pinkened hair grew long and next thing they knew, he or she errr WHATEVER, outzipped his team, outzipping the equally-sped Todoroki Shouto and Inasa Yoarashi who were shocked that he turned into a girl and outgunned them both and in such a lovely form.
'Midoriya Izuku, 2.67 minutes!' Present Mic gasped out. 'You're fast, kid! Gunhead's a dang good teacher!' he exclaimed as Izuku changed back to being a boy and his pink tips got bigger.
'Yeah, he is.' Izuku beamed.
'But...Girl Power?'
'Its in my school files.' Izuku sighed. 'I don't wanna talk about it in public...' he said miserably.

'Midoriya neh? He's a bad case of Quirk Singularity.' said Nezu as Present Mic asked him later when the exams ended.
'He's a what?!' Present Mic yelped. 'Q-Quirk Singularity?!'
'Yes...he transforms into a pink-haired girl version of himself.' said Nezu. 'Then when he grows his hair at will, the stronger he is that at full-power, when his hair is hip-length, he's potentially as strong as All-Might himself.' he said to Present Mic's shock. 'Gunhead tested his full power in the countryside during school vacation but Midoriya-kun gets sexually-insecure. And they have no idea what will happen to him if he fully masters his Quirk, a symbol when his hair turns all pink so they focused more on training and trying to delay the inevitable for the kid's peace of mind. And his girl form is very, very functional.' Nezu tut-tutted in sympathy. 'For a male, that must be psychologically rough. UA has promised his mother to support him in what happens should his hair turn fully pink as they have theories and fears.'
He took out two photos of Izuku.
'This is him before he...changed.' he pointed at the left and then the right photo. 'The stronger he is, he changes physically in his true form too. They think that if he fully-mastered his powers...he'll be a girl for real so Gunhead focused more on other hero skills and then let him have 20% mastery in time for school until his student accepts the inevitable.'
'Awww hell, poor kid...' Present Mic shuddered. 'He's got man's worst fear on his ass.'

'Oy Pinkie!' Izuku twitched as Bakugo called him by late afternoon the next day. 'How come I never saw you today in UA?'
'Ah, shishou put me on Recommendation so my exam was yesterday.' said Izuku.
'Recommendation?!' Bakugo squawked, wide-eyed.
'Yup.'
Bakugo realized Gunhead recommended Izuku.
'Damnit, I shoulda asked him too!'
'You said you didn't wanna join his dojo...'
Bakugo was in a doom and gloom corner. He had missed an opportunity to show off more.
'Well, it was an obstacle course race, I finished in two and half minutes.' said Izuku. 'Those guys weren't kidding around with their course and passing score was below six minutes.' he said. 'How about you?'
'77 Villain Points, the highest in the lot!' Bakugo preened in self-satisfaction.
'Eh?'
'Some dumb ass robots with a certain number of points, we kill em' and rack up at least 60 points to pass.' said Bakugo. 'And in UA there's only two Hero Courses.'
'That's 40 students only, the number of robots ensuring only the best 30 wins since in the Recommended Students, only 10 gets an in.' said Izuku. 'Talk about cruel.'
'Well, they'll have to settle for Shiketsu and Ketsubutsu, the other top schools in other prefectures.' Bakugo shrugged. 'They got two more chances then.' he said. 'Well we passed, so what do we do now?'
'Well, shishou said I should take a break and focus on graduation day.' said Izuku. 'We're senior students now.'
'I don't see the point. Getting an admission in Hero Schools is as good as Graduation for us, only the other dipshits need to worry about that stuff now.' said Bakugo. 'I'd say we gotta loads of free time!'
'If you say so...'
'So spar me, pinkie!' Bakugo demanded. 'In 30%!'
'Hai hai...tell auntie first!' Izuku gulped out. 'And that's as far as we can safely go, OK?!'
'Yeah yeah!'
Suddenly, Izuku's eyes turned pink and he looked quite shaken. 'Pinkie?' Bakugo frowned.
'W-who's that...?' Izuku stammered out in a shaken trance. Alarmed, Bakugo took Izuku to the Taxi Stand and flagged a cab.
'To Gunhead's Dojo, now!' "Fuck, of all times for his shitty quirk to go out of muck!"
At a young age, due to his friendship with Izuku, he learned what a Quirk Singularity was. Unlike most people, people in this case 'gets taken over' by their Quirks.

Hey.
Hey. Izuku.
'W-who's that...?'
Why...I am you. In his mind, Izuku saw an older girl. Beautiful and a bombshell in a man's words. She was so curvaceous.
'You...are me?'
Hai. the girl nodded. Your mother accurately named your Quirk that I regained what little consciousness I have left as you were born with my powers. You inherited them. she explained. I will be teaching you what we can do. But you seem hesitant.
'But if I fully-master my powers, I'll become a girl for good. I'll lose my identity as a guy...' Izuku fretted fearfully.
Well, you are my reincarnation after all. But it manifested as this...Quirk Singularity thingy. Being a girl is not so bad as you might think. she said playfully as she coyly approached him.
'Well, I was the butt of jokes in school...'
Fufu, ignore them! You get to go places, they don't! We'll be busy soon and the more you master our power, the faster I get to pass on since I don't wanna be stuck here. she told him, wrapping her arms around him from behind and he squeaked as he felt her large melons on his back. Master our powers and I'll get to really pass on. I'm long dead, you know? I'm just stuck in you.
'Eh?!'

'Izuku! Izuku!' Gunhead tapped Izuku on the cheek as Bakugo brought Izuku to him in a trance state, his eyes pink and unresponsive no matter how hard they tried.
'A-ah!' Izuku gasped out and found himself in the dojo. 'S-shishou? Kacchan?'
'You dumb shit, you scared the fuck out of us!' Bakugo sputtered. 'You went out and talking to something!'
'Its complicated.' Izuku squeaked. 'M-my Quirk talked to me.'
'Your Quirk talked to you?' Bakugo and Gunhead blurted incredulously.
'Un.' Izuku nodded. 'She'll show up until mastery...s-shishou, it's inevitable...' he stammered out, pale-faced and teary-eyed. 'I'll b-become a girl someday...' Gunhead and Bakugo did a double-take especially with how despairing he looked. Not to mention its MAN'S WORST FEAR.
'O-oh dear...I think we should spend this year in Quirk Counseling under Recovery Girl.' Gunhead told Bakugo. 'Government Quirk Counseling is no good.'
Izuku looked ready to cry.
'Quit it with the waterworks pinkie!' Bakugo sputtered as he was no good with anyone crying, 'You'll have to deal with it eventually!'
'Don't wanna~!'

'So that's how it is, eh? We'll have to keep an eye on you, Midoriya-kun.' said Recovery Girl. 'This affects your psyche and emotions, not just your body.' she said in a thoughtful frown. 'We'll have to do frequent check-ups when you go to school next year.' she decided. 'But let things take its course. Being a girl isn't bad you know. Let your mom teach you for now and...listen to this girl in your head. Right now, she understands your situation the most and when she's satisfied, she will leave you, the time your transformation is completed.' she said. 'For now, for your own sake, stop denying because you're only hurting yourself in the end.' she advised kindly. 'And as a precaution, wear the female uniform.'
Izuku fainted.
'...is that so hard?'
'Well...to be fair, only males understand his fear and grief.' said Gunhead. 'I wouldn't know what I'd do if I were in his shoes myself, even if he has those who supports him by his side.'

'Oi Gunhead...what do you mean that Government Quirk Counseling is no good?' Bakugo asked him as they left school, walking to the gates.
'I had a friend once as a kid and he lived across my house.' said Gunhead. 'He was a sweet kid, Izuku reminds me of him.' said Gunhead sadly. 'But his sole misfortune, was his Quirk that made society shunt him to Villain Category.'
'In Elementary School, the Principal required him to take Quirk Counseling in a legit clinic nearest to school. And he would tell me its no Quirk Counseling. Its basically threatening you or else under flowery words and fake smiles that never reached the eyes. They were shown videos on how Heroes are all good in the world, Villains are all bad in the world, and basically pressuring them to pursue hero-hood. Sounds nice in a summary like that, but if you actually watch how it goes, its cruel and inhumane since day one...and my friend committed suicide than go back there.' he said bitterly. 'He was only seven years old.' Bakugo froze at that. It was that bad a kid killed himself over it?
'When I graduated UA, I investigated all these clinics, it became my life's mission to expose this inhumane treatment.' Gunhead swore. 'I even studied psychology and the human mind...and published my work to do my friend justice as anonymous of course, I published it through social media page by page, photo and video evidences included, I spared no expense.' said Gunhead darkly. 'So that no children will suffer these stupid jokes of so-called Counseling when in reality, its mental, emotional and psychological abuse plus threats. And the HPSC Funded and Supported this madness.'
'It caused quite the social chaos, parents who signed a contract of disclosure now had the power to tell the media their woes of what their children went through since my videos exposed their cruelty. My work was the subject of debate by the media and important figures that eventually, actual doctors designed a curriculum that pacified the masses. And the law keeps an eye on these clinics since but given what happened...I can't bring myself to entrust Izuku to a Counseling Clinic ever again. I don't want to see another kid suffer what Kenji did.'
'That's the old days?'
'Yeah, you be glad those monsters no longer have child-related jobs. The HPSC had an employee overhaul too after a thorough mental check and given the timeline...that was two years after you two are born.'
'...gimme the link to those pages. I need to see for myself.' Bakugo decided.
'You'd be shocked for sure.'
