Blood-red eyes met blood-stained sheets. Time dragged between the two males, both staring in shock and both incredibly scared. Emotions flashed across Sebastian's eyes, disbelief, suspicion, fear, worry, concern and anxiety. Feelings that drove Ciel insane. Unable to watch Sebastian any longer out of embarrassment and guilt, Ciel turned away. His soft pink lips trembled with pain from the cuts and pain from Sebastian's gaze. He didn't need this. He didn't need Sebastian's worries. He didn't need anything or anyone. Because no one could help him now, no one could understand his situation. Least of all a heartless, soulless demon.
Sebastian was questioning reality. This wasn't real, and he knew it. His young master was stronger than this, Ciel was smarter than this. Sebastian was questioning Ciel's difficulties. He originally thought that he knew the boy inside and out, both physically and mentally. But he never thought Ciel's problems would amount to this. Sebastian was questioning himself and his emotions. He didn't care whether or not Ciel cut himself, many of his previous masters did. At least, he tried to convince himself of this. The fear and concern seemed so real, Sebastian had himself questioning whether or not he cared.
I'm beginning to actually feel proud of these. :)
