I'm searching for a story. Bella's best friend Alice sets her up on a blind date with a lawyer who works at Alice's husband, Jasper's firm. While their first date goes smoothly,their second date quickly turns ugly when Bella's date gets a little too pushy with his affections, until Edward thankfully appears.

Thank you to those of you who helped me in my search. The story is called In Between Dreams, by skB30. Unfortunately it was pulled from Fanfiction. I have pm'd the author, and I encourage anyone interested in reading it do the same. Perhaps with enough interest she may repost. Best wishes Kimberlou
