Hello everyone! Sorry for the absence but i got sick like REALLY BAD (Equivalent of eating something that leaves green fluorescent waste, yeah that bad) but I'm back to action since i got this awesome art book of destiny a few days ago, so I'm on inspiration rush! enjoy.
P.D. To answer a question to the reviews 1) Titans are not that bad but are like the common tanking guy in other games, and Menma its more the alley of a Warlock/Hunter mix. 2)Might put 1 OC from Destiny to the Harem, but the rest will be from the E.N. or who knows? maybe I'll put a surprise there.

The Dark Warlock
Years latter, Earth.
The speaker gazed at the city from his study, the mask on his face hiding the expression he wore but by his slouched posture and depressing demeanor anyone could tell that he was not in a good moment, his own ghost noticed this but made no effort in addressing it, it already knew the cause. wordlessly it dismissed itself in a flicker of light as the elder made way to the shipyard. ignoring the addressing of the personal and the other guardians that lingered at the moment; in other times he would have responded to the greetings but the last years had left him jaded with the naivety and ignorance of some persons, mainly concerning the matter of certain guardian.
As he stepped into the shipyard he acknowledged Amanda Holliday who simply nodded her head toward the stairs, giving his thanks at the hint the speaker went down to where and old cargo ship now functioned as a make-shift bar, normally in this hour it was full of other guardians who wanted to unwind from another day of hard work or in some cases to boast about their wins in the Crucible, but his attention was solely focused on the brooding warlock garbed in a black and gold robe* that was downing a bottle like it was water, a gaze to the bar told him that this was not the only one he emptied so with a motion of his head he send the nervous bar-man off, much to his relief.
The speaker then sat next to the black haired young man, who seemed unaware of his presence but he knew better, as well that it would be a waste of time to beat around the bush so to speak.
"You did it again, Menma…"the speaker told him as if stating a fact and no an accusation never wise the supposed tone; much to his credit the warlock didn't flinched and continued his drink till he finished the bottle with a satisfactory sigh, barely turning his head so he could see the elder.
"Repeat me what did I do again, Old man? because I've been busy lately…" the answer may had been sound cheeky and arrogant, but out of all the people in the tower Menma felt the most utter respect from the masked man, despite his unique way of showing it. After all it was him who took care of him after…that day, at least until he could afford a place for his own.
"Twenty five complains about 'bad behavior', 157 complaints of you during missions that are not from your partner, twelve reports about brawls around the city, five accusations from FWC about antagonism of their representative and a fine addressed to you about property damage, Menma this cant go on any longer, you are better than that!"
Menma groaned at the tone that promised another of those talks, now he thanked of the man as a surrogate grand-father but he didn't want to hear another of the speaker's speech's…
'Heh…i'm must be started to get drunk after that one…' he though humorlessly as he decided to respond, his body already dealing with the alcohol in his system thanks to his 'special' gift much to his dismay, he wanted to get drunk right now…
"In my defense is their fault for being such a dickheads and assholes Old man, and for FWC you know that those bastards are against me after I rejected them from their little club! those warmongers are obsessed with my talents…as if I wanted them in the first place…" Menma slowly drifted from the conversation a his voice dropped down and his eyes glassed over for a second, before he jolted back when the masked man put a hand on his shoulder.
"Menma, you know that your parents…"
"…Would be disappointed from my behavior blahblahblah…(sigh) look old man, we've been through this far too many times and I don't care anymore and if you want to continue you better stop wasting our time! now excuse me but I'm not drunk enough and that had to be changed right now!"
The young man stressed this point by standing up and raiding the bar for another bottle, the white garbed man sighed knowing that his surrogate grand-son wont listed to him anymore, so he raised up from his seat before addressing the guardian one last time.
"Alright, I hope that you reconsider your behavior from now Menma, but, theres a mission that I want you to do when you're sober"
"Yeah mission, sober, tomorrow See ya old man"
Menma keep drinking knowing that the speaker would be long gone after his dismissal, however he knew that the old man was right, however…who would want to get along with a pariah?
"Fox, you're doing it again!" said a female voice while a delicate hand stole the bottle from him, a pair of bright yellow eyes peering from the black hood of the Huntress.
"Damn it kitty, I'm still sober!(slap) Ouch!?"
"Don't call me that you fox!" [a bit hypocrite right?]
Oh right, he had a 'wife'…sort of? he was pretty sure that they were no f-buddies but neither were boyfriend and girlfriend
"Lets go home before you embarrass yourself anymore " the subtle note of sarcasm was not missed by him, but he knew that it was her way to show that she cared.
Sometimes in situation like this Menma would have done something stupid to prove his point, like the last year on certain day he promised to bring an Ogre head barehanded…the sad thing was that he made it so his bad habit of making promises when drunk keep going.
The female hunter sighed before she drag him out of the bar not minding his whines about his bottle; she passed from the stairs to the former HQ of the Future War Cult, which now served to them as a house. How did they come to have it? well, the FCW thought that they could man-handle the unique warlock by blackmail, and when they tried to take her hostage one day…well, Menma was a little vicious with his payback, and that ended with them keeping the HQ.
She put her partner in the couch as she switched a button that pulled the stairs and polarized the window so they could have a little privacy, as usual when she tries to get the ravenette out of his clothes, it ended with the two of them…intimate.
Hours latter Menma was in the futon watching the ceiling while running down his fingers through the long black hair of the young lady which rested on his chest after all their night activities.
"You're going to do it again right?" his bedmate asked without turning to him.
"What? you still want to go another round!? I must be losing my touch if you're not tired enough" He said with a suggestive smirk chuckling as the girl blushed faintly and hit him lightly on the shoulder.
"You pervert…you know what I was talking about!"she said exasperated from his cheekiness
"Then what is it?"
"For Traveler's sake, Menma! your going again on those suicide missions!" her tone of voice was no longer calm, her body fully turned towards him so he could see the tears already on the corner of her eyes. his own expression sobering from it and tried to soothe her by embracing her close to him.
"Hey, don't cry…the old man told me that this would be the last mission"
"You said that the last time, and you almost returned death" she emphasized this by tracing the scar that began on his collarbone and ended at his hipbone, the feeling of her fingers running their course through the hardened skin sending a shiver down his spine remembering the beast who made it.
"This time is for good, Kitty, how about this? I can ask 'H' to watch my back"
"You and that Exo who's more nuttier than a bag of peanuts?(sigh) I better go with you…"
Menma raised an eyebrow at this, but chose not to make a fuzz right now so he prepared himself to sleep when he felt something wet and warm engulf his "gun". he raised an amused eyebrow at the huntress who responded to the implied question.
"I never said that I was tired, right?"
Damn it, he loved this woman.
The morning after said warlock could be seen walking to the atrium of the tower holding on one hand a weird FTL engine, the shifty merchant that appeared once every blue moon gave it to him in discount and an upgrade to his two babies (Last Word & Thorn), he made his way to the Launching pad where 'Kitty' was waiting for him in their custom Hawk*, she was already in her black and white Sojourn costume, a blade of some sort at her hips and a exotic sniper rifle in hand (Time & Patience).
"Ready Fox?"
"Yeah, let me change the hyperdrive and we'll be set for it…" said huntress whoever changed her posture to show her doubt, he wasn't quite the 'mechanic' and the sound from the ship was a bit unsettling for her.
"Don't worry, I just bought the engine from Xûr, he says that it should take us straight to any-where we want in the blink of an eye" Menma said confident that he made a good choice, not minding the looks of slight worry of his partner.
That would be the last time they would be sighted from the Tower…
Elemental Nations-at that time.
"Yatta! This will be awesome dattebane!" a excited red head shouted much to the frustration of her two other teammates, and the confusion of their client, a elderly man called Tazuna.
To Natsuki however, this was the beginning of her path to be the next hokage just like her mom, it didn't hurt that she wont be doing any of those mockeries of a mission called D-ranks, Natsuki was no baby-sitter or hell cat chaser!
"Natsuki-baka shut up! don't you see that you're annoying Satsuki-chan!?" the annoying pink head screamed (much to the grimace of every being in the next 20 mt.) unaware that her object of affection flinching in disgust at her overly zealous crush. ignoring the look of pity/sympathy of the redhead Satsuki uchiha hated with all of her being the type of Creatures that was Sakura: a Fangirl, they bring shame to the name of the kunoichi and even the fanboys were less degrading than them, maybe for the fact that most of them never joined the Kunoichi corps.
"Pfft, more like you are annoying Satsu-teme you banshee…" the red head muttered as she double checked her storage scrolls, her mother had insisted (more like forced) to always check your equipment before any missions, but sometimes the young kunoichi never understands why her mother is always overprotective of her…
"Ma ma, you girls should stop fighting in front of our client, that would leave a bad impression of us don't you think?" a silver haired jonnin told them as she appeared in a whirlwind of leafs; the assorted gennin stared at her like she grew an extra head.
"Eh? Girls? Why are you looking at?" Kasumi sweatdropped as her students made the same hand sign and muttered 'Kai' to see if their teacher was a fake or an illusion, when they see that nothing happened the expression on each other faces made the senior kunoichi laugh sheepishly as she realised the kind of impression she left on her gennin.
Natsuki looked scared at the sky as if expecting it to fall on her.
Sakura pointed a shaking finger at her.
Satsuki looked kind of pale and muttered "She's early?" again and again.
The client on the other hand looked confused at them and after a moment of hesitation he say to her "Eh, is this 'normal' for you kunoichi-san? I don't think they look, eh….ready?"
"Eh, don't worry Tazuna-san, they may not look like but they are pretty capable for this mission, after all the worst we can expect is some run-of-the-mill bandits right?" The way the silver head say it may be seen as careless, but for someone who knows how the assassins worked they may have detected the implied steel in the words of the veteran kunoichi, and the builder didn't make it difficult to hide his nerves at being almost called out. "Y-Yeah, nothing to worry about…"
Their travel was uneventful for the most part, except for when they passed a puddle in a sunny day and a moment latter, a weird comet fell off from the sky distracting the Konoha team and unaware to them, the assassins hidden poorly in the puddle.
