There standing in the attic...

Luna was staring in awe at what she was seeing all over this room. She was disturbed by all of what she was seeing right now. She wanted all of this to be a joke, but...the limbs...the blood...all of this...
It was all too real. Luna kept a thought wondering if Luan was even apart of this, like this insane crap was her secret pass or something. Luna stepped backwards, scared out of her mind at what on Earth is even being seen in front of her eyes.

Then Luna heard her voice...

"Luna?! Did you come here?!" Luan asked. "Look...I did the prank already! Outside!" Luna peered over to the attic's door, seeing that Luan finally found the house again. Luna walks down the ladder,
and saw Luan coming up the stairs. "There you are! Where were you?! I was dressed like a bear scaring you! You didn't need to run away like that!" Luna points to the ladder of the attic.

"A bear costume!? What do you call the props that are upstairs!?" Luna asked, with anger in her voice. Luan was confused by that statement.

"What are you talking about?!"

"Go up there and figure THAT out!"

Luan went over to the ladder, and climbed up towards the attic. Luna looks up at the attic, waiting for Luan to see what is up there. Luna climbed up the ladder, looking at how Luan is feeling right now. Luan's face was horrified at the looks of what is shown in front of her in this room. Luna looks over to one of the roof's windows that was up here in that attic right now. The window was broken open.

"Wha...What is...What is this, Luna?!" Luan asked, freaked out what is up here. Luna looks over to Luan, seeing the freaked out expression as nothing more than part of a prank.

"Oh...nice try! You can have a lot of pranks that nearly kill the rest of us in this family...so what kind of plastic is all of this?" Luna asked, picking up one of the limbs. Luan looked at the real hand that Luna was holding.

"Luna...this isn't fake! I should know!"

"Really? How?!"

"There's no print on it! And it's actually dripping! Remember Lucy's Halloween party? None of the fake limbs had real blood on them! Until Lucy places them on it!"

"Then...then..."

Luna looks around, seeing that the attic's limbs were not part of the prank. Luna just looked at the things that was around the attic. It was making her sick, just looking at them. Luna just looks at Luan,
and was shocked by what she was really seeing. Luan was just as shocked as Luna was.

"I wish this was a prank too, Luna...I wish..." Luan said, shaken out of her wits right now. "...Who...who could've done something like this?" Luna looks at the window, seeing that there didn't appear to be any sort of true way for a human to break through the window like this.

"I don't think by who...but what..."

"By what?"

"That thing doesn't look like a human broke through...it looked like some sort of monster did."

"Like a monster!? This is a prank back! I just know it!"

"I wouldn't have known this place, Luan. I would know this place beforehand if this was a prank." Luan held her head, shaking it.

"Oh...this is NOT what I wanted to do for April Fools Day!" Luna holds Luan's shoulder, making her turn her head towards her big sister.

"Luan...we'll make it through all of this." Luna looks over to the window, and then looks over to the attic door. "Come on...let's get over to the front door...we should probably try to see if we can see a monster or...whatever out there..."

Luna and Luan walked down the ladder, down to the living room where they were at before. Luna and Luan looked out of the front door, slowly opening the door, hoping that the monster doesn't attack them instintly coming out of the blue, and killing them. Luna stayed close to behind the door. The oldest sister out of the two of them, looked out of the door, seeing that there was nothing in sight that was alive or moving...

Not a bird...

Not a rat...

Not a squirrel...

Nothing...

"There's nothing out here." Luna said to Luan. "You investigate the barn. I'll check around the garage over here..." Luan nods, and walks over to the side of the porch. It was a pretty small farm indeed,
but that still doesn't make Luan the more uncomfortambly about looking for a monster in this entire place. Luan points to Luna as she was walking backwards towards the barn.

"You know...if this is a prank to...get back at me after all these years...I will find a way Luna...you know that..." Luan said scared. Luna stops near the pole of the sunshade above the front door, then turns to Luan.

"Luan. I'm telling you. This isn't a prank." Luna turns back around. "In truth...I think that I wish you were pranking me..." Luna walks to the garage, while Luan continued to walk towards the barn.

Going into the barn, Luan could only see nothing but darkness. Luan walked into the empty barn, not hearing the sound of any cows, or pigs, or chickens. The younger sister looked onwards, trying to find a light switch, but couldn't find one in this barn. She tried almost every wall in this barn for a light to turn on, but there was none.

Luan then remembered that she was carrying a flashlight with her at the moment. She pulled it out of her pocket, and tried to turn the flashlight on. She was able to turn it on, and was able to get a sign of something in this barn. It was horrifiying for Luan to discribe it in words.

Around here...were no animals...but a five corpses of some farmers...all seemingly looked like they have been devoured by a savage beast. Luan nearly fell backwards at the sight of this. She turned around and relieazed that this was definately no joke or prank at all.

Luna was able to get into the garage, and found a truck that was inside. The power to the house couldn't come on still, but Luna could see what the thing was, as the lights was still on inside the truck.
The key must've been in the ignition for about a week or so. Luna turned the truck off, while Luan was running her way over to Luna. Luan pointed to the barn with a scared look on her face.

"Ok...this is no prank at all! I am seeing dead farmers in that barn!" Luan said, freaking out. "What is out in this forest right now, Luna?!"

"I don't know...but I don't think I even want to know what it is that we have to worry about." Luna said.

Just then, a growl was heard outside the garage. It sounded like it was near them. Luan was shivering, while Luna tried to be brave, but was still scared deep down. Luna opens the truck's door, and got in. Luan did the same thing, but to the other side of the truck. Luna was lucky enough to have the truck keys again.

"Ok...we get this truck to the road..." Luna said. "Hopefully, we find a way out!"

Then a sound of a crash was heard in front of them. Luna and Luan looked above the dashboard, seeing that the monster was in front of them. The beast looks like...what the two could only call it, close enough to a sabertooth tiger. The two screamed, as Luna attempted to turn the key on the ignition on to drive into the thing, but it couldn't start. Luna jammed the key harder and harder, until she was able to get it working.

"FINALLY!" Luna screamed as she slammed her foot on the gas pedal, making it drive.

The monster dodged the truck as it drove out, as Luna turned the truck, down the pathway that wasn't leading to the road back home. Luna was heading straight deeper into the forest, and worse, the monster was on their trail.

"Luna! That thing is coming!" Luan screams, scared, ducking below the sit.

"Hang onto something! I'm getting us away from that thing!" Luna screamed.

"You don't even know how to drive!"

Luna looks behind her, seeing the creature was still on their trail, and then Luna looks ahead, seeing a lake that was in front of their way. Luna tried to drive the truck onto the bridge that was on the path they were taking. The truck was steady enough on the bridge, and looking behind them, they were able to see that the strange lion-like creature was not following them on the bridge. Luna stopped the truck, seeing the lion has stopped. Luan looks back too.

"Why isn't he following us!?" Luan asked. Luna heard a breaking sound ahead of her. Luna quickly sees that the bridge had a sign that had a sign with a giant circle with a line going through the middle of it. The black silohettes were showing a truck on the bridge. Luna shook Luan's arm, pointing at the sign. "Oh no..."

The bridge started to shake while the truck was moving around like it was on an earthquake. Luna held onto the sides of the chair she was sitting on, hoping for dear life that they'd live through this.
Luan looks out the window, seeing that they were now falling into the river below them. The truck hits the rapidly flowing river pretty hard, and they were lucky that the windows didn't break on them once they hit the river.

The two were nearly hit by the dashboard once they hit the river. They were now flowing along the river. Water was going through the sides of the windows on the doors. The two didn't want to drown,
so they had to prepare for something quick if they were going to make it through this.

"Luan! Listen to me on this!" Luna shouts, holding onto the top of the window of her door. "When I scream now...I need you to open that door of yours!" Luan looks at the rushing water.

"How is this a good idea?!" Luan asked.

"Just trust me!"

"This is suicide, Luna!"

"Do you want to drown out here?!"

"NO!"

"NOW!"

Luna and Luan opened the doors, as water flew right into the truck's interior, engulfing both sisters into the river. The truck sunk into the river fash, nearly taking Luna and Luan with it. Both girls flew out, and were now underwater of the rushing river. Luna looked to see her sister's passed out, as she lost conciousness, and passed out along the river.
