Narration "Talking"

Thinking *Actions during talking*

Sasuke urged his horse to go faster when he heard someone screaming from the village he was heading to. Maybe if he was lucky the stupid person called the "blood princess" would be the cause of all the screaming, then he could get this stupid mission over with.

Fucking bastard Itachi sending me on a fucking wild goose chase for some women, I've been looking for her for over two months what is so important about her? I swear if he did this as just another prank I might kill him. I know that I told him that I like being out of the castle so that I don't have to deal with all the fangirls, and I get to see how the commoners live but this is getting ridiculous.

Sasuke Uchiha is the second son of the King Fugaku Uchiha and the Queen Mikoto Uchiha. His older brother Itachi or fucking bastard as he prefered to call him is the future king of the demon world. However many of the demons in the land don't want Itachi to be King since he is a submissive demon. Sasuke being the second born means he is in charge of taking care of anything that his brother needed to be done; most of the time that means taking care of someone when they start causing trouble or saying things that they shouldn't. Sasuke doesn't mind it means he is able to see the people that his family rule and how they live their lives. Since Sasuke does anything that needs to be done in the shadows he gained the nickname "dark shadow". Sasuke unlike his brother has yet to find a mate so he is the most sought after demon in the kingdom. Sasuke is 18 years old with blue black hair and dark black eyes that match his pale complexion extremely well, however Sasuke hates to socialize he tends to prefer to be with those he considered to be important. His bastard of a brother was the reason that he was currently rushing towards a small village in the Hidden Mist having heard rumors of the "blood princess" spending time there.

Just as Sasuke entered into a cherry blossom orchard he heard what he thought to be laughter. The next thing Sasuke knew something hit him from the side knocking him off of his horse and onto the ground. Sasuke quickly rolled to his feet while pulling out the knife that he had hidden in his jacket, he was ready to attack whoever thought that they could take him on. Yet when Sasuke got a good look at the person that attacked him it was just a girl. Sasuke straitened out of his fighting stance and took a good look at the women now sitting on his horse, she had shoulder length bright pink hair with emerald green eyes; and those eyes were looking at him in amusement.

"Didn't anyone teach you that your suppose to stay on your horse?" *Sakura taunted at Sasuke*

"Hn." Sasuke glared at the annoying women waiting for her to explain herself

"Well aren't you the talkative one. Now tell me *Draws out a knife* why are you following me!"

"Hn don't think so highly of yourself women I was heading to the village up ahead to meet with someone."

"Oh really and is this someone a now very angry water demon?"

"No its not. I have nothing to do with the man that you pissed off so you can now get the hell off my horse and let me continue on my way."

"Fine, but you can't blame me for thinking that you were one of his lackeys. *Gets down* Here you go I hope you can find whoever it is that you're looking for."

"Hn. Whatever."

And with that Sakura ran off leaving a confused Sasuke behind her. After a minute he collected himself and remounted his horse and continued to the village in search for the person the peasants called the blood princess. As Sakura ran away from the cherry blossom orchard she started to laugh as she remembered the look on the man's face when he saw who had taken him down. Not many women in the kingdom could take care of themselves most relied on their family than their mates to take care of them, but not Sakura she could fight and hunt with the best of the boys sometimes better.

I never get tired of seeing the look on a guys face when he realizes that a girl only 5'4 and around 110 pounds can take them on. Now then I should get the hell away from this village so I don't meet back up with those demons again.

Once Sakura put a little more distance between her and the stupid dominate demons she slowed down to a walk. She started looking around realizing that she had gotten quite deep into the forest and it was very beautiful. After a couple hours of walking Sakura found a small river and where she was able to find a couple fish to eat for her lunch. As Sakura was finished her meal she heard a girl running through the forest crying, thinking that girl was in trouble Sakura grabbed a knife and headed into the forest to help the girl. Sakura finally found the person that was cry and it turned out to be a little girl that looked to be about eight or nine.

"Hey there are you okay?"

When the little girl finally looked up Sakura could see that she was wearing ripped and dirty clothes and it looked like someone had taken a couple swings at her.

"Wh..Who are you?"

"My name is Sakura *Bends down to her level*, are you okay do you need some help?"

"You want to help me?"

"Well of course a little girl like you all alone in the forest isn't okay. Now can you tell me your name."

"My name is Rin."

"Okay Rin its nice to meet you. Now what made you come this deep into the forest?"

"Well there are these new guys in my town and they act like they own the place, They said that unless we gave them supplies that were going to burn the village down. All of our men like my daddy are out protecting the border, because a whole bunch of monsters attacked a couple days ago so there is no one to fight them."

"Oh no that sounds horrible! But why did you come to the forest?"

"Well..please don't tell anyone but I'm looking for the blood princess. Everybody says that if you need help she will come and save you, so I'm going to find her and save everybody!"

"Wow that is really brave thing to do for someone your age."

"Right! But once I got out here I realized I don't know how to find her and when I tried to get home I got lost!" *Starts sniffing*

"Hey don't cry it's okay. Now I'll keep your secret if you can keep one for me okay?"

"Alright"

"Well you know the person you called the blood princess? Well thats me."

"REALLY! *Jumps up* Oh yay I found you. Will you please help me oh please!"

"Haha of course Rin. *Stands up*Now why don't you come with me and I'll get you some lunch then we can head to your village. Okay?"

"Yes!"

Sakura brushed the dirt off of her knees then walked with Rin back to her campsite where they finished the last of the fish. After Rin was full Sakura packed up her things and her and Rin headed toward her village.

***Sasuke***

Sasuke urged his horse on through the small village on the outskirts of the Water Country. He watched as a group of dominates walked into all of the buildings asking the people if they had seen someone around the village that morning. Sasuke had to laugh at how desperate they seemed to find this woman. The further he went into the village the more he heard about what had happened, it seemed that a young women came into the village a couple days ago. The dominate demons had shown up yesterday and started flirting with her. The lead demon had fallen for her yet she had rejected to him than when he went to confront her this morning she was gone.

How pathetic getting so worked up just because one stupid girl didn't want to be stuck with a group of idiots like them. And my parents wonder why I don't waste my time with these stupid females, all they bring is trouble and headaches. I'm not going to mate until I found a girl that has a head on her shoulders.

Sasuke finally reached the small inn at the center of the village and was about to go in and talk to the old women that he had been told was the last to see the blood princess when someone grabbed his shoulder. Slowly Sasuke turned around and glared at the man who had dared to put his hands on him with a glare that could freeze even the toughest men.

"What do you want."

"Well...um...I was wondering if you had seen a girl with pink hair and green eyes this morning?"

They must be the men that the girl that knocked me off my horse was talking about. I wonder if I should tell them where she went?

"No I haven't seen anyone like that this morning."

I should send these guys her way but I have to say she was probably just kick their asses anyway. Besides I saw her in the afternoon so it not like I'm protecting her.

"Oh well thank you sir."

With that the young dominate almost ran away from the intimidating male. Sasuke continued into the inn and pushed open the old door, sitting at the front desk was an old women in her late 70's knitting a sweater.

"Oh hello young man would you like to rent a room?"

"No I don't want a room, I just came from Kat's inn located in the fire country and she told me that her sister might be able to help me find someone. Do you know where I can find her?"

"Well young man my name is April and I am Kat's sister, how may I help you today?"

"I'm looking for the person called the blood princess and your sister said that you wrote her that a young women was staying at your inn that you believed to be her."

"Ah the blood princess hm. Well then I just might be able to help you."
