My first day at college had come to an end and it didn't go bad as I first feared this morning and I've met some great people already in my classes and especially Callum, even though he didn't say much to anyone for the whole day most of the girls in the class we were in together were already falling for him, just the lure of his charismatic and enigmatic charm made him so irresistible and a heartthrob, he was fast becoming the hottest guy in the college
I walked out of the front door of the college as the day had ended and stood waiting for my friends to appear from their classes, I noticed Callum was sat at one of the benches and I walked over to him
"Hey" I greeted him
"Hey, Maddie isn't it" he greeted me
"Yeah you forgotten my name already" I proclaimed, smiling weakly at seating down opposite him
"No I've just had a lot girls coming up to me today and giving their numbers" he informed me
"It's only a matter of time till you're the most popular guy in the college" I exclaimed
"Yeah but I don't want any of that I'd rather be the guy in the background or shadow, anyway how was your first day at college" Callum enquired
"It was good to be honest I was really nervous first thing in the morning and now it seem ok I guess" I informed him "How was your first day?"
"Ok I guess as well but at least I know nearly all the girls in our year now" he replied
"Listen Callum, me and my friends were heading in town and I was wondering if you would like to join us" I proclaimed, rising an eyebrow
"I would love too but I can't tonight, my mum is preparing a special meal for my family tonight since we moved here. Maybe some other time we could hang out together, just you and me" he suggested
"Sure" I sighed and smiling widely "Are you still coming to the college's fresher party on Friday"
"I'm not really sure about going" Callum interjected
"You have to make an appearance or you'll be breaking a few girls' hearts that night if you're not there" I stated
"Are you one of them girls then?" he enquired, rising an eyebrow suggestively
"That's for me to know and you to find out" I informed him, a smirk playing on my lips
"Then in that case I'll probably come if you're there as well" he informed me
"Course I'll be there Callum" I assured him
"I think you already got an admirer" Callum motioned
"Who" I questioned, rising an eyebrow
"That guy behind you" he replied
I looked over my shoulder as Callum motioned to the guy looking at us from afar, not looking at us directly when he saw us watching him, it was Alex Smith and someone new to the college as well, and from the gossip around the college I heard he had a bad boy reputation with a gangster image background and got kicked out of his last school, whatever he wanted he got with no questioned asked from his elder brothers
"Do you know who he is Maddie?" Callum enquired
"Ah that's Alex Smith I hear he got kicked out of his last school and the college are willing to give him a chance here" I stated
"Well it looks like he fancies you and that you're his type Maddie" he informed me
"Shame, he's not my type of boyfriend and I'm not interested in him" I replied sarcastically
"Sorry that I can't stay and chat for a bit longer but I have to go, see ya Maddie" he interjected
"Bye Callum and I'll see you at the party" I sighed gently
"See you at the party" he stated
I held out my hand to Callum for him to shake and he took hold of my hand, softly kissing my knuckles and got up from the bench, waving lightly as I did the same and Callum left, climbing into his car and driving out of the college gates and heading home, no sooner Callum had left Alex walked over to the bench and sat down next to me
"Hello beautiful you looking for some company" Alex greeted me
"No thanks I'm alright" I proclaimed
"I wasn't asking you I was tell ya" he stated
"What do you want from me Alex?" I questioned, rising an eyebrow
"I want you to be my girlfriend Maddie; you're my type of girl" he exclaimed
"No thanks I'm not interested" I informed him
"When I ask someone to be my girlfriend they say yes and don't answer back to me" he proclaimed angrily
"God who do you think you are Alex" I questioned, getting frustrated
"Me and my family run this village and I always get what I want and right now I want you Maddie to be my girlfriend" he interjected
"Go and find someone else to be your trophy girlfriend and right now in this moment of time you'll never ever get with me Alex" I explained
"Has anyone ever told you, you look really sexy when you're angry and that is what I like in a woman" Alex admitted
"Just stop Alex with all the chat up lines and get it into your head that I'm not interested in you" I proclaimed
"What's wrong Maddie, frigid are you?" he asked, rising an eyebrow
"That's none of your business" I stated, moving away from him
"So you are then I bet you aint even been with a man in bed" he exclaimed "It'd be a shame for everyone in the college and especially Callum to know that you're frigid"
"I've been with a few guys before and we went all the way" I sighed heavily
"So you're a slapper then Maddie just giving it away" he exclaimed "I can see right through those lies and you probably aint been with anyone that far"
"You wouldn't dare tell anyone Alex" I stated
"Try me" he suggested, rising an eyebrow "For me to keep my mouth shut all you have to do is be with me, you're the most popular and fittest girl in the college and all I need is you to raise my status even further to the most irresistible guy in college and not Callum"
"What have you got against Callum what has he ever done to you?" I enquired, rising an eyebrow
"He's taken my thunder and status from me here and I want it back" he informed me, his hands grabbed my wrist tightly and forcefully "I want you to dress to impress for the party on Friday and kiss me right in front of him"
"I'm not going to do that in front of Callum he's my friend" I proclaimed
"You'll do as I say and you will kiss me in front of him Maddie, do I make myself clear" he proclaimed, his hand grabbing on my hair and pulling me closer to him
"Please Alex stop, you're hurting me" I sighed heavily, tears filling my eyes
"May that be a warning and a lesson to you if you don't do what I say Maddie" he scolded
Alex finally let go of my hair and forcefully pressed his lips against mine when my friends walked out of the college doors, he got up from the bench and left as I sat there shaken and completely petrified of him, the thought of him looking at me or touching me sent my body shaken in hear of him, black mailing me to be his girlfriend to get Callum jealous and gain his status back, I got up from the bench and walked home with the gang…
