A/N: I am soooo sorry it has been a while. I really have no excuses, but, I am back and re writing my stories and adding new one. Thanks for reading. Also I do not own either one of these shows...but, I can dream.

When The Doctor first looked at the man he must admit that his face was familiar, he felt like he knows the man. But he couldn't stick his finger on it, his guts tells him that though the kid looks not plain, but, peculiar…Something that stood out for some reason but, he never put that much to thought into it.

In 2010, the Time Lord ran into a man who carrying a hand full of books. The Doctor was in a library somewhere in America. He had been traveling the universe doing his normal thing of, saving people and stopping world from being destroyed; When he remember a book he wanted to read. So he popped on over to the nearest library.

Neither had been looking at a head of them, causing a collision, both men tumbled down and the books scattered around them. The other man winced as the book hit the ground themselves, he rushed to pick up the books and apologizes for running into him. The Doctor help him pick then up and comment on his choices.

"I am sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going and I didn't see you and I-" The other man went on and on, The Doctor decided to stop him before he blew a fuses.

"Ah don't worry about it. I wasn't pay attention either." he helped picked up his books, reviewing the titles as he stacked them up. The younger man fumbled with the books and his leather messenger bag. "You have some good books here, you don't see most people reading these, in especially the native language. This is quite a load you have here."

He smiled one of his signature smile as he hands over the books he has collected.

"Thanks." The stranger replied taking them from him. "Sorry again, have a good day." The man continued to head down the street.

Soon the Doctor forgot all about the man he had ran into chalking it up to an accident.

That was the first time he met him.

The second time it was in 2011. Well, The Doctor saw him, but, the other man didn't see him. Still he couldn't remember who is was, but, he had to be important. The second time. It not often for his to accidentally met people more then once unless he wanted to see them.

The Doctor was in Las Vegas having some much earn fun after saving the world, again. And it wasn't like he was doing anything illegal, well as long as counting cards is still legal on Earth. There was too many laws for him to keep track on. After winning a couple of thousand and quickly getting bored of the casino. He decided to cash in his winnings and leave.

He walked down the street heading to the nearest dinner to get a bite to eat and to make some waitress year with the tip he was planning on leaving. He passed a park when he saw his face.

There was several place set up to place chess at the park, and a younger man was playing with another older man. At first the Doctor didn't really give it much thought, he just caught a glance at him. Before he left the park he gave one finally look at the two men battling it out on the chess board and then continued on his way.

It wasn't until he got to the dinner did the mans face click in the Timelords mind. He was the same man he had ran into at the library. How strange, he thought, not often he ran into someone twice. And the mans face stuck out. Who is he?

He went back to the park hoping that the man would be there, even though he knows the chances of him being there. Which of course he wasn't.

Once again, The Doctor overlook the encounter.

The third time he learned more about the mysterious man. First that man worked in the FBI, which the Doctor thought the man was to young to do what he has done. Number two was that he was incredibly intellectual. Not only intelligent, he applied it. His name was Reid and he was even able to see right through the psychic paper, giving the older man joy to have a few moment to talk to him. This meant he was clever. This is the third time they have met, he so have to hang out with him.
The case a hard one, several people had died violently and at the end of it Reid went home before the Doctor could talk to him more.
An older man walked up beside him he looked Italian. "Dr. Reid gone home I am guessing?" Rossi asked, who had learned to trust the Doctor slightly more after the case.

No one on the team really trusted him at first, due the fact that he didn't really have credential, and that after one phone call he was given clearance. So needless to say they where a little edgy with him around.

"Yes. I gues-" the stopped mid sentence, eyes widening and a cheeky, toothy grin appears. Reid. Doctor Reid. "Did you say Dr. Reid?" He asked excitedly."As in Dr. Spencer Reid?"

"Yes, did he not tell you?" Rossi asked surprised when the Doctor frown slightly thinking back on how the man didn't mention his title. "Well doesn't surprise me, he rarely like stating he is a genius, he says it can't be accurately measure. That is Spencer for you." He walked away, giving a wave to him before walking to their bosses office.

The Doctor wanted to skip back to the Tardis, he now understood why that man looked so familiar, he was Doctor Spencer Reid, he met The Dr. Spencer Reid three times.
Without even realizing it. Oh man, he had to talk to him. The Doctor smiled and laughed as he typed in the coordinates. "Allons-y". He said as he flipped the finally switch.
