Summary: All she remembered was pain...then after that an uncontrollable thirst. When she is told she was turned into a vampire to fight the cullens...Kagome didn't agree. She ran, and ran...until she ran into one of the gold eyes, but these gold eyes weren't the same as the ones she was told about.

Chapter Two

Kagome was led to what looks like a warehouse, causing Kagome to stiffen. She had a bad feeling. There was a small group of people waiting for them when she got there.

Shifting Kagome glanced at the boy that she had just met. She didn't trust him...there was something...off about what he was telling her. He was lying...and she just didn't know why.

As they came to a stop by the others, Kagome made sure to stay on guard.

"Come now. Time to get you fed." Riley grinned, but there was a sadistic note behind the grin. Kagome could tell from all the times she had met demons. He was bloodthirsty.

Kagome narrowed her eyes, snapping, "I'm not hungry." She didn't really want to go anywhere with this boy...he didn't feel right...and she didn't trust him.

Her instincts were telling her to run...run and not look back.

Kagome was one for following her instincts, because they had never steered her wrong before.

Riley blinked, "No need to lie. All...newborn Vampires, like yourself, are hungry when they wake..." He talked like he was chastising her...like a child.

Kagome didn't like this. She was older than him...at least look wise, and didn't need to be told what to do by someone else.

She had enough of that from Inuyasha, and she wasn't going to let anyone do it to her again.

Glaring Kagome looked at him straight in the eyes, about to make a snarky comeback at him, but when she looked directly in his red eyes, she heard it.

She heard the whispers.

Kagome heard everything.

Kagome now knew every secret about the person in front of her, and she didn't like anything she heard.
