Hope
Her eyes met mine,
I was entranced,
By the startling blues,
That filled them,
I know I shouldn't be,
She was the Daughter of Zeus,
Lieutenant of Artems,
Eternal maiden,
I was just the Son of Hades,
Prince of Death,
Eternal outlaw,
It wasn't meant to be,
But that doesn't stop it,
These thoughts that fill my mind,
Plague my mind,
Won't stop,
I can't lose hope,
And that's what she is,
To me,
Hope.
