The rain stabbed Nina's skin like a thousand tiny pins. The wind howled in her ears. She couldn't see a thing, and squeezed her eyes shut. Through all this she kept running. She didn't know where she was going, but she kept running anyway.

Through the icy rain, Nina saw a small building with bright lights shining through the windows ahead of her. She continued to run, and made it into the small building.

Nina struggled to catch her breath. She leaned against the blank wall, oblivious to her surroundings. She shut her eyes, then opened them again. Then, she noticed the black against the white wall.

"Hello, Nina Martin," the hooded figure said, "Isn't it a good day for a storm?"
