Delilah gave Mad-eye a brief moment to look about himself, then stepped forward. "I presume my sister called you here?"

"Some person called "L.S. sent for me." He growled.

"Yeah, that's her." She said, already opening the door and starting to walk inside. He walked in after her warily.

"I can see your having issues moving that leg of yours." She said, even though she hadn't turned around.

"I manage." He said gruffly.

"Probably better when she gets her hands busy.." Delilah muttered loud enough for him to hear.

"What?"

"She has a tendency to combine magic with other elements in unique ways. Come on."

They entered the training room and saw this.

"Shadows in the stars!" Liana sang, her metal arm launching forward from a rope and slamming a target in the face.

"We will not return!" Delilah called out as she kicked another.

"Humanity can't save us!" They both sang, and Liana looked over in surprise.

"OH! HI SIS!" She said eagerly as she started setting the training targets back in their spots.

"You can be a doofus sometimes. Correction, all the time." Liana shot her a death glare while Mad-eye watched the exchange in surprise. Suddenly, the smell of a wood fire engulfed him as Selene walked up.

"This is actually pretty normal." She said as they watched the two.

"And you know this how?"

"Because I met them for more than five minutes." She replied.

"Fair enough. Why do you smell like presumably a campfire?"

"I just smell of smoke of whatever kind of fire the person likes best. Prank from Skylar that I actually liked so I kept." She said with a grin.

"Ah."

"By the way, dinner's-"

"READY?" Liana suddenly asked, eager.

"Y-" Selene started to stay yes, but the two sisters were racing for the kitchen.

"-es?"

"I guess that's normal as well?"

"Uh, yeah. About as normal as this house."

"What do you mean?"

"It expands with new people so they always have a permanent place."

"Weird."

"When they die though, it gives the owners a year to clean out. Believe me, some people..." Selene said, calmly walking towards the kitchen. They passed a door with a sign that said "Beware of Dragons" on it.

"What does that sign mean?"

"Remember the Marooneye incident?"

"Yes. All over the papers, not sure about the accuracy of their writing, though."

"That's the wife from the incident. Ask Skylar about it, she has the real facts. Considering she is the 'altered child' and all..."

"Who is Skylar?"

"She's outside practicing Keeper. It's her position. Don't try scoring with her though, not even Liana, the crazy one with the metal arm, manages."

"Oh?"

"Yep. Anyways, pasta or meat?" She asked. They had come upon the kitchen, which was surprisingly cozy. There were several meats out, along with at least three types of pasta. She walked over to a device in the wall and screamed into it. "DINNER'S READY!"

Suddenly, the door flew open as Skylar literally flew in. She sat in her seat, calmly, Mad-eye staring at her. He realized with a bit of surprise she'd already snagged some of each. "Is she always this... odd?"

"We all are odd." Selene replied with a laugh as she got some of her own food. The others were chatting about their days during the Hogwarts year when there was sudden, harsh knocking on the door.

"I got it." Delilah said as Skylar took a potion to hide her 'altered' side. She opened the door and was surprised to see three men standing there. "Who are you and what do you need?" She asked passively.

"We're Werewolf Hunters, and we believe there is a werewolf at your house. Tonight, we request to stay here and make sure none of you are any."

"So you're requesting to come in for free food and shelter, and kill one of my friends because 'maybe' they're a werewolf?" She asked, using air quotes.

"No. We pay for ourselves."

"Ugh. Let me go talk with the others. And if you step foot inside, expect at least three curses flung your way. We don't like unwelcome guests." She said with a feral grin.

"Seriously?" Selene said with a roll of her eyes when she heard. She then picked up her plate, which was now empty, and put it in the sink. "Well, I say yes, just to get them to leave us alone. One may leave with a shiner but that's it."

The hunters looked at Delilah questioningly, seeing how many of her friends were there. "Hey, we function as a group, okay? Besides, they got nowhere else to go." She said as she motioned to her sister and Selene.

"What do you mean?"

"Back in his days, we were right up there with others who resisted. 'Cept we fought back hard if we got discovered. Pretty sure the hospitals just gave up on 'em."

"Ouch." One said with a wince. "They're pretty devoted."

"Anyways, tell me more about what you're doing here and we'll decide if we need your services or not." She said, leaning forward.
