Dave was in the middle of listening to the music he had just finished remixing. He took out his phone and when he noticed the time he started to panic. "Oh great! I am going to be late." He ran almost everywhere in his room to get everything he needed.

Meanwhile, Karkat was already on his way to John's home. He carried his usual frown as he started to mumbled a line of curse words about the cold temperature.

John was currently checking everything off for the fifth time, he had wanted to make sure he didn't forget anything. Once done, he sat down to calm his nerves but he started to panic again when he remembered that he was going to be alone with Dave and Karkat in a cabin. He practically jumped out of his skin when he heard a knock on the door, he took a couple of deep breaths before finally going to the door. He opened it to see an unhappy troll.

"I have half the mind to beat your ass for leaving me out here in the cold!" Said Karkat as he pushed passed the nervous boy. "Where is the blond dick at? Because I swear to god if he is late, I will-"

"He will be here! Don't worry Karkat, we will get there as schedule." At this the troll crossed his arms pouting, and swearing in a lower voice.

~Time skip.~

They had finally got to the spot where they were to park their car, the car ride was long and tortuous. Yet, they all managed to live. They had to leave their car at a specific place, get the key, and then walk all the way to the cabin.

John's POV~

Once they had arrived and enter the quite roomy cabin, they dropped all of their stuff right then and there. He was starting to lose it, because the whole drive and walk there, Karkat and Dave were nonstop bickering. More like Karkat, but Dave egged it on. He decided it was best to split them before he lost it.

"K-karkat, do you want to go upstairs and look around while we let Dave call his Bro.?" He asked in a hopeful voice, the troll grumbled "Sure."

Dave's POV~

Once they left he questioned why John had suddenly asked Karkat to go up with him and not himself. He pinched his nose as he pulled out his phone to call his annoying brother.

"Are ya'll still going to come after that whatever it is ya'll are doing." He stated more than questioned.

"Yes, we are still going to go. So, I take it you three arrived safely?" He scoffed. "Yeah, as safe as it'll possibly get."

After he and his brother finished talking he decided to check around the first floor. It was a pretty simple cabin, as soon as you enter the front door, you are in the medium sized living room. If you enter the hallway to the left you would see a decent sized kitchen. In the hallway there was a small bathroom. 'Pretty simple.' He said to himself.
