Two hours after Firey's Battle
"I can't believe that Derek's Venusaur actually lost this Battle, and along with the entire team losing 6-1!" A blonde hair freshman at Iron Heart exclaimed, "It took a Primal Groudon to stop it!"
"Alyssa, his opponent is the individual champion for 5 years now, Firey Argentston, and he is so cute!!" a blue haired sophomore at Iron Heart yelled.
"Sophia!" The blonde, now known as Alyssa yelled, "I'm pretty sure Derek said he had a girlfriend."
"How does Derek know he has a girlfriend?" the bluenette, now known as Sophia, asked.
"His cousin was the previous champion at Academy of Heroes." Alyssa answered, "And I'm Dimitri's girlfriend."
"Oh, right, Dimitri's Devlin's brother." Sophia muttered.
Sophia then bumps into a blonde haired girl and a Navy haired boy with a Jirachi.
"Sorry for my friend here, she kept rambling on about some Firey guy." Alyssa said
"Hold on, did you say Firey, as in Firey Argentston?" the blonde girl asked
"Yes." Sophia answered excitedly.
"We go to school with him, but he's three years ahead of us," the navy haired boy responded, "I'm Max Maple, and this is Bonnie Delfosse."
Bonnie then kissed Max on the cheek, causing the Iron Heart girls to raise an eyebrow
"Is he your boyfriend, Bonnie?" Sophia and Alyssa both asked.
"All will be revealed at the interview" Bonnie said, "Speaking of which, we need to go, see you later!"
"See you later!" the two girls yelled.
Twenty minutes later, Gabby and Ty came on to announce Max's Interview.
"Well, as we have wrapped up Lana and Johann's interview, now it is time for the main interview for Academy of Heroes junior team, Max Maple and Bonnie Delfosse!"
Max and Bonnie come and take a seat.
"Well, Max what's it like to lead the team to win the National junior Championship 30-28?"
"Well, I couldn't have come close to leading the team to victory without Bonnie's help, and I want to ask someone very important to me a very important question before we continue, is that ok, Gabby?" Max asked.
"Ok!"
"Bonnie Delfosse, will you go out with me sometime?" Max asked.
"Yes, Max, I will!" Bonnie exclaimed so loud that Deoxys heard her from space, and then she planted a long kiss on the lips, and then they broke apart.
Over at the Smiling Raichu, Ash, May, Paul, Misty and Dawn were sitting at a table when Clemont texted the whole group.
Clemont: Dancing Spinaraks! turn on the TV!
"Ash, look!" May said, "Aww, Max you finally asked out Bonnie!"
May: What did she say?
Clemont: Yes.
May (to Clemont): Got to text Max
May (to Serena and accidentally Gary and Paul): Can you text your cousin to tell him to stop fooling around with our third seat coordinator now!! Something that Clemont texted "Dancing Spinaraks!" to just happened!
May (to Max): Congratulations to you and Bonnie!
Serena (to May): Will do!
Gary (to May): What!!? My cousin Jamie is trying to screw Ariana!! No, I'm pretty sure she wants to do that to Firey! He mutually wants to do the same!
Paul (to May): I don't have any cousins!!!
Gary (to Tierno, accidentally sent to May and Ash): Can you please stop tickling Tara's midriff, it's causing her to scream!
Ash: (to Tierno): I can hear my sister from the smiling Raichu!
Tierno (to Ash and Gary): Ok
Firey (to Ash and May): What did I miss? Gary and Jamie had a misunderstanding.
May (to Firey): Tierno was tickling his girlfriend and Max asked Bonnie out!
Firey (to May): I heard the screaming and Finally!
May: (to Firey): you knew!!?
Firey: I knew he liked her before he knew he liked her, and she fell for him when they were in middle School!
May: how do you know?
Firey (to May): Lana figured it out.
May (to Firey): Oh.
Back at the interview
"So, Max and Bonnie, what do you plan to do now that not only your school won the championship, but you two are a couple now?"
"We're going to go on a date sometime this week and then go to the ball on New Year's Eve!" Max and Bonnie responded.
"Well, that's all for tonight, I will let Malva take over from here!"
After Ash's interview
"Well, we have champion Firey Argentston and his girlfriend of how long, five years, Ariana Montgomery!"
"Six." Firey answered, "On New year's day."
"Oh! I didn't know!"
"When I saw your Absol go down, I thought you would lose, but what happened with Ninetales?"
"I have an ability known as Bonds, in which a person can sense and manipulate the Bonds between Pokemon," Firey responded, "It activated by accident when Ninetales entered the field."
"That actually makes sense, so Ariana, what was your reaction to the final score?"
"I was so overwhelmed by the fact that our school won again that I darted straight for Firey, some thought a Linoone came flying by." Ariana answered calmly, "I then tackled and kissed Firey for a good while, until I am pretty sure Devlin Strange's Whimsicott said for us to get a room!"
While Firey's interview was going on, Paul, Ash May, Bonnie, Max, Misty, Gary, Clemont, Dawn and Serena have taken seats at the Smiling Raichu, Paul decided to pull Misty over and talk in private.
"Hey, Misty, I was wondering if you would go out with me sometime?" Paul asked slightly nervous
"Yes!!" Misty exclaimed so loud that Ash and the others could hear.
The two came back to the table, holding hands.
"Is there something you're not telling us?" May and Dawn asked "Paul?"
"Fine, I just asked Misty out." Paul sighed.
"And she said no, didn't she?" Dawn asked.
"I heard a very loud 'Yes' come from the other side of the restaurant." Ash interjected.
"We're Together!" Misty and Paul exclaimed so loud that a unusually loud roar could be heard.
"What was that!?" Barry burst in.
"I'm not sure, someone should investigate, and I elect Ash!" Misty yelled
"I'll go look, found the source it was a Rayquaza!" Ash yelled
"Why is it here, in Vermillion City, in the Kanto Region!?" Barry exclaimed-asked.
"It must be Firey's!" Ash, May, Dawn, and Clemont answered.
Rayquaza nodded and found everything it needed. It then left, leaving customers with their mouths open and jaws on the floor.
"Barry, you look like you have just seen a Rayquaza!" Dawn, Misty and May responded.
"I do look like I've seen a Rayquaza, because I just saw one!" Barry exclaimed.
Serena (to Firey): Holy Magikarp!
"After Max Maple's match, who was that girl who held off the Twinleaf student?"
"Josephine, the other individual finalist," Firey answered, "I have to get this, it's Serena, if you are wondering, she is my cousin."
Firey (to Serena): What do you mean Holy Magikarp!?
Serena (to Firey): You'll have to see it to believe it.
Fifteen minutes later, the interview wrapped up and Firey and Ariana went to the Smiling Raichu and found the group sitting at a large table consisting of Ash, May, Clemont, Dawn, Paul, Misty, Gary, Serena, Max, Bonnie, and Barry. Firey and Ariana sat down next to Misty, they ordered their drinks and Ariana nearly dropped her MooMoo Milk when she saw Misty kiss Paul's cheek.
"HOLY MILTANK!" Ariana yelled, and everyone dropped their drink, including Ariana, "What happened?"
"Is this what you meant by using the 'Holy Magikarp' card?" Firey asked.
"Yes," Serena squeaked, "Paul and Misty are now together!"
"Congratulations to you both!" Firey exclaimed. The group went to discussing their battles and how their Pokemon did until a flash of light went off and they heard "Chespin, Chespin, Chespin!" that went on until "Piii-Kaa- chuuuuuuuuuu!!!" Pikachu shocked everyone and everything in the restaurant, including Jason, who tried to talk to Ariana on their way there.
