Meredith

"So nobody's seen Bailey?" Meredith hissed at Derek as they walked through the hospital hallway.

"Mer, she nearly died. We all did. She probably just wants to spend some time with her son. I wouldn't be concerned."

"It's been three freaking months Derek!"

"Meredith, would you calm down? There's no reason to worry. Don't lose your mind over it."

Your head is mine now.

Meredith froze and grasped her head, feeling the familiar itch starting somewhere in her brain.

She gasped and spun around towards a door that lead outside to the back of the hospital.

She threw it open and rushed out.

She could hear Derek running after her, but she knew she had to get him away from her so she wouldn't hurt him when he took control of her.

"Get out of my head!" Meredith shrieked. "Get out! Get out! Get out!"

"Meredith!" Derek's voice was far away.

Her breath was coming short. Her body was shaking.

"Just stop it!" she shrieked.

Arms wrapped around her from behind and she fought them, screaming and kicking and doing everything in her power to get out of the grip.

The body that held her fell to the ground, bring her with it.

She fell against it, her ear pressed up against its chest.

She could hear the familiar heartbeat bringing her back.

"It's me," Derek whispered. "It's just me Meredith. Just relax okay? Shh."

She fell limp against him and felt the tears drying on her face.

"I think we need to get away for a little while," he suggested.

Meredith nodded.

Alex

"A cruise? Iz, do you really think that's a good idea?"

"I need time away from all of this," she said.

"I don't know," Alex sighed.

"It would give us a week away from all of this stress. Just the two of us, out on sea."

"But the last time we went away-

"Alex, I'm here this time. Nothing's going to happen."

Alex stared at her for a long moment and then smiled. "Okay."

Lexie

She woke up with a start and screamed out loud.

"Lexie-

"Get away from me!" she yelled and felt herself being turned to look at the person holding her. "Mark?"

"You fell asleep on the sofa. I didn't want to wake you. I heard you screaming."

"Mark," Lexie sighed and hugged him close.

"Lexie!" Meredith gasped, running into the room. "We heard screaming."

Derek was close behind her.

"It was a nightmare. I can't jsut sit here and pretend that nothing bad is happening. They are trapped again. All the spirits. I can feel it."

"They are fine," Mark assured her.

"No they aren't."

"We're going on a cruise," Derek said suddenly. "Maybe you guys should come too."

An idea crept into Lexie's head and she smiled. "Yes," she said immediately. "Mark we should go too."

Callie

"A cruise?" she said into the phone. "After everything, you guys are just going on a cruise?"

"Yep," Mark responded.

"Jesus Mark! Don't you remember what happened the last time to you went on vacation?"

"We need to get away. You guys could always come you know."

"I don't think so," Callie said and hung up the phone.

Arizona was standing there behind her. "Did I hear you say cruise?"

"I'm not going on a cruise!"

"What about going to Miami?"

Cristina

"No way!" she hissed.

"Just think about it," Owen said. "A week in Miami could be fun."

"I am not flying again!"

"We could drive."

Mark

He found her standing alone in the kitchen. "Lex," he said and she jumped a little.

"Oh Mark. Hi."

"Are you sure about this cruise?"

"Yes. I'm sure. Please Mark."

"Okay," Mark sighed.

Lexie stared down at her fingers and Mark leaned in to kiss her.

She kissed him back but then tensed up. "There's something I need to tell you," she said, pulling away.

"About...

"When we were on that island... Jackson kissed me."

Jackson

"April!" he called, catching up to her in the hallway. "Hey."

"Hi," she said nervously.

"Last night was... um... it was really...

"I'm gonna kill you!" a loud voice shouted, stopping him.

Jackson turned around just in time to feel the fist connect with his face.
