Red Light District, Purgatory
The boss, Pierce, Kinzie, Shaundi, and Gat arrived at the old Purgatory hideout and glared at the old place as if nothing changed at all.
"I am too nervous to go inside." The Boss said, as she was breathing heavily.
"Relax, boss." Gat replied. "It's our crib, so nobody fucked around with it. Come on in."
The heroes got in, and nothing changed, everything in that old hideout was still there, the purple carpets, the big screen TVs, and even the stripper poles were unscathed.
"Nice place you have here!" Kinzie said in awe.
"Thanks girlfriend!" the Boss replied, realizing that a home theater was added where the shanties used to be, and then the crew turned on the TV, and had some popcorn.
"Good morning, I am Jane Valderama." Jane announced. "Dex, a former Saint who joined the Ultor family, and now our current mayor of Stillwater, has formulated a plan to build a wall around Stillwater and pay for it with taxpayer money. Our feed has more."
"We will build this wall around Stillwater so the Saints are locked in, and once the wall is built, they can't get out, and then we send in the police to find and kill those sons of bitches." Dex announced. "We are building this wall and I am paying for it with your tax dollars."
Jane continued her broadcast.
"Hundreds have gathered outside the Mayor's office, protesting the building of the wall, chanting, Resist! Resist! Resist! and No Walls! However, Dex is not listening, and is even using Troy to call the SWAT to round up these protesters. Dex has also been known to send the Brotherhood, The Samedi, the Rollers, and the Kings as support along with Ultor to stop the Saints. I am Jane Valderama, and this is Channel 6 News."
The female Boss switched off the TV.
"Dex is a dead man." She snapped.
"What do we do?" Shaundi asked.
"We listen." Pierce replied, as the female boss made her speech.
"All right listen up, we're back in Stillwater, and ever since we traveled back in time, it seems Dex traveled back in time and brought all the old gangs from our past back to life, with the exception of the Ronin and the Carnales, and those damn Steelport gangs, because I am fine without those."
"Anyways, the new plan is the old plan, Gat, you're on the Vice Kings!" The female Boss said.
"Damn skippy." Gat replied.
"Kinzie, you got the Rollers." The female boss replied.
"Shaundi, you got the Samedi again." The female Boss announced.
"Well, if it means more Loa Dust, then good for me!" Shaundi replied, as she was feeling like her old self again.
"And Pierce, you are in charge of the Brotherhood, since Carlos ain't around no more."
"Well fine by me!" Pierce replied.
"This day, we show Stillwater that we are back from the dead, assholes!"

A/N: This is going to be a long fanfic, since there are four rival gangs, and Ultor if you count them, and also the big showdown with Dex. If I could, I will break it up into multiple fanfics for each gang. I think that is what I will do. This first part will focus on the Vice Kings, since they are the sworn enemy of the Saints, the Ballas to the Saints' Grove Street. But until next time, Blood in, Blood out!
