Sorry about not updating. My laptop was spoilt and I didn't have the time to bring it to a computer shop to repair it.

She opened her eyes and let them adjust to the light before looking around. She was in an unfamiliar place and her body ached all over, especially her wound. She tried to sit up but pain shot through her body instantly and she let out a small whimper. She tried to sit up again but ended up with the same result. She gave up trying to sit up.

"Just where in the world am I?" her voice was raspy from lack of use.

"You're in the infirmary of our ship." She turned her head to the side to see the orange-haired navigator.

"Y-you're the n-navigator." She winced. Her voice was still raspy and her throat was dry. She longed for water but she knew she wouldn't get any on a ship that thinks of her as an enemy. It was getting harder and harder to speak now.

"You are going to tell us what you were doing with Crocodile."

"But you are the only one here." Robin coughed. Her throat felt like it was going to tear into two. Nami's expression softened. She had been familiar with this. She sighed and exited the room, only to return with a glass of water.

"My mistake, 'me'. I'll explain to the others later. Here, you've been unconscious for two days so it's not very surprising that your throat is dry."

"Thank you." She stared at the water.

"Don't worry. We're not the kind of pirates who would use poison or something. We're simply chasing our dreams." Robin finished up the water.

"Dreams... It's already something I don't and never will fulfil." Nami stared at her.

"Eh? 'Already'... You have a dream? I didn't know. What is it? Why can't you fulfil it?"

"I want to find the Rio Poneglyph. But too many obstacles stand between me and my dream. Even though all I wanted was just to learn history."

"Hmm... Poneglyphs. I heard of them before. There is one that tells the true history. I assume that's the Rio Poneglyph, right?" Robin nodded and sat up, ignoring the pain and biting her lips to stop herself from letting out a whimper. She took the bag of jewels she stole from Crocodile and gave it to Nami, whose eyes turned into sparkles at the sight of the jewels.

"Take it as thanks from me for taking care of me." she stood up. Nami looked at her.

"Where are you going to now?" Robin walked towards the door.

"I have no place to go or return to. I'll just find someone to use." Nami looked confused. She doesn't have anywhere to go or return to? Just what in the world is her past? What kind of life did she lead?

"Let's see who will be betrayed first. Them or me." Nami heard Robin mumble to herself.

"Wait!" She grabbed Robin's hand and quickly made up an excuse.

"You can't leave. Chopper's the doctor and he gets really mad if his patient leaves when their injuries hadn't healed."

"But I have to go. It's either the crew betrays me or I betray them first and I rather I betray them first. Feeling the pain of being betrayed is something I rather not feel." Nami sighed.

"We heard from Vivi's father about what you did in that underground tomb. I'm sure Luffy will let you stay. I'll go ask him now. LUFFY!" Robin's eyes widened.

"B-but-" Nami was already outside. She felt a sudden sting on her chest wound and placed her hand on it. Feeling something wet and sticky, she retrieved her hand only to see blood.

"Oh, my. It looks like I over-exerted myself and reopened my wound. That explains why I'm starting to lose consciousness." She then collapsed on the floor in a pool of blood. That was the sight that horrified Nami when she returned.

"Oi, Luffy said you can- !" she gasped loudly.

"Oi, are you ok? Chopper! Come here, quick! I think she just reopened her wound!" Robin opened her eyes to the familiar ceiling. This room again.

"You're awake?" she turned and saw Zoro looking at her. She tried to sit up but was stopped by Zoro.

"Lie down. Chopper spent a long time retreating your wound." She relaxed and let out a yawn. Zoro took off the bandana on his hand and tied it around her neck.

"Good night." Robin smiled.

"Thank you and good night, kenshi-san." That nap was the first peaceful nap she had in her life.

Confession. I was rushing through the part with Zoro and Robin so they might be a little OOC.
