A/N: Second drabble for the Album Drabble Challenge. The chapter title is the name of the song that inspired the chapter.
Harry Potter was as nervous as any man could get before he proposed to the woman he loved. Harry was finally ready to make Ginny his wife and tonight was the night he did it. It was Teddy's second birthday and all the Weasley's and close friends were going to be at the Burrow. Harry couldn't think of a better place to truly start his life with Ginny then the place he found his family.
Ginny and Harry made their entrance and were greeted enthusiastically by the family. Hugs went around and everyone said "Hi." Harry added their gift to Teddy's growing pile and then he picked up his godson and wished him a happy birthday.
Harry and Ginny made their rounds, talking and catching up. Finally, Mrs. Weasley announced it was time for dinner and everyone made their way outside. Plates were piled high, cups were filled and eating commenced. Laughter and good spirits were all around and Harry knew the moment was right.
Harry tapped his fork on the side of his glass and cleared his throat. He made sure he had everyone's attention and then he got down on one knee, pulled out the ring and looked at Ginny, "Ginerva Molly Weasley, I can't express just how much I love you, I can't tell you just how much you mean to me. The first time I really remember meeting you, I had just arrived at the Burrow in a flying car and your brothers were getting it handed to them, I was eating breakfast and you came downstairs in your pajamas, you took one look at me and fled. At that time, you were just Ron's sister.
"Throughout the years you tried to get my attention, but I was blind to you. When I finally saw you as someone besides my best friend's sister, it was my sixth year at Hogwarts. We shared our first kiss and dated, but I cut it off at the end of the year, to protect you, I thought I had lost you because I had to be the hero. When Hermione, Ron and I were on the run, you were always on my mind, I couldn't stop myself from hoping you were okay. After the war, you picked me up, you helped me find a new purpose in life, you were there for me. We continued where we left off and just having you by my side made me the happiest any man could be. I don't know what I would do without you, I don't know who I would be without you. I love you, will you marry me?" Ginny was crying and her hands were covering her mouth, I looked at her, afraid of what I would find, and I saw only love.
"Yes!" Ginny finally managed to get out. He placed the ring on her finger and stood up to kiss her. There was a roar of applause and Harry and Ginny just stood there in each others arms, as happy as they could possibly be.
