Chapter 2 – Something's Coming...
Lilly's POV
After Reena's dream, I was a bit more curious, my spells didn't even work! Is it an enemy? A friend? I was so frustrated!
"Chill sis, you'll get wrinkles." Andria joked,
I glared at her and thought about it, I shook my head; I'll need to ask her what the dream was.
"Were here." Reena stated, I looked up and saw the airport,
"We have...wow! I thought we would have an hour but we have an hour and half, which was quick, looks like we can get something to eat first." My stepmom said,
"Thank God, I hate eating the plane food, it is disgusting..." Andria muttered, "Let's park and eat."
We looked for a parking space but couldn't find one, Andria and Reena looked at me, clearly for a spell, I ignored it for a while but it got annoying.
I sighed and muttered a spell, "Mom! Look!" I pointed to a free car space,
They both smirked and said, "Let's park!" we parked in the space and went into an elevator.
"Where's the shops and café" Reena asked, they kept looking,
I looked and pushed a button, "It's on level 2." I yawned, we waited and we were on level 2.
My stepmom asked, "Where do you want to eat? Remember we have half an hour."
Andria and Reena looked at each other and yelled, "Starbucks!"
We walked towards Starbucks and I sat down while the others were getting what they want and was about to read a book until,
"Are you from around here?" a boy asked, I looked up from my book and noticed one thing about him, not his face, not his teeth or hair, or skin, but his eyes. They were red, like blood thirsty red.
I narrowed my eyes, "No, I am moving," he looked very...different, he had pale skin, blood-thirsty eyes...vampire!.
"Well would you like some entertainment?" he licked his lip in a very fascinating way,
I cringed and said, "Get lost, I don't have what you want," I stood up, I wanted to see his reaction,
He grabbed my arm with incredible strength, yep, vampire alright. "You misunderstand; you have everything, why don't you come with me?"
I was about to use a spell on him until, "What's going on here?" Andria came over with the drinks.
"Nothing, just entertaining your friend here." He wrapped around my neck, I cringed,
"If you don't get him away from me, or so help me! I will fire a spell at him for everyone to see!" I stated angrily.
"Well, you better met going, your family will probably be worried about you," My sister said,
He glared at her before nodding, "Very well, my ladies." And he left,
I sighed, "I need a drink."
"What's up? I saw the little tiff and sent Andria," Reena said,
"I think he was a vampire..." I trailed off,
"WHAT!" They both yelled, Andria asked, "Are you sure? We never encountered any species before! We would know about it with our powers! They were never any in our old schools!"
"I am sure; he had a pale face, red eyes and incredible strength."
"This is new, why now though?" Reena asked,
"I don't know but it's connected, something's moving, something dark and it's out to get us. It's connected, your dream and this encounter," I said,
"Hecate help us." Andria asked,
I chuckled, "Keep your eyes open, something big is happening and it's going to affect us all."
"Got it." They all said,
Reena's POV
I was so frustrated; I wonder what's next, a shape shifter?
"What's up my little girls? Yu all seem frustrated," Our stepmom said,
I shook it off and placed a plastered smile, "Nothing, you got our drinks?" I asked,
She nodded and looked at her watch, "We half 10 minutes to drink this then we have to go."
We all nodded and drank all this happened and it's only the morning.
"Mom, what time will it be when were in Las Vegas?" Lilly asked nervously,
She looked at our tickets, "It takes about a day to get to there, so probably tonight, and it will be a Sunday, so we have enough time to get your school things and the house sorted."
"Great," Andria muttered, "More work."
I chuckled, "Mom do we have our own rooms or..." I trailed off,
"You all have your own room and bathroom, you also have your own kitchen, providing that Lily or Reena is in that room, we don't want another encounter do we?"
Andria ducked her head sheepishly, she tried making a cake for our mom's birthday and it backfired when she turned it the oven up a notch, she was upset that she couldn't make it and mom smiled and they made it together.
Andria's POV
I was a bit embarrassed of that incident and stood up, "We better get going,"
Mum looked at the time and nodded, "She's right we still need to sign in." She stood up and we all went to board the plane.
We all were on the plane and all of us were sat in the middle aisle next to each other, Reena was reading a book, I rolled my eyes, typical.
"I heard that!" Reena looked at her with annoyance,
"Whatever..." I said,
I was on my laptop listening to music and playing games. I stumbled when the plane was starting, I looked out the window and saw, and that this might be the last time we see our old home.
