Chapter Two ~ Naruto
After breakfast, Me and Sai went to our places, both being neighbors to Sakura, we all spent a hour with our morning rituals and getting ready. We met up at 9:45 at the front door to the Hidden Leaf's Prison. During the walk to the top floor, Me and Sai were constantly bickering about whether or not he was a virgin, I say he was, he swore he was'nt. As usual he brought up the subject of my supposed lack of a dick.
"How is it possibly for you not to be a virgin if you don't have a penis?"
"Sai, i really wish you'd call it a dick, why you gotta be so literal? And how many times do I have to tell you I have a dick?! Just ask Sakura-chan!"
"Ok. Hey Sakura-chan, have you seen Naruto's dick?"
I guess I COULD have maybe, not suggested he ask her, but its not my fault if he wants to die.
The sounds of Sai's body being bruised stopped as the doors to the interrogation hall opened. Kakashi, Tsunade and, and her officials waited for us.
"Good morning Team, i hope the three of you are ready, here are your scripts. Do not ask him anything out of context, especially things that will emotionally trigger a reaction. These are the main things we need to know:
1. Where are suigetsu and jugo?
2. Are you an official member of the Akatsuki?
3. Where are the other Akatsuki?
4. What are the reasons for your intentions to destroy the Leaf?
5. Did you kill Orochimaru?
6. Did you kill Itchi?
I looked at Sakura.
"I heard a rumor that he killed him.., Kakashi, how do you know he'll tell us anything?"
"Well Naruto, he probably won't. But my guess is he did kill Itachi, otherwise he'd still be out there trying to find him. And now the Akatsuki are convincing him of there rediculous ideology. But i want to hear it from him."
"Kakashi-sensei.. I dont know if i can do this."
"I told you if you dont feel comfortable, you can remain here with Tsunade and Myself."
"Thank you sensei, Im at least going to try. If you cant thats were ill be." Sakura smiled, but i knew she was scared for herself, and for Sasuke. "I love you Sakura, I hate seeing him do this to you, i wish i could ask that son of a bitch whatever I wanted."
"I'm sorry Sakura." I rested my hand on her lower back, she leaned into me.
"Ok, its time." Iruka stepped of the prisoner documents office. We nodded and followed him down a wide hall to the interrogation chamber.
"In here."
Iruka motioned toward the door with a big "3" on the front, and clearly more reenforced more than the others. He grabbed the nob and opened the door for us. It was a large, circular chamber with warm lighting and to one side of the wall was a glass window where the interview was observed and recorded. The main attraction, was of course rouge shinobi, blindfolded, bound, shackled and handcuffed to a chakra diminishing, concrete chair. Shikamaru was on one of his side, should he need his (Insert shadow technique name) should something go wrong. Neji, Rock Lee, and Ino, Tenten stood on the other side of the room, and Kakashi and Tsunade were behind the glass. Kakashi nodded and Iruka walked up to Sasuke and took off his blindfold.
He glared at us with cold eyes, he was clearly drained of all his strength. I looked at Sakura, and the look on her face was so full of different emotions, but I knew how she felt seeing him like this.
"Hang in there." I held her hand and then let it slip from mine while i walked up to him. He didnt look at me.
"Sasuke. Im gonna cut the crap here. If you're with the Akatsuki, theyre enemies of the Leaf, so youre an enemy of the Leaf. So either tell me what i want to know or were going to keep you here, torture you and constantly drain you of your chakra until you die of old age. Got it?"
"Now." I grunted and shook the paper in my hand to make it stand up.
"Are you with the Akatsuki?" I glared at him. Of course, he did'nt say shit, i looked at Neji.
"Sasuke, Neji here is gonna take out a couple of your chakra points if you dont answer my question." Sasuke lifted up his head.
"I killed them, and we're going to kill all of you, and we are going to harvest you for him Naruto."
"We?" Sasuke smirked.
There was a moment of still quiet before it happened... I hear someone scream outside.
The concrete wall behind Sasuke shattered like it was glass, I hear a womans voice, and then all i see is a massive cloud of ash and embers. I turn back to grab Sakura, and i throw myself to the ground with her in my arms. Every breath was suffocating, I turned to the door. I saw Sasuke for a moment, and then I saw pale legs in black taijutsu boots approach us. Everything went dark after that.
I opened my eyes to find myself completely unable to move, i turned to see Sakura, Sai, Sasuke in chairs next to me and exactly the same shape, though we appear to be held here by nothing.
"Must be some fuckin JuJutsu or somethin. You okay Sakura?" She seemed fine, but i had to hear it from her.
"No I'm not okay, what is this? Where are we? Sasuke."
He did'nt look at her, but he answerered her. "Itami."
"Itami, what?" The door to my right creaked open.
"Itami. Me." The woman that stepped through the door pointed to herself, she had long black hair and skin as pale as the moon. "Wow, she's beautiful. Really beautiful.." I felt myself blush.
"Ok.. so um.."
"You're Naruto right? Sasuke, this is Naruto, isnt't it?
"Yea, Dammit, im Naruto. Now why in the hell did you kidnap us, who are you? Explain yourself!"
"Ok, well you already know who I am. And im here to keep my promise to a friend, Im suppossed to help you protect Sasuke, you were going to hurt him, just now, which Im a little confused about right now, so maybe if you could explain that, then I won't have to kill you, Naruto." She looked at me, then at Sasuke.
"Ok.. crazy lady. Unbind us! Except Sasuke, you can prolly keep him like that." I was surprised when i heard Sasuke begin loose his cool with her.
"Itami, stop. Let me go."
"Sasuke you know i can sense your intent, why are you bothering lying to me?"
"Yea, I know. And that just makes me want to kill you more, look me in the eyes! I dare you, see my intent!" Sakura looked at Sasuke with shocked eye, she started crying. I was suprised how much this woman seemed to anger him.
"Oh no, dont cry pink hair girl. Im not here to hurt you, i want Naruto and Sasuke and.."
"Well did ya know neither of us want to go with you?"
"Well what would you have me do then? I made a promise, and i have to keep it." I heard Sasuke grunt to what she said, he stared at the floor.
"Look lady, ive been trying to get Sasuke to come home for three years since he left with Orochimaru. How am I suppossed to protect him if he wont let me find him?"
"What makes you think I need to be protected, i could kill you all were you stand, and i will when you let me go Itami."
"Sasuke you know you can't kill me, especially in that sad state youre in at the moment, and Naruto, you seem like a cool guy. So heres what were going to do. Im going to let you go, none of you are going to attack me, because ive already taken all of your chakra, and have more than enough reserve to give you the fight of your life. Im going to keep Sasuke restrained, and were going to speak with your Hokage."
"Thank you! Fuckin unbind us already."
We took her to Tsunade and handed over Sasuke to Kakashi. We stood in on their conversation.
"My apologies for the damages Lady Fifth, I will be of complete service during the repairs."
"What did you say your name was, girl?"
"Itami."
"Alright, well you have about five minutes to give me a full explaination of why exactly you kidnapped three of my shinobi and they prisoner they were currently interrogating."
"Well Lady Tsunade. I knew Itachi."
"What the fuck? Tsunade, she..."
"Naruto this is our conversation, if you don't like it you can wait outside." Sakura shared my expression, though said nothing.
"Thank you Tsunade, but that is not my most difficult truth, Tsunade and Naruto. I hope that you'll come to understand my ways, I have no ill intent toward anyone. I was born from my orphan parents, one year before the 4th ninja war and they're names are Konan and Yahiko. They and their dear friend Nagato were taken in by a great ninja, named Jiraya.."
"Itami, are you saying that youre parents, are the children apprentices taken in by Jiraya after the Third War?"
"Yes."
"And are you aware that he lives, here?"
"What? Thats amazing! He can tell me stories about my father, i have to speak to him."
"Ill see what i can arrange, continue with your story." Tsunade seemed very intrigued, yet she had a glaze of worry on her face.
"Well if you know of my parents, then youll know that they parted from Jiraya after years of training, and began the Akatsuki. They thrived, by gaining power and amazing new members to increase theyre strength. When i was about 12, Itachi came to us. He never spoke of the the Leaf much, only Sasuke. He talked about him all the time, and said he was the only person in the world that he truely loved. A few years after that I noticed, Itachi was getting very sick, but he always told me not to worry. All though our relationship was good most of the time, their were times when i did not agree with what the Akatsuki does with its immense power. I ran away from there, and thats when I found Orochimaru. Or, he found me really. He allowed me to stay with him if i allowed him to transplant this sharingan in my eye, and after he did, he began training me in expiramental medical techniques and we bonded over that. There is something unique about a student, teacher bond. And thats when i met Sasuke."
Not only did i not notice that she had a sharingon, but i found it unbelievabe that someone with a good heart could come from, both the founders of the Akatsuki, if given the word, how far will she go to protect her mother? I looked at Sakura, her beautiful face looked so confused and weary.
"You could say that, Sasuke and I had a, much different relationship than Orochimaru and I. I loved them both deeply. I was happy with them there, and i would return to Itachi often to tell him stories about Sasuke. I helped him to know his beloved little brother, while i fell for him. I was so happy how many people i was helping, and just by loving them all." Sakuras face easily gave away how crushed she was, to learn that Sasuke had a girlfriend. She stormed out of Tsunades office with tears in her eyes. How am I suppose you love you Sakura, when you clearly still love him.
"Until oneday Sasuke and Orochimaru attacked eachother, and at the time i didnt know what to do, i couldnt take a side against either of them. I ran, and Sasuke would never forgive me for it. He hated me for not choosing him, and for leaving. He clearly began to resent me more and more over time, combined with the loss he now feels for Itachi and the revenge he wishes to take, he is not far from the event horizon, Lady Hokage. Before he went to confront Sasuke, the last words my dearest friend, the last words Itachi said to me,"i need find Sasuke, and I had to help Naruto protect him".I heard they were here, so i came. I think that i can help them both get what they want."
"Naruto, what do you think about all this. Clearly this is about you and Sasuke." They both stared at me.
"So Itami... you were... Sasukes... girlfriend?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" My laughter roared, but i pulled myself together, knowing this was a serious monent i could help Sasuke, maybe. If this woman isnt full of shit.
"Im sorry. But seriously, if you say you wanna help us, convince him that we are just here to help. We love him and we want him to know he can be here with us."
"I know, i sense your intentions toward him. I sense all intent. Tsunades towards me, yours, and that pink haired girls. I sensed the jealousy she had toward me when i mentioned Sasuke, i see she loves him as i do."
"Yea you and me both Itami. So, you think you can do this?"
"I can try, Naruto."
"Alright, well you'll be needing a place to live during this, project of yours. Naruto, i believe there are two vacancies i the apartment adjacent to Team 7s..."
"Oh God..." I could been the drama in the air. She said two vacancies, which means... Sasuke too.
