Chapter 2: Lovely Sight
As the night progressed, and the party had came to a close. Tennessee sat there on top of the building pouting.
"I gotta see her again." He said to himself. "I didn't even ask her, her name. Now what kinda charming fellow am I to not get a girl's name?"
While fussing to himself, he soon realized the Vixen walking out with her father guiding him to where they were going to be staying at.
Tennessee couldn't help himself and followed behind, just so he know where she was living, but to talk to her right now he figured wasnt the smart move since she was a sheriff's daughter... Regardless her father wasn't even sober.
He sighed keeping watch as they finally entered their given home. He sat there on top of a nearby building for a few moments till he noticed a light turned on to an upstairs room. Tennessee's ears perked as he intently kept watching seeing the Vixen's silhouette walk around.
Tennessee just couldn't look away as a few thoughts ran thoughts his head. He smacked himself across the fac to rid the thoughts and rubbed his cheek to the pain as the Vixen opened the blind to the window. A bright red blush crossed Tennessee's face at the sight of the Sand-colored beauty.
" Come on, Tennessee... Snap out of it." He mumbled out loud to himself. "Just go talk to her..."
He stood and went to take a step, but stopped ears backing. "No... Maybe better I dont..."
Tennessee began pacing around on the rooftops roughing his head up trying to figure out what to do. "I really want to learn her name but if I do... Wouldn't that be a bad thing? You're Tennessee 'Kid' Cooper, greatest outlaw in the west. Dealing with ladies should be a specialty. Is it really just cause she's a sheriff's daughter I'm not walking over to her right now and asking for something simple like her name?"
He continued to fight himself, the Vixen stopped and looked out noticing Tennessee and raised an eyebrow. She popped her head out of the window and called out. "Hey outlaw, what are you even doing here?"
Tennessee lightly jumped and turned to her as she leaned on the window sill giving a bit of a glare, Tennessee stepped back nearly slipping, smiling and ran off.
The Vixen shook her head. "Sure is interesting."
Later back to Tennessee's hideout: Tennessee sat there back in his chair lightly rocking it back and forth with feet propped up on the table, ears back and tip of his tail twitching a bit agitated.
"You're more pathetic then a snake without fangs, Tennessee." He groaned to himself, kicking back more getting furious but keeping balance, and pulled his hat down over his eyes as his feet rested back to the top of the table. "Is a gal really going to ruin you like this? She's strong she can take me out anytime if I let my guard down..."
He huffed sitting up, about to slam his fist down the table and stopped. Tennessee rested his head down on to the table. "But she's just... So beautiful."
