Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Chapter two of the revision!

Yami: Heyyyyyy!

What?

Yami: Yugi got into the cookies again!

Crap, well enjoy the story while Atemu and I chase down Yugi!

Yami: Shadow does not own Yu-gi-oh!

Yugi pulled himself up from the cement and ran all the way to his car before sliding down it and onto the ground, full out sobbing into his hands. 'Why does Tea do this to me? I thought she was my friend. Maybe she was just pretending….but why would she have a reason to do that?' He didn't hear the footsteps coming toward him until Joey bent down in front of him.

"Come on Yugi….Don't let her get to you. Just let it go until tomorrow and come back in so we can watch the concert and have a fun night. We've been waiting forever to come see them. Besides me and Tristan yelled at her so she left."

Yugi looked up at his best friend with tears in his eyes. Joey's hair was matted down from the rain and Yugi giggled. "You yelled at her for me?"

Joey nodded. "Of course, you're my best bud Yuge! And nothing I mean nothing will ever change that. This is something we'll work through together just like always. I'm here for you bud!"

Yugi flung himself into Joey's arms, giving his friend a tight hug. "I love you Joey!"

Joey chuckled. "Love ya too Yuge. And guess what we're probably going to be banned from any more shows they put on."

"Why?" Yugi asked pulling away, an eyebrow raised.

"Well while we were yelling at her the band sort of ummmm…..just stood there and stared at us. Yami kept askin what was going on but we never answered him because we were too busy yelling at Tea." Joey explained leaning back against the car. "They probably think we're nuts, I mean who comes to a concert just to yell and scream at each other?"

"You know I'm still waiting for an answer here."

Both Yugi and Joey jumped at the sudden voice. Turning to see Yami standing there with a slight smile on his face and his arms crossed.

Yugi swallowed the ump in his throat and stared wide-eyed at the perfect man in front of him. Even with a jacket on and a hood over his head he still looking absolutely ravishing.

Yami chuckled. "Relax; you don't have to stare at me like I'm some monster or something."

Joey closed his mouth, which had been hanging open. "Well you are one of the best singers I know of right now."

Yami smirked. "Well then as for this situation. What's going on and who was that girl you were yelling at and why did you run out?" He asked turning to Yugi.

Yugi cleared his throat. "Her name was Tea and she's been a bitch to me the past year and I finally blew up on her and Joey, Malik, Tristan, Serenity and Ryou were yelling at her too. And I ran out because I didn't want to see her face anymore. We really are sorry for interrupting everything, I shouldn't have let it get to me." He glanced back up at Yami, his head still down cased. Joey nodded.

Yami looked at Yugi and nodded. "Don't apologize. Everyone has their moments and I for one care about all my fans, plus you were crying and it kind of peeked my curiosity." Yami shrugged. "Alright then, well if you two are actually going to come watch the concert then come on we'll get security to let you back in."

With that he turned and walked back in with the two friends following him. Joey smiled down at Yugi and slung an arm around his shoulder. "Told ya it would all be okay pal." He said and earned a big smile from his shorter buddy.

About a week later Yugi was sitting behind the counter in the game shop filliping through a magazine and holding a conversation with his grandfather who was sweeping.

"Yugi! Where are you?" His mother yelled from up the stairs.

Yugi groaned but then looked up when he heard his grandpa chuckle. "What?"

Solomon put the broom down and gave his grandson a big smile. "I know that voice, she'll probably ask you to go do something for her." He said with a chuckle.

Yugi nodded. "You bet."

Alana Motou, a thin woman with waist length blonde and black hair walked around the corner, her blue eyes were lined in black eyeliner and she was wearing a pair of jeans, a tank-top and some sandals. "Yugi, can you go drop the mail off at the post office? I have to go get your sister from her babysitter and the post office is out of my way. She called me and said one of the kids is sick and who know how easily Maren gets sick."

Yugi shrugged, plastering on a smile. "Of course mother."

"Thank you honey. I love you." Alana kissed her sons head before she disappeared out of the door.

Solomon looked back at Yugi. "I knew she would ask you to do something."

Yugi laughed. "Since when does she not have something for me to do?" He asked as he walked out the door, just in time to see his mother leave. He sighed and glanced at his car quickly before shrugging and began walking the opposite way from his mother. The post office was only a few miles from the shop so there was no need for him to drive.

It was a nice day, the birds chirping, sunshine, and the crisp autumn air felt nice to Yugi's skin. He was glad his mother had left her make-up in the bathroom again because if she hadn't he would be burning up in a long sleeved shirt right about now.

The walk to the post office was un-eventful, but you couldn't say the same about the walk back. Yugi was looking down at his phone, not paying attention to where he was going. That was until he fell to the ground after bumping into someone.

"Oh I'm sorry." They both said at the same time.

Yugi got up and took a good look at the man. The Gods must have it out for him because Yami Sennen was standing in front of him wearing a nice button up white shirt and black jeans. His puzzle and stud earrings also added to his appearance. Yugi blushed.

Yami looked at Yugi and smirked. "Oh hey, you're the kid from my concert right?" He asked, eyeing Yugi up and down.

Yugi crossed his arms. "Well, I'm not a kid but yes."

Yami chuckled, pushing his sunglasses up on his head. "Where ya headed?"

"Home. I had to do something for my mom." Yugi said, the blush still prominent on his cheeks.

"Mind if I walk with you?"

Yugi was taken aback by this question. 'Why on earth does he want to walk with me? I guess it wouldn't hurt.' "Well….I guess not." Yugi said beginning to walk again.

Yami smiled, putting his sun glasses back down before he continued to walk down the street with Yugi.

Yugi was beyond thankful that his house wasn't that far away because he couldn't describe how awkward it was walking down the street beside Yami, lead singer of Hidden Evidence who Yugi had the biggest crush on.

When they reached his house Yugi smiled at Yami. "This is my place. Well thanks for walking me home."

"You live in a game shop?" Yami asked, his eyes wide

Yugi nodded. "Well we live above it. Not everyone can have a fancy house like you." Yugi said, only half joking and turned to continue into his home.

"Wait!"

Yugi turned around and looked at Yami, surprised when the older of the two grabbed his arm and started writing on it.

Yugi chucked. "You carry a sharpie around with you?"

Yami shrugged, leaning back up and re-capped his marker. "I never know when I'm going to have to sign something. Well anyway call me sometime."

Yugi nodded, looking down with a raised eyebrow to see ten numbers written neatly on his fore-arm. "What….is this your number? But why?"

Yami smiled. "You seem interesting. Now don't go giving my number away to everyone.

Yugi laughed. "I won't." He said and started walking back into his house when yet again he was stopped.

"Wait, what's your name?" Yami asked.

"Yugi."

"Yugi." Yami teased it out. "Nice."

Yugi smiled, and nodded. "Thanks, see ya around." And with that Yugi walked into the house and leaned up against the door, his lipped trapped between his teeth.

Yami turned around, unable to wipe the smile off his face. Yugi was such an interesting boy and extremely cute. What he didn't notice was the man watching them from across the street, camera balanced in his hand.

"Next cover page, Mr. Sennen."
