It's so nerve racking it's terrifying and you want to run away; crawl away. Whatever it takes to get away!

It's so nerve racking you want to hit something—and hit it hard! You want to pick up the nearest heavy object and throw it across the room, but at the same time you want to cuddle something soft and hold onto it tight.
