Sorry it took so long guys. Honestly, I had pretty much given up on writing it. But…..here it is so, enjoy!
Tohru saw dark shapes moving slowly around the room. Her eyes fluttered completely open. "he-hello?" Yuki, who had been kneeling by her side, straightened almost immediately. "Oh Tohru, you're finally awake." Yuki tried to hide his yawn, but it was unsuccessful. "Oh no! Yuki, I'm so sorry! You must be so tired! Who's been cleaning the house? And I've left you guys to feed yourself, I bet you were starving…..how's Kyo? Was he mad? You didn't hurt him, did y-mrphhhh" Shigure had put his hand over her mouth and quickly shushed her. "Now now, don't you worry about us, my little high scho-mmhmn I mean, my little flower." Yuki glowered at Shigure, violently prying his hand off of Tohru's mouth. While this was happening, Tohru's face had become paler and paler. She gasped as the events from a week ago came flooding back to her. "A-Akito. What, I mean, did you, I mean, where is she?"
Shigure and Yuki's faces darkened drastically. "No Tohru, we don't know where Akito is, all we have is a scrap of cloth from her kimono. Even Shigure can't track her down." Shigure bowed his head, abashed that even with his dog senses, he couldn't find one woman. "Never mind that. How are you doing miss Honda?" Tohru realized that her chest was thrumming painfully. She looked down and sucked in her breath. There was a long stitching ukiover her heart, and there were needles going into her arms. She swiveled her head to look at Yuki. But what she said next wasn't even about her own health; it was about the boy that hadn't come yet. "Where is he Yuki? Where is Kyo-kun?" Yuki took a second to long to answer. So Shigure answered for him. "He's in the other hospital room. You lost quite a lot of blood, and Hatori needed blood for you immediately, and Kyo was the first to offer his up." He said the last part so quietly that Tohru had to lean in to hear it. As soon as she did, Tohru heard a muffled growl. "Damn Shigure, why do you have to make it sound so stupid?" Kyo's voice floated into their room. A very straight faced Hatori came into the room wheeling an angry Kyo in with him.
