(AN) Hey you guys! Kyuubi'sgal here! So I decided to continue this story despite getting only one request to continue it. I just didn't like the way it ended. So here you go Chapter 2!
Disclaimer:Kyuubi'sgal owns nothing but the idea.
Naruko, forced to dress and act like a boy, is running from a mob of villagers when a man appears and saves her.
*************15 minutes later*********Naruko's apartment*********************
The man laid Naruko down in her bed before tucking her in. "Who are you?" asked Naruko.
"I can't tell you that. You'll have to figure it out on your own," said the man. "Now, I believe it's time for you to sleep, Naruko." The child's eyes widened.
"How?" asked the blonde child.
"Sshhhh. It's a secret," said the man with his finger to his lips before he faded away. The confused child lay in her bed for nearly half an hour before exhaustion finally took over and she fell asleep.
*************************The Next Day***********************************
Naruko was running around her run-down apartment, trying to gather her things. Today was her first day at the academy and she didn't want to be late.
"Shoes, shoes, where the heck are my darned shoes!" she exclaimed, looking under her bed, in her closet, in the bathroom, but she couldn't find her shoes. She ran into the kitchen, so focused on looking for her shoes that she ran past a young, red-headed woman without noticing her. The red-head couldn't help but giggle at the young blonde's antics. Naruko, hearing the giggling, quickly returned to the kitchen. "Who are you?! How did you get in here?!" exclaimed the flustered blonde. "Do you know where my shoes are by any chance?" she asked as an afterthought.
The ginger reigned in her giggling before responding. "Have you checked by the front door?" The blonde did exactly that and, to her surprise, her shoes were neatly set by the front door. She scooped them up before rushing back to the dinky kitchen.
"What about my other questions?... And why were my shoes by the front door?"
"Sorry. I didn't mean to startle you," said the red-head with a giggle. "My name's Kushina...I came in through the front door…. It wasn't exactly shut… And I put your shoes by the front door. I also straightened up a bit. It's kinda hard to believe a young lady such as yourself lived like that."
Naruko just stared blankly at the woman. "Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why are you in my house? Why are you cleaning my house?! Not that I'm against the cleaning, but why? And I still have no idea who you are. All I know is your name!" exclaimed Naruko.
"Aren't you going to be late? Wasn't there a reason you were looking for your shoes?" asked Kushina, trying to change the subject.
Naruko gasped. "You're right!" The blonde ran to the bathroom and spiked her hair up before brushing her teeth while trying to put her shoes on. She pulled on her bright orange jumper over a pair of black boxer shorts and a black sleeveless shirt before running out to the living room. "I'm not done with you!" she exclaimed as she ran toward the door.
Kushina gasped. "Are you really going to wear that out in public? And what did you do to your hair?!" she exclaimed.
Naruko stopped half-sprint to stare blankly at Kushina. "Look lady, I don't know who you are or why you're being nice to me or why you don't know what's going on, but for the last six years, I have pretended to be a boy, so to keep up that appearance, I spike my hair. And yes, I am going to wear these in public. It's either that or to run around in boxer shorts since the villagers either overprice anything I try to buy to the point where it's too expensive or they just plain refuse to let me in the store," said Naruko. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to run to the academy because class starts in like, five minutes." Kushina gaped at the girl as she ran out the front door.
"Wow," said Kushina after the door slammed shut behind the blonde. The red-head slowly became transparent the longer she stood there. As what Naruko said sank in, Kushina felt herself grow sad and after a few minutes, tears began to fall from her eyes. "Why? Why would they do that? That wasn't what we wanted at all," whispered Kushina, choking back tears. The man from the day before appeared behind the crying woman, about as transparent as her, before wrapping his arms around her. "Minato, why would they treat her this way?" she asked as she turned around and buried her face in his chest.
"The villagers are naïve and simple-minded. They don't understand how sealing a demon works," stated Minato.

I hope you guys enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it. Don't forget to review and tell me what you think! I know it's short, hopefully I'll find some inspiration (checks under bed) and update this soon. I wouldn't hold my breath though, my updating schedule is about as stable and dependable as Ohio weather. Seriously, weather here sucks.
