Author's Note: This is where I'll introduce Emmett and Jasper's mate as well as them starting college.
It will start off with her personal point of view and also adding the guys as well. By the way, Damon & Elena are NOT from The Vampire Diaries, I just made them up, kay? Hope you enjoy this chapter and please review so I know what you think :) xoxo
Chapter 2 – College & Meeting new mates
Eva's POV
I was excited but nervous to start off college for the first time,I put it off for so long after High School to save up and I didn't mind starting it alone.
My name is Evangelina Vega I just turned 21 in the summer though my appearance may fool you. I have chocolate brown hair and hazel eyes along with freckles on my face. I have two tattoos, my left arm says Destiny that also has a small small on top and on the right of the word, and my right arm has the word Karma with three hearts along with it, both designed and done in black ink. I go by Eva or Angel but sometimes Angelina.
My parents passed away from a car accident when they were on their way back from their second honeymoon. I was only 11 and at the time with my dads brother Damon and his wife Elena. They didn't have any kids and were just fine with the two of them, they got custody of me right away and I lived with them.
From then on I was spoiled but I didn't care what others said about it, they were family to me no matter what and I loved them.
I worked quite a few jobs saving up: waitressing and cash registering mostly. But I did get enough for college as well my uncle and aunt had a college fund ready for me.
I was living in a dorm on campus by myself since I was lucky enough to get my own room though it was small. My classes were all set up, my stuff unpacked, and I was ready to go.
Writing had always been a way for me to get into another world and away from the real one, so I applied to become a writer and got accepted in a college in a small town near Housin in Texas.
The day finally came when I would be starting classes, I had my schedule and was on my way to my first class, American Literature.
I got in the classroom and got an open seat in the back, I didn't like sitting in the front very much.
More people started coming in and that's when I seen them. Two guys that looked like sex gods walked in the room. One had short curly brown hair and biceps, looking kinda scary. The other had dirty blonde hair that went to the shoulders. For some odd reason I felt some kind of connection with both of them but what connection was that?
JASPERS POV
We were settled in at the house and both of us got into colleges in Texas so we had our classes set up ahead of time. I wasn't sure what I would major in but Emmett was definitely going for computer technolgoy for some reason. He sure knew how to hack into police systems already real damn good.
When we both walked in to one of the four classes we had together, I seen a girl in the back and I instantly knew she was my mate. She was the most beautiful person I've ever seen in this lifetime. Her chocolate brown hair and hazel eyes got me. When I looked over at Emmett, I could tell she was his mate as well.
I noticed there were two open seats beside her so Emmett and I immediately knew where to sit.
She was looking at us before but now she was writing something in a notebook with a black pen. It made me curious what she was writing.
I looked over and Emmett, he seemed to be looking at her curiously wondering what she was all about.
I was about to say something to her when the teacher walked in and started talking, thinking to myself Guess we'll have to meet later.
EMMETTS POV
When Jaz and I got into the room and I seen the girl in the back, I knew she was my true mate. She was very different from Rosalie and I just wanted to go over there and kiss her hard but I knew I'd have to wait a long while for that.
Looking over at Jaz, I could see that she was his as well, well I'll be damned. We both found the girl we were looking for and she belonged to the both of us.
Jasper had always been like a brother to me so I was never connected to him before in any way but family wise, now we have a mate together.
I went with him and sat on one side of her while he sat on the other. She was writing something in a notebook with a black pen. It made me curious what she was writing about.
I was going to say something but I cursed myself in my thoughts for not saying anything sooner cause the damn teacher walked in and started teaching class Nice timing Asshole I thought to myself.
That class went longer than expected, we all got sheets and crap to fill out from that damn teacher.
As soon as everyone was getting up and leaving the room, I looked over at the girl and noticed her notebook dropped on the floor. Picking it up from the floor, I tapped her shoulder gently and gave her a soft smile when she looked up at me. "You dropped this." I said to her as I handed her the book. My dead heart started racing when she smiled back and took it. "Thanks, it must of dropped before and guess I didn't notice." She replied to me as she got up, putting the strap to her messenger bag over her shoulder. "I'm Evangelina but you can call me Eva." She said with a smile still on her face. Eva I quickly thought to myself, I liked it. "Pleasure to meet you Eva, I'm Emmett." I replied letting her walk out of the back first.
I looked where Jasper was sitting though he must of ran off somewhere cause he wasn't in the room anymore.
When she was down the stairs already and I was behind her, I started walking with Eva, hoping maybe I could do something with her before classes start again. "What class do you have next?" I asked her with a smile. She looked at me as we walked down the hall and smiled again. "US History, what about you?" she asked me. I looked over my schedule before so I knew all my classes in my head. "Looks like we're in the same class together again." I replied looking at her with a smile.
I knew with this college that you had to do the core curriculum before the classes for your major so maybe I had classes with her this year.
I certainly hoped for my sake and Jasper's that all of classes this year had her because this is the first day of seeing our mate in person.
