Dakin: Wait Really! This guy this scrawny puke is who your putting against Goku really.

Ace: The Crablante decided to let Saitama because of the blank coldness of his eyes you see he was actually after some kid with a but chin because Anime Manga who drew the nipples on his chest while he was sleeping and Saitama found the kid first and even thought about warning him.

Jax: However moments later the Crab Guy showed up to kill the kid and Saitama was forced to defend the boy even he kind of deserved it for being stupid like why would you do that to a monster seriously it's called common sense kid learn how to use it.

Dakin: So Saitama fought Crablante and he ended up killing this large monster in a really graphic way by pulling out one of his eyes followed by the rest of the organs Holy Shit Man even I'm not that violent so after this Saitama decided to become a Super Hero while the boy told his grandfather named Agoni about Saitama and the grandfather happened to be a billionaire ended up founding the Hero Association years later the reason being was because he was so moved by the selfless act Saitama preformed.

Ace: So Saitama had found his life calling and after some adventure before the main story of One Punch Man he knew he needed something more so for three straight God damned years One Hundred Push-Ups One Hundred Squats and a Ten KM or a Six Mile Run Everyday Single Day.

Jax: This training was apparently so intense that he spat up blood, felt like he would die and also somehow lost his hair well all of his head hair but it also granted some in press superhuman strength speed and other superhuman powers however as theorized by Doctor Genus his training was so intense that Saitama broke his limiter which may actually be based on something in real life I'll explain when a loved one is in danger people can gain inhuman abilities like lifting a freaking car it's all because of the adrenaline pumping through their system and some people who have metal illness well there brain can't limit there strength.

Dakin: Well that's just my warm up work out I will admit it somehow worked for him making him impossible powerful for a human that is the only problem with this is he got so strong no one in his universe could possible challenge he can take out just about any opponent with a single punch splattering their limbs and other body parts all over the damn place (Whispers) Not me though.

Ace: I can agree on that but Saitama became so strong he could obliterate a large meteor, level mountains and decimate giants who was way bigger than a Skyscraper move and react at incredible speeds far surpassing that far surpass hypersonic he's even able to create after images.

Jax: He's withstood great amounts of heat without even flitching survive attacks that would put down most other heroes down for the count withstand getting kneed to the moon and tank extremely powerful energy attack one time he was even able to deflect an energy attack that could destroy the entire planet He also split the atmosphere with this attack though he still has his fair share of faults.

Dakin: Right many of his fans and by that I mean his wankers believe that he is a gag character which means he has no limits that his strength and power could not possible be matched however this however is not the case he is at best a parody character don't worry ladies and gentlemen I'll explain and you two sit back I've got this.

Dakin: Gag characters usually appear in single panel cartoons that do not follow any main character (although they might follow similar types of jokes) some examples include The Far Side, Bizarro, and Speed Bump because of this, gag characters have little to no personality, considering their short lives Gag characters also appear on television however, a gag character on a show usually appears for only one episode any subsequent appearances make the character into a secondary character Occasionally, gags on television are not dubbed "gags" They are more likely to be called stock characters to quote from gag vs parody 'Gag characters are called gag characters for a reason they are an inconsequential joke that's not relevant to the main story and frequently they display usage of toonforce and other reality bending or warping abilities' and Saitama clearly does not fit this bill he does not have any of these powers is the main character damn it meaning he always shows up and has personality he is very indifferent person who yearns for an opponent that can provide him with a challenge he can be rather humble but also very tactful and insightful when need be.

Ace/Jax: Oh I think I get it so someone like Arale would be a gag character.

Dakin: Right you are since she's impossible powerful matching God Goku and all Saitama at best is a parody character now a parody is an imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect now it appears Saitama and the series of One Punch Man seem to fit this bill as they go against most Anime/Manga formulas.

Ace/Jax(Totally not getting it) : Ok-

Dakin: OMG ok in the traditional Anime/Manga formula it follows a main protagonist who is sometimes is underdog and seeks to the strongest warrior the very best Goku seeks greater strength to be the strongest he possible can be Naruto sought to be Hokage Luffy wants to be the Pirate King Roronoa Zoro wants to be the Worlds Greatest Swordsmen and all of them has some kind of rival that is at least challenge to them however Saitama is the opposite of this he is already the best and strongest he has no one.

Ace: And there are even more flaws like the time he Failed to kill a tiny mosquito despite possessing super-speed and super-strength and Saitama is still a human meaning he can't breath in space he's also somewhat absent minded forgetting names and faces he even scored a 4/15 in intelligence test.

Jax: Ha and you say I'm the dumbest person ever then there was that one time Bang/Silver Fang was able to completely outmaneuver and even humiliate Saitama using his speed this means it is possible for others to be faster than him and we now Saitama was serious here plus we've seen him get hurt before like with Boros or Silver Fang or even a normal house cat.

Dakin: He's also not a Martial Artist by any means as he uses a very basic brawler kind of fighting style relaying heavily on punches his stamina can deplete over time and the course of a battle especial if he takes to much damage and the author never stated that the full power of Saitama's punch possed the power of "half a Big Bang" but still.

Subterraneans: What was that surface dweller. He was so strong.
