Chapter -2

Next morning, before breakfast, Niklaus announced about bringing Rebekah back. Hayley was shocked to know that Elijah was on Klaus' side. Although Hope was excited by Rebekah's return. She had heard a lot about her from her mother and was quiet thrilled about spending time with her. Although she had spent time with her when she was very young but she does not remember her.

After they finished their breakfast, Klaus instructed servants to clean Rebekah's room. It had been years since she left but nobody has touched her belongings ever.

While, Elijah went back to his room where Hayley was already waiting for him.

"It is wrong .How can you let him do this to her again?" she asked angrily.

Elijah explained himself to her saying that "Niklaus is in no mood to listen to me this time Hayley. He will bring Rebekah back but if I stay with him I can make sure he doesn't harm her." Though he said that but a part of him was happy that Niklaus was doing so.

Niklaus ordered his men to find out where Rebekah was staying .By evening he got the news that she was staying in a city nearby. Everybody got excited by the news .Even Hayley who was feeling sorry for her started working energetically and making preparations to welcome her so that she feels less frustrated when she returns. They were so thrilled that nobody actual slept that night and was up early the next day. Hope never left bed easily. But today even she was hopping around in excitement.

Niklaus and Elijah took off in their car. They did not speak a word in their entire drive. They didn't want to admit how elated they were to meet their baby sister. By evening they reached her house.

They stepped out from their car and rang the doorbell. She was not there. Klaus found her keys hidden in rose plant near the entrance. He smiled to himself thinking that she has not changed at all in all these years and opened the door. It was a long drive so both of them felt thirsty. He found some blood in the fridge and drank it .It was not fresh but they were too happy to mind it. After that they started looking around in the house. They entered her bedroom and saw that a lot of photographs were hung on the wall. They were mostly with her new friends. Except two or three. When they looked at those particular photographs, they were a bit upset or rather jealous. It was Rebekah with Kol and even Finn in those photos

Both of them wondered that she was enjoying with Finn and Kol all these years and never once she even called them.

"Niklaus was the one who pissed her off, then why didn't she call me and who can enjoy with Finn, he is so boring!" Elijah thought in his head. Few seconds later he realized that he was being such a child and was really embarrassed of himself ,even though all this was going on in his mind only.

It was around midnight, when Rebekah arrived and she was not alone. She was with kol. They both were laughing very hard when they entered the house and didn't even notice that their elder brothers were waiting for them.

Rebekah was first to notice them. She knew what was going to happen next and she was ready to fight it this time.

Even Kol understood and there was no way in hell he was going to let Klaus take away and hurt Rebekah.

"What brings you here dear bothers" Rebekah asked, placing a soft kiss on Elijah's cheek.

"We are here to take you back Rebekah"klaus said giving a warning look to kol to stay out of this matter.

"I don't want to Klaus "she said .She was not calling him Nik, surely she was really mad at him.

"And that was not a question, Bekah."he said giving her a small smile.

"Whatever Klaus .I like this place and am not looking forward to leave it anytime soon. "she said in a tired voice.

Elijah noticed the tension in the air and Rebekah's tired expression so immediately interrupts "you look tired Rebekah, why don't we all go to sleep now and talk in the morning. If its okay with you can we stay for the night." He asked after a pause.

"My answer would be same in the morning too 'Lijah and would love it if you stayed. "She replied with a blank expression.

From her eyes ,Elijah could tell she didn't like him taking Klaus' side.

While kol liked first part of her reply, but his face fell down as she completed her sentence.

"No Beks, they will take you away "he murmured in disappointment.

Klaus almost lost his temper at this but Elijah interrupted again"ok sister, and then show us our room."

Rebekah showed them a room which they had to share.

Kol insisted on staying and not going back to his house .He was convinced that if he left ,Klaus would take their sister without her will. He didn't want to take any chances so he slept on the couch in the hall.

Soon all four of them were asleep because of their day's activity.
