"Right now you couldn't summon a wishbone without melting into a puddle of darkness, di Angelo. I told you, no more Underworld-y stuff, doctor's orders. You owe me at least three days of rest in the infirmary. Starting now."
~Will Solace, in The Blood of Olympus

I woke up, and felt coldness enter me, and shivered. That was a horrible nightmare. Focusing on my surroundings, I was lying on the floor, next to my bed. Wincing, I got up. Ouch. There was pain in my chest, right where the sword was. Putting off my black t-shirt, I inspected the spot. There was no sign; only my usual skin color - pale white.
The cabin door opened, and sunlight shot through, with Will entering.
I quickly put on my t-shirt, as I felt him smiling.
"You sleep with your shirt off?" he asked.
"What does it matter to you?" I said back, hotly.
"That I should start sneaking in the cabin when you're sleeping."
I thought if I should tell him about my nightmare, but it involved with a lot of feelings. I didn't like feeling embarrassment, pain, or any of the bad things. Drama was a thing I've kept from, but with Will around, I experienced all of those things.
"Meeting in the Poseidon Cabin," he said. "Every Camper has to be there."
"Is Percy okay?" I blurted out.
"Yeah, he's fine." He seemed to sort of annoyed, and rushed. "There's new kids at Camp-Half Blood. Grover found them. A girl and a boy."
My memory went to Bianca, and I felt sad. We're a bit like them.
I went outside, and Will quickly grabbed my hand. Usually, I didn't let people touch or grab me, but he was an exception. His hand felt warm, and we held hands all the way to the Poseidon Cabin.
"Hey," Annabeth greeted us. She didn't even blink or stared when we were holding hands. She was cool like that. "Their names are Rainer and Noël Simmons; boy and girl. Claimed by Poseidon."
"Good job, G-man," Percy high-fived Grover.
I looked to see the sister and brother looking uncomfortable. They both had black hair; and sea-green eyes; like Percy. The guy had a blue streak through his hair, and wore all black. His clothes look like mine, I realized, and some people stared at me, seeing that too. He couldn't be the son of Poseidon, could he? My pulse raced, and for some reason, I felt attracted to the guy.
The girl pushed back her long-mane of black hair, reminding me of a horse. "Why are we here? I still don't get it," she said. "Greek Myths aren't real!"
I sighed, even though I was once confused. They would sooner believe it, though.
The guy sauntered up towards me, flashing white teeth. "Hey, who are you?"
I stared at him. "I'm Nico, son of Hades."
"Cool. The Death God. I'm Rainer, and apparently son of the Sea God, Poseidon."
I could hear Will do some sort of growl, and quickly flash a smile. "Hey, I'm Will Solace. Nico's friend."
"Uh huh. I get it." Rainer didn't even wince. "Oh, well. Plenty fish in the sea, right?" He laughed, walking away.
"I don't think that was one bit funny," Will retorted.
I gave him something that made him brighten: a small smile.
