Chapter Two

~Flash back~

A thirteen year old Yami and six year old Yuugi Motou sat in their room waiting for their mother and father to get home. Unknown to them someone has just got through an open window.

Bakura made his way through the Motou residence. Looking for things of value for him to take, he moved paintings away from the walls seeing if they had a wall safe, giving up on that me made his way to another room. Knowing that Mr. and Mrs. Motou won't be back for a little while he continued his screech. He found some money in a tea pot in the china cabinet, the actual china in it wouldn't be worth much unless it was all together and he didn't have the time to take all of it. Making his way to the master bedroom he heard a noise coming from what looked like to be a child's bedroom. The room had two beds in it, toys all over floor the light was on though, looking under the bed and over the rest of the room he found no one there and on his way out using his glove covered hands he turned off the light, out of habit really.

Once he was in the master bedroom he took all the jewelry from the woman's jewelry box, most of which was real gold and diamonds.

Back in the boys' room Yami drew his head back from the slight opening from in the closet and sighed.

"Is he gone?" Yuugi whispered only to be shushed by his brother. Yami closed the door the rest of the way.

Bakura taking one more look around the house stopped and looked at the family picture, he wanted to know just who he was stealing from. Looking over the picture his eyes stopped and who looked like to be the youngest in the family, he was small, and had big innocent eyes, a happy smile across his face. A smirk spread itself across Bakura's face; the boy would quiet the looking when he was older. He opened the back of the frame and took the picture from himself.

Just then a light turned on, a man and a woman entered the room and not a moment later, after two gun shots where dead and Bakura quickly fled from the house.

~End Flash Back~

Bakura sat in an abandoned warehouse. Growling, this time he knew he was going to get caught. His phone started to vibrate again, Ryou's name flashed on the screen and Bakura pressed ignore. Bakura ran his hand through his wild long white locks and sighed. He really wanted to enjoy more of Yuugi, a cruel laughs escaped his lips. He never thought he'd really see that kid again! After he murdered his parents and then one day Ryou brings him over! It was just too good to be true! Bakura just smirked thinking about the things he still wanted to do to the boy. Even though he tried to kill Yuugi, it's not like he really wanted that. His body just went on autopilot. Although he did mean it with Yami. He had interrupted him, so he deserved it.

Meanwhile back at the Kaiba Manor, Seto and Joey where pouring over the paper work.

"Hey here that Bakura's little brother's number, do you think he knows where his brother might be?" Jounouchi said turning to Seto.

"It's the best lead we got right now." Seto said "We'll start on it tomorrow, it is passed eleven pm."

"True."

Yuugi and Yami where talking in Yuugi's room, about what Seto couldn't tell. They're voices were too hushed. Walking away from the room he entered his own brother's to find him sleeping peacefully. The he walked in to the down the hall out of ear shot of the other too.

"What are we going to do? Even if we get Bakura, there's no physical evidence. Bakura took every precaution. Same with the murders" Seto stopped and punched the wall. "damnit!"

"Seto, getting angry won't help you or them." Jounouchi said walking around the corner. "We can always get Bakura to confess can't we?"

"How so? The only the only thing we have is there testimony and no evidence, it won't hold up in court! And he knows that!" Seto said glaring at his partner.

"I don't know but still, are just going to give up?" Jounouchi said "And you know it's not hopeless. We just have keep diggin' so shape up"

"Right sorry" Seto said walking back to where the den is.

Yuugi sighed and pulled the blinds closed on the windows, he was scared Bakura would come and…

"Yuugi are you okay?" Yami Asked and then mentally smacked himself.

Yuugi flinched at the question and bit his lip. "Yea, I'm okay staying here and no I'm not fine about what happened" Yuugi also whispered before sitting next to his brother again and resting his head on Yami's shoulder.

Yami sighed. "I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that."

"I know."

The next day Seto and Jounouchi head back to the station. It was abuzz with people doing their jobs, talking on the phone; they made their way over to their desks.

"So how's your end of the case coming?" Benson asked

"I don't know really. We don't even know if the kid will testify against Bakura." Jounouchi said, "Also we're going to contact that Bakura guy's younger brother, his name was Ryou"

"Actually he came in" Stabler said "Huang is talking to him…the kid is pretty shaken"

"Why's that?" Seto asked.

"Well, he's fourteen both their parents are dead and Bakura is the only one providing for them. Not only that…Bakura pretty much had the kid brainwashed. His brother has convinced him that if he isn't there that he's going to die" Benson told him.

Huang walked in the room.

"How's the kid?" Stabled asked.

"He's very capable of having Bakura's hold taken off of him, if he's willing to do that himself. He wants to do what's right for Yuugi; he even said Bakura had been messing for about five days before Yuugi's rape." Huang said. "He thinks Bakura planned it for while now."

"Why would you say that?" Seto asked

"Well, he told me one time when he went into his brother's room, he found pictures and not just pictures of Yuugi…of when the people where being raped, but there more of Yuugi than the others combined."

"You're saying this guy raped about how many people?"

"Ryou brought in a 3 boxes of the pictures and what looks like a scrapbook of just Yuugi, and ones of Yuugi aren't just from the rape." Huang said.

A/N: and that's how my first own written chapter of this goes ^^ not nearly as long as the first but I think I might have spend too many things of along, but oh well. PLEASE REVIEW! Like pretty please! They make me so happy!
