"Aw, Doc! Do I have to? I hate these damn tests!" Scout at it again. Won't stop yapping on about how 'He's fine' and that 'If that southern grandpa built it, I trust it' and... well, I could go on quite a few chapters.
"Do I really have to show you how it's done, dumbass?" "Just as bad as those hippie folk." Solly barged in front of Scout and screamed at Medic to let him go and get it over with. Medic told him "Now, if ju vill kindly calm zhe HELL DOWN, I MAY VE ABLE TO DO IT FOR JU." Solly threw his hands in the air and went to sulk somewhere. Medic sat down Scout, telling him about how he has to watch his behavior, yadda yadda yadda. I was tapping my foot impatiently, until I heard a bloodcurdling scream, much like my own, when I was younger.
Medic walked out with a blood-covered Archimedes, and curdled him, mumbling something about how "I know it vas filthy in zere. It vill surely not happen again." and then Scout came charging out of the respawn room, screaming at Archimedes. I knew Archimedes did no wrong, and so I stepped in. "Huddah huddah!" I smacked him. "Mrrrph hudah mmmrrrrpphhh!" "I agree with this mumbling abomination." I swear, I want to light all of his precious suits aflame. "Get a grip, you stupid sack of energy." Spy butted in. Scout broke down and went to play in the snow. He called Emma, who bounced up into his arms. It was obvious that Scout was her favorite. He was the only one who could keep up with her, anyway.
It kills me a little inside when I see this much affection.
Scout and Emma, always up to something. Medic and Heavy, doing who knows what in Medic's office. And pretty much everyone else writing back to their sweetheart back home.
Disgusting.
