"How long before we will know?" Gary had placed his warm arms around her waist.
"Three whole minutes." She flips the back of the box to read the instructions again to make sure.
"Such torture." He sets the egg timer.
"Gary this will change our lives forever."
"And for the best" he bounced on the balls of his feet waiting was killing him.
"You can do it Gary." She held his hand, "Just one more minute."
The next second a popping noise makes them jump.
"Gary, it's ready."
She pulls two pizza pockets from the microwave. He can't wait and takes a big bite only to realize, "Oh mother, baby that's hot."
Miranda just laughs and gives him a big smile, "You have a lot to learn living with me."
