Upon getting back from tribal council, Chicken was worried that he would be the next to go, since he assumed the votes were based on who did the most work around camp. The next morning, Chicken tried to drum up an alliance with Bob and Michael. He said that it made sense because they were the three oldest tribemembers. At Soramaro, elections for a leader were held, and Savage won unanimously over Brian. That began a grudge between Savage and Brian. The reward challenge consisted of a target shooting contest. Savage sat out for Soramaro. Soramaro won flint and fishing gear. James found the clue to the idol in the tackle box. He showed it to Coby, and they found it together. Savage got everyone to make some much needed improvements on the shelter, much to the chagrin of Brian, who wanted to go fishing. Marty could not do work because of his ankle. At Yakamoto, Chicken was the hardest worker, in fear of leaving next. Michael found the idol. The immunity challenge from episode 3 of Palau was used. Marty sat out for Soramaro. Soramaro won their third straight challenge. Back at camp, Michael gave his idol to Chicken. At Tribal Council, Ibrehem, Gregg, Greg and Ryno voted for Chicken, but those votes were negated because Chicken played the idol. Bob, Michael and Chicken voted for Ibrehem because of his laziness and his ineptitude at the earlier challenge. In a total blindside, Ibrehem became the second person voted out of Fuji. (3-0)
