Misao was in a garden with pretty flowers and there was an old fashioned Japanese style house. She was playing with her ball happily when suddenly she was tripped over by some small demons and she began to cry when she realized she scraped her knee. She didn't understand why they were always so mean to her.

Suddenly, a dark haired boy appeared and chased away the demons and helped Misao to her feet. He was very handsome, but she felt too shy to say this to him out loud "You shouldn't cry they'll laugh more" he said as he dusted her down. They enjoyed seeing her suffer, they were demons with malicious intent after all.

Misao wiped away her tears, trying to make herself look brave "Who are you?" she sniffed still a bit tearful after her painful fall. She had never been able to have a conversation with anyone before. Most of the other kids were always scared of her and ran away whenever she said she could see the monsters.

The boy smiled and said "My name is Kyo and you don't have to worry, cos I'll protect you from now on" he said kindly. She was going to be his future bride after all, so of course he was going to keep her safe. How else would he be able to ensure that she would be safe. He didn't want to risk anything happened to her.

Misao smiled happily, relieved that he was nice enough to befriend her and not think her strange. "Nice to meet you Kyo-chan my name is Misao".

Misao came to her head aching as if it was in between a vice, painful and feeling rather dizzy. She could only pray to god that she didn't throw up because of it. As she could tell she was back home in her room with the sun beaming through her curtains. She didn't remember coming home, had she fallen asleep at some time?

Suddenly her mother came in, carrying a tray with a bowl of porridge and golden syrup, and a glass of warm milk. Upon seeing her daughter was awake she smiled "hello Misao I brought you some food how are you feeling" she said kindly. She certainly looked healthier, she had certainly healed up nicely but still suffered headaches.

Misao looked at her mother and smiled faintly "Mother…I feel a bit better but my head hurts is that food for me" she said gently. Every now and again the pain would get worse only to go away. When she thought of her friends or parents it didn't hurt, but when she thought of Mr Usui the pain immediately intensified.

While Misao enjoyed her warm milk after eating her porridge, her mother sat beside Misao on the bed after placing her tray on her bedside table. "Misao do you remember anything at all yet, it's really important that you try" she said tearfully. She knew she still suffered head pains, but it was important to try in slow steps.

Misao finished her milk and hesitated then said "I had a dream, at least I think it was a dream. But it could have been a memory of my past" Misao said slowly gripping her chest with her hands. She had forgotten a lot of things, but every now and again she would see glimpses though she didn't know of what. None of it made sense to her.

Yoko looked hopeful and took her daughters hands "Yes Misao go ahead tell me what did you remember". As long as she took her time and didn't push herself, she would be fine. If she felt like it hurt too much, she would be fine. Just like the doctor said, just take it easy and pace herself into remembering.

Misao closed her eyes tightly then said nervously "I dreamt about the house next door, I was in their garden as a child and a boy saved me from some scary monsters and promised to protect me" she said thoughtfully. He had been so beautiful, she had never seen a boy that beautiful in her entire life.

Yoko gasped then got up, this was definitely a step up from before. "Misao you stay here sweetie I'll go get Kyo" she said and ran downstairs with the tray quickly. He would be overjoyed to know about this new form of development, given the reaction she had given him before at the hospital.

Kyo burst into Misao's room panting breathlessly making Misao jump, she had never seen him look so panicked. "Mr. Usui it's you but why are you here?" she said rather stunned. She had told her mother about a boy and her childhood, so why did that have anything to do with her teacher, she didn't understand.

Kyo walked up to Misao and grabbed her by the shoulders "Misao is it true…did you…did you have a flashback of us as children?!" he yelled desperately his eyes filled with hope. That meant she still remembered him, the memories locked away in her psyche, but over time they would come back to her again.

Misao looked nervous by his desperation, but slowly composed herself the said "Yes I did but I don't understand what it means, yet and I found out your name is Kyo" she said quietly. Kyo Usui, the name sounded familiar like she had heard it before, but she didn't know why. Her head was still in a fog about so much.

Kyo smiled gently and hugged Misao tightly "I'm so happy" he whispered making Misao blush "…You at least remembered our past and we can build from there" he said lovingly. He didn't care how long it took, he would do anything and everything in his power. If it meant it could bring back the Misao he knew and loved.

Misao gazed over to her father, whom she expected to be glaring daggers at Kyo. But instead of being angry he looked hopeful about her flashback. She didn't know when this opportunity would come again and since she was enjoying this tight embrace, she wrapped her arms around Kyo and returned his hug.

Misao entered the garden cautiously, getting familiar with the surroundings and Kyo held her hand gently for support. The garden was certainly lovely and he cared for it so well, part of her felt like this place was familiar, yet she didn't recall ever coming to his house. "Do you remember anything else?" he said kindly.

Misao nodded, shifting shyly as she held tightly onto his arm "Um the surroundings a little bit, and the house. But that's about it and I remember we knew each other as kids" she said slowly. She could tell that she had improved by the relieved look on Kyo's face, but there was still a lot of her memories that were lost to her.

Kyo smiled, though it was not much they were still precious memories she was slowly reclaiming. "Yeah we did but that's not all Misao" he said with a warm smile making Misao melt like butter. If it meant she would get better sooner, he would happily tell her everything so she could relive it a second time over.

Misao tried to act calm, though she was excited at the idea of reclaiming her lost memories. "There's more? can you tell me?" she asked her eyes big and hopeful to which Kyo held her hand close to his cheek and gazed at her. She felt this was wrong, despite being childhood friends he was also her teacher. But she certainly didn't hate it.

"Misao I can tell you as much as you wish. No matter what it is, just as long as you remember me" Kyo said gently to which Misao blushed but was enjoying this. She felt comfortable around Mr Usui, like she had done this all before. But she didn't understand why she couldn't remember such things.

"Lady Misao" a voice called out and 3 handsome looking men appeared 1 blonde, 1 redhead and a dark haired one like Kyo. Misao clutched Kyo nervously to which the 3 Tengu looked somewhat confused. Usually Lady Misao would have greeted them, why did she look so scared by their presence.

Kyo sighed, he had been so panicked that he hadn't really filled them in on much details. "She's still getting her memories back ,so far she's getting childhood memories to return" Kyo said gazing at Misao. Though not much, it was a big stepping stone in his books compared to the girl who had been previously scared of him.

Sagami sighed, no wonder Lord Kyo had been in such a state. For Lady Misao to lose all the memories they had reclaimed over the years, of course he would be upset. "I see that would explain her unusual behaviour, does she remember about you being a demon?" he asked. Not realizing the bomb he had just stood on.

Misao gasped, backing away slightly "You mean that wasn't a dream, you really are a demon!" she cried loudly in shock backing away. He had wings and special powers, but she thought those sorts of things only existed in books. She had no idea they actually existed in real life, how terrifying yet amazing.

Kyo held her tightly by the shoulders "Why? You've been fine with it for a while now, hell Misao you shouldn't complain with the situation you're in!" Kyo snapped. Misao looked confused then Kyo sighed "Damn looks like I'm gonna have to resort to slyness, forgive me Misao" he said apologetically.

Misao looked confused, she had no idea of what was going on here. Why was Kyo acting so strange all of a sudden, she didn't understand. "Forgive you for what Kyo?" she asked curiously. He hadn't done anything wrong, he had only been worried about her so all of his actions before were justified. She was the one who should apologize.

Kyo slowly turned to Zenki with a serious expression "Zenki bring me some Miasma" he said sternly. Misao then fell to her knees suddenly and clutched her stomach tightly, as she felt an intense pain wash through her body. God, she felt sick, she had never felt such an agonizing pain before. She could feel all strength leaving her body.

Misao was in shock as well as fear "What is this? My stomach is killing me!" she cried tears pouring down her cheeks and sweat dripping down her back and forehead. God, what was happening and how did she make it stop? She hated this, she was so scared and she didn't know what to do. She prayed to Kami for a relief from this pain.

After about 20 minutes her stomach stopped hurting, causing her to sigh in relief and Kyo held her "I'm sorry Misao I had to show you, that was our baby you our pregnant with my unborn child". He had never wanted to use that method, but in her state she would never have believed him. She didn't even remember their relationship after all.

Misao's eyes widened in shock and she pushed away from Kyo. A look of anger on her face "You never mentioned that! You bastard, you must have taken advantage of me or something. Even if we knew each other as kids I never remember sleeping with you!" she yelled. How could he have just dropped this bomb on her like this.

Zenki sighed heavily, wishing they could have done this another way. "It's true Milady, you and Lord Kyo have made out and slept together quite a lot. You were also deeply in love as a matter of fact" he said placing a hand on Misao's shoulder. He knew this would be a lot to take in but it was nothing but the truth.

Misao back away from Kyo and the others and ran back to her home. Tears falling down her cheeks from disbelief. Kyo watched her leave his eyes sad and a pained look on his face to which Sagami noticed "Lord Kyo are you ok?" he said in a concerned tone.

Kyo sighed sadly "All I want is for us to be as we were, I want it right now. I cannot wait for her memory to be returned on its own there has to be a way!" he yelled in frustration At this rate she would grow to hate him and abort the baby that she had practically fought him over so she could keep it.

Misao lay on her bed still rather upset from what Kyo had told her, and she still was having a hard time believing it. This couldn't be true, this couldn't be real. She was only 17 years old, how could she have a baby inside of her? This made no sense, she was still a fucking kid after all, she had no idea of how to raise a child.

Yoko came into her room and sat on the edge of her bed and stroked her hair gently. She had heard about the fight between her and Kyo again, though she understood it; it would only make matters worse. Misao looked up at her mother with tear stained eyes "Mum am I pregnant with Kyo's baby?" she asked wiping away her tears.

Yoko clenched her fist and then nodded "Yes Misao you have been for a while, when you were in a relationship with Kyo Usui who is a childhood friend of yours" she said gently. God, how was Misao going to be a parent when she couldn't even remember the babies father? This whole situation was such a mess.
