Addendum to report:
I met with Mr. Miller to give him feedback on my evaluation as well as provide the recommendations and gauge his willingness to comply with treatment. He was fairly stoic throughout the discussion, though he continued to rub his thumbs on his hands nervously. He noted that therapy would probably be difficult for him as he does not like to talk about things, but agreed to comply with treatment recommendations, stating that he wanted to be "better." He reported he had gotten back together with Ms. Day, and although he was afraid of "screwing up" he realized he "loved her too much to let her go."
