Chapter 2

Bulma Briefs' was just sitting in her home at capsule corp. enjoying the solace of building machines. Today she was trying to fix some of the cleaning units that had broken down around the building. Bulma was a genius, even when she first went out to search for the dragon balls she was incredibly smart. Being able to create a device that was able to track the magical energy that was produced from the magical wish granting orbs is something that even her father Dr Briefs had trouble understanding. Bulma was just about finished with fixing up the robot in front of her when she heard a knock on her window behind her. Bulma turned around and saw one of her oldest friends outside.

"Goku!" Bulma said excitedly

" BULMA OPEN THE WINDOW I NEED TO TALK TO YOU" Goku yelled out from the other side of the window. Bulma quickly complied and opened the window. As soon as the window opened Goku jumped off the flying nimbus and landed in the room. Bulma went and gave her friend a hug and Goku just stood there surprised.

"Oh, I've missed you big lug, So what brings you down here, married life getting a little hectic for ya?" Bulma questioned.

"Sort of, some people came to my house and kidnapped my son, he had a dragon ball on his hat, can I borrow the dragon radar for a while please?" Goku said laying out everything on the table for Bulma. For Goku he was surprised to see that Bulma was speechless.

"Umm Bulma I'm kind of in a hurry here." Goku said innocently while waving his hand in front of her face to get her attention. Bulma blinked a few times as if finally coming to grips with what her friend had just said.

"So let me get this strait, You and Chichi…had a baby…and It's a LITTLE BOY!" Bulma yelled the last bit out in excitement. Bulma then grabbed on to Goku's hands and continued to question him.

"Oh my god, does he look like you, does he look like ChiChi, Does he have a tail like you did, oh when do I get to meet the little guy?" Bulma asked one question after the other and Goku seemed even more confused than before.

" He looks like me I guess, and a bit like Chichi too, and yeah he has a tail like I did, and s for when you can see him, well I guess after I get him back from whoever kidnapped him." Goku said in a very innocent voice. Bulma though snapped out of her innocent and excited state of mind and a look of dread went over her features.

"He's been kidnapped, WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SO BEFORE, TAKE THE DAMN DRAGON RADAR AND GET THAT LITTLE BOY BACK" Bulma yelled at Goku as she threw him the Dragon radar. Goku had to cover his ears because Bulma was yelling so loud. Suddenly the door to the room opened up and in came Yamcha. Yamcha didn't look very different from what Goku remembered him. He still had his long black hair and scars on his face, but he was wearing what looked to be a sports jersey.

"Hey Goku, what are you doing here?" Yamcha asked

"Hey Yamcha, look I would love to stay and catch up but I have to go rescue my son from some bad guys." Goku said flatly. Yamcha grew really excited though.

"Bad guys, oh man, I've been itching for a good fight ever since the last tournament, mind if I give you a hand Goku?" Yamcha asked his friend. Goku just grinned.

"Sure pal, the more the merrier" Goku said as he hopped out of the window and onto the flying Nimbus. Yamcha quickly changed into his turtle hermit school gi and flew out the window. Bulma then went over to the window and yelled out to the two men.

"You guys better come back in one peace or I will kill you both." Bulma then shut her window and then went back to her project, but she couldn't focus on it because of what those two men are getting into.

Goku and Yamcha were flying through the air at full speed trying to locate the dragon balls, when Goku found a cluster on the radar.

"Aha so someone is gathering the Dragon balls." Goku exclaimed.

"Well that makes it easier for us to find them." Yamcha said. Goku just simply nodded in reply.

"So Goku, before this little mishap happened, how has life been for ya, you said you have a son?" Yamcha asked.

"Yeah, his name is Gohan, and too be honest life has been great for me, Chichi cooks for me, and cleans up for me, and I can go out and train as much as I want ,whats not to like." Goku said with his usual smile on his face.

"Heh wish I could say the same for me, things with Bulma have been pretty dicey lately." Yamcha said. Goku looked puzzled at this.

"Huh why do you say that, I thought you guys got along great?" Asked Goku

"Well I guess as friends we are great but as a couple, I don't know, I just can't handle just how, well… scary she can be." Yamcha said with a bit of a shudder.

"Yeah I know what you mean, Chichi can be really scary when she is mad, I'll tell ya, I would much rather face the demon king Piccolo again any day then face Chichi when she is in a bad mood." Goku said while sending a knowing glance at his friend. Yamcha gave Goku a look of understanding when he looked up ahead and saw what looked like a large castle on an island, and for some reason, the sky in that part of the world had an orangey look.

"Goku is that were we are heading?" Yamcha asked. Goku glanced down at the dragon radar and saw that indeed the dragon balls were on that island.

"Looks like it, I'm sensing a evil energy on that island, we best be on our guard." Goku said and Yamcha just nodded.

Garlic was sitting on his throne room looking on as the young boy Gohan seemed to be on some sort of hallucinogenic trip. After eating one of his special apples to help relieve stress, Gohan seemed to just check out for a while, or thought that things were there that wasn't. Seeing Gohan flail around playing with imaginary things was actually amusing considering that the boy was high as a kite. After about two hours of the boy's constant going in circles he seemed to come to a crashing stop and passed out. Garlic by that point was actually getting more annoyed with Gohan then amused, especially after Gohan tried eating his cape.

"Ugh, finally that's over now I can actually relax for a little while before my men arrive" Garlic said. Unfortunately or fortunately, Garlic's men entered the throne room just as Garlic finished his statement.

"Oh joy, your all back, so tell me did you find my dragon ball?" Garlic asked Ginger then went up to the throne and presented the last dragon ball to his master.

" As promised master Garlic" Ginger said.

"And you didn't bring any more children this time right?" Garlic asked.

"Umm no master, just the Dragon ball this time." Cinnamon said. Garlic then got up off his throne and levitated the dragon balls around him as he walked out of the room.

"Good, I wouldn't want to have to baby sit another toddler now would I." Garlic said. Garlic and his henchmen then went into the castle courtyard and placed the dragon balls down.

"Finally, at long last, I will have my revenge, now then By your name I summon you, SHENRON" Garlic said the incantation for the dragon balls. Suddenly the sky turned black and the dragon balls started to glow. Garlic and his men looked at the magical orbs in awe as the glowing became brighter and brighter until finally a large beam of light erupted from the Dragon balls and into the blackened sky. The beam swirled in many direction and started to gain a shape after a second. After the beam finally stopped, a mighty glowing dragon was in front of them, and as the glow dissipated Shenron in his green scaled glory was there.

"YOU HAVE SUMMONED THE ETERNAL DRAGON, SPEAK YOUR WISH AND I SHALL GRANT IT." The magical dragon.

"Dragon, I wish for you to make me, IMORTAL" Garlic Yelled at the magic dragon.

"THAT IS WITHIN MY POWER" The eternal dragon's eyes then glowed red and suddenly a white beam seeming to come from the heavens came down upon Garlic Jr. At first he felt nothing, but then suddenly Garlic felt every cell in his body burn for a second before finally replaced with a euphoric feeling. Garlic Jr's body started to glow white as his body became more and more tough and then finally the glow around him disappeared along with the light from the sky.

"YOU WISHH HAS BEEN GRANTED, FAREWELL" The eternal dragon said as he faded away. After Shenron left the world again, the dragon balls then flouted up into the sky and then scattered to all corners of the earth, and then the sky then returned to normal, or as normal as this area could get with its unnatural orange sky.

"At long last, I have become IMORTAL, Now I will finally be able to take my rightful place as the ruler of this planet and plunge this pathetic world and its people into chaos, and then I will go to the next planet and the next and there is absolutely nothing that anyone can do about it Hahahahahahahaa." Garlic said. Finally finished with his speech, Garlic then started to go back into his castle.

"ALL HAIL GARLIC JR." Garlic's henchmen chanted out.

"HEY GARLIC" a voice called out from the sky. Garlic and his henchmen looked to the sky to see non other then Goku and his friend Yamcha.

"Ah Goku, I was wondering when you would show up, if this is about your son then take him I have no farther use for the brat." Garlic said.

"Oh really, um thanks I guess, where is he?" Goku asked.

"He is in the throne room as we speak" Garlic said with a smile on his face. Goku wasted no time in heading toward the throne room, he quickly jumped over the four monster people and rushed into the palace. Yamcha tried to follow but was stopped by Pepper.

"Huh hey what gives I'm with him you know." Yamcha say to the monster man.

"Oh did I say he can have his son back, oh darn I meant that he can have him back after he kills me but since I'm immortal, that will never happen ha-ha, Ginger, Cinnamon kill Goku" Garlic ordered.

"Yes master" Ginger and Cinnamon said in union. Garlic then started to fly up high but stopped and looked down to his remaining henchman.

"Oh and Pepper, have fun with that one" Garlic said with a smirk. Pepper just simply grinned and looked back at Yamcha.

"This is going to be fun" Pepper said. Suddenly Pepper was gone. Yamcha was surprised that he couldn't see his enemy anymore, he was then suddenly hit in the back and sent forward a bit.

"Oh gees this guy is fast, I guess I am going to have to go all out for this guy." Yamcha said. Pepper then launched himself at Yamcha and sent a punch toward his face, Yamcha managed to move over to the right and send a fist into pepper side and following up with a an elbow and a shove backward. Pepper recomposed himself rather quickly and smirked.

"That all you've got scar face?" Pepper asked.

"Not by a Long shot" Yamcha said. Yamcha then flew forward and sent a right hook over to the monster who then dodged the punch and send one of his own to Yamcha, impacting chin and sending him up into the air. Yamcha recomposed himself and charged at the monster again preparing another punch for the monster only he instead sent his knee into the monsters stomach causing Pepper to grasp his stomach in pain. Yamcha wasted no time and delivered a flurry punches and kicks at pepper. With each punch and kick that connected the farther Pepper was pushed back until finally Yamcha charged up some ki in his arm punched Pepper one last time, causing a small explosion sending the monster flying back. Pepper managed to stop himself before crashing into the wall.

"Okay, you asked for it, HHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Pepper yelled out as he powered up to his maximum power. Yamcha looked on in shock as Peppers body began to bulge and buff up extremely, to the point where he truly looked like a hulking monster. Pepper wasted no time and charged up to his foe and sent his huge fist at him. Yamcha managed to dodge just in time as the fist made contact with the ground. Pepper then sent his other fist at Yamcha but again he dodged it. Seeing that both his fists were in the ground, Yamcha charged at Pepper and sent another flurry of punches at him again, but pepper was prepared as he yanked his hands out of the ground and started blocking every hit Yamcha sent at him. Finally after what seemed like blocking twenty punches in a row from Yamcha, Pepper grabbed onto both of Yamcha's wrists and squeezed hard.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH" Yamcha yelled out as he tried to get free. Pepper then opened his mouth and seemed to be charging a ki blast up. Yamcha's eyes opened wide when he realized what was happening. Suddenly Pepper was hit in the back by a ki blast and because of the distraction he loosened his grip on Yamcha. Yamcha quickly reacted and got his right arm out of Peppers grip and slammed his elbow on to the monsters head and a kick to the gut that sent the monster flying back into the wall. Yamcha looked over to see who had helped him out and saw none other than Krillin.

"Krillin? What are you doing here" Yamcha asked.

"Bulma called me up at master roshi's, she said that you and Goku went to go stop some bad guys and asked for my help." Krillin explained.

"Oh but how did you find us so fast we only just got here?" Yamcha asked. Krillin then just grinned and pulled something out of his pocket.

"Check it out, Bulma made another dragon radar, with this thing, finding you guys was a cake walk." Krillin explained.

"Oh nice." Yamcha said. Suddenly Pepper seemed to be getting back up.

"Hmm ok now I'm mad." Pepper said

"Well Krillin, what do you say we team up on this big creep?" Yamcha asked his friend.

"For sure man let's do it." Krillin said. Pepper then charged up a large ki blast and sent it over to the two heroes who flew out of the way. Yamcha then charged for pepper again while Krillin sent a continuous stream of ki blasts at Pepper to distract him. Pepper swatted every ki blast with his hands but it left him wide open for Yamcha to send his fist right into the monsters face making him stammer back. Yamcha then got into his signature stance and then prepared his signature move.

"WOLF FANG FIST" Yamcha yelled out as he unleashed a wild series of attacks on his opponent. Finally with the last hit, Pepper went flying backwards yet again and crashed into the large tree that was in the centre of the court yard. Krillin then landed beside his friend and then the two of them started to charge up there ki.

"KA…ME…HA…ME" The two heroes chanted out as in their hands blue glowing energy appeared. Pepper managed to recompose himself briefly before realizing with his enemies were doing in front of him.

"AH, oh no" Pepper cried out as he tried to run away.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Yamcha and Krillin yelled out as they unleashed the deadly Kamehameha wave. The two beams managed to join into one as it made its way closer to the fleeing Pepper. Pepper looked back briefly just as the large blue beam engulfed him completely, ending his existence.

the rest of the power levels are the same as the last chapter.

(A/N) Well that is chapter 2 down, god knows how many left. So i think i should clear something up just in case people are wondering. Origonaly the idea for this fic isnt really anything new, but after i saw DBZ battle of gods i thought that the movie fit perfectly in the canon and yet almost none others did save for "Dead Zone", "Coolers Revenge" "Bojack unbound" and "the wrath of the Dragon", and it bugged me as to how they could mess that up, and i know that each movie was supposed to be a stand alone feature but come on, they couldent have taken like twenty minutes to look over the story and alter it a little bit to fit canon, so thats where this idea came from, i want to fit every single one of the movies into this story but each one will have some minor or major edits to them to make them fit within this stories canon. Some may not like the changes i make, some may love it but i will leave that up to you guys.
