Oh, a simple explanation, mostly through chapter 1 i was writing in the POV of Mike, then decided to change it like regular danganronpa. So Mike still remains the protagonist, there's just no Point of View
"So, who would like to go first?" Brick asked, the other students.
Everyone was sitting round the giant cafeteria table in the kitchen, preparing to report their day 3 search results.
"Well, nothing's changed on the barrier covering the front of the school, that thing is strong." Gwen sighed.
"Speaking of barriers, today I was walking around and noticed a giant metal grate, blocking the entrance to the next floor." Trent mentioned.
"Anyone found any new potential exits, or anything like that?" Brick asked again, more desperation in his voice. However, the silence he got in return said it all.
Mike sighed in his seat. It had been 3 days, and they were still searching for an exit. Upon day 2, Mike was ready to give up looking, but Brick was still encouraging the others.
"Maybe it's time to listen to Monokuma." All heads turned, to face Alejandro at the top of the table. "Maybe we simply need to adapt to this life." He suggested.
"Like in hell I'm doing that! There has to be a way out of here somewhere..." Scott still refusing to believe.
"You know, I keep telling you! Listen to the handsome latino guy!" Monokuma, appeared out of nowhere behind Scott and Courtney, startling them.
"Or, if you're really desperate to find your way out, you know what you have to do." He sneered at us.
"We're not killing anyone jackass." Jo snorted.
"Yeah, I have no reason to harm my fellow students!" Brick added.
"of course...thats it! None of you have any REASON to! God, I forget how student of a bear I am sometimes!" Monokuma chuckled.
"W-What are you talking about?" DJ cowered in his seat.
"Nothing, just prepare for a special surprise this evening...Upupupupu." And with that, Monokuma disappeared.
"Its getting hard to resist the urge to beat him every day..." Duncan muttered.
"Too true." Scarlett consented.

Time: 7:30 PM
Mike was sitting in his room, flipping through the rules in his Student-ID
"Rule 1, Violence against Monokuma is strictly prohibited..." Mike muttered. "Rule 2, Nightime is in effect starting at 10PM, during Nightime the water will be shut off..." He continued.
He paused before reading the last one. Instead he put his Student-ID on the table next to him, and attempted to get some sleep.
"Bing Bong! All Students please report to the AV Room!" Monokuma announced, over the PA System.
Mike groaned in disappointment, before rolling out of bed and opening the front door.
Mike noticed Lindsay, who lived across from him open her door at the same time. "Hi...Michael?" She tapped her chin.
Mike sighed. "No, Its just Mike." He replied.
"Oh thats where I know you from!" She said in awe, causing Mike to stare dumbfounded.
Mike and Lindsay walked into the AV Room, and slowly all the other contestants came in.
"Take a seat, I've prepared a short video for you all!" Monokuma guided us in.
"Fuck you." Duncan spat at the bear, before taking a seat.
"Later!" Monokuma responded, jokingly.
"Allright, is this everyone?" Monokuma asked. "Good, please find the CD with your name on it and place it into your CD Slot!" Monokuma instructed.
Mike picked up his CD, Plugged in the headphones, and slot in the CD.
He was surprised to see what appeared on the screen.
It was his mother, sitting down alone on a sofa, congratulating him on getting into Hopes Peak. Mike smiled, but deep down he was sad knowing he would probably never see his mother again. But then it changed, the screen changed to static.
"What's going on..." Mike muttered to himself.
When the screen came back, the lighting was black, and the sofa was now destroyed. And my mother, was nowhere to be seen.
My eyes widened in shock, as the screen faded to black.
"...Wh-What the hell was that!?" Alejandro yelled, losing his cool for the first time.
"Oh nothing! Just a little something to get you going!" Monokuma brushed it aside.
"So you gave us a motive!?" Noah called out, giving him a bitch what look.
"Wow, trust the Super High School Level Author to figure it out." Monokuma slowly clapped.
"We're not going to fall for it, as if that would work!" Jo retorted back to him.
"Really, it seems to be having an effect on some of you..." Monokuma disappeared upon saying that.
Mike looked around the room, and saw he was right...
Lindsay, Cody, Gwen, Samey, DJ, and Ella most of looked absolutely frightened. Like they saw the most despairing thing ever.
"I-I can't take this!" Lindsay screamed, and ran out of the room.
Slowly, one by one everyone left. At that moment Mike understood what Monokuma was doing. "So that's your plan you damn bear..." Mike muttered, and went back to his room.

7:45 PM - Day 3
Mike went to put his CD in the dresser on his nightstand, when he noticed a little present box on the top of it.
"Here's to killing..." He read on the card, and opened the box to reveal a knife with his name engraved on the edge.
Mike rolled his eyes, and left the knife on top of the dresser with the CD, and flopped onto his bed.
"Maybe now they'll have to start accepting it..." He thought to himself.
Mike was going to finally get some shut-eye, when he heard a knock at the door.
"You gotta be kidding me, thats the third time today!" He groaned in frustration.
He opened the door, and immediately Lindsay hugged him. "Mike..." She softly said.
Mike lead Lindsay inside the room, and closed the door behind her.
"Lindsay, what's going on?" Mike asked.
"S-Someone tried to open the door to my room..." She struggled to get out, through her tears.
"Someone what!? Not going to kill my ass..." He muttered.
"I-I wanted to know if I could stay here for tonight?" She asked.
Mike was slightly against it, but agreed to it. "Why don't we sort this out in a minute, I'm going to make something to eat quickly before nightime, you mind waiting to sort this out?..." I requested, and Lindsay nodded profusely
Mike left the room, and closed the door, unaware to Lindsay's sudden laughter upon him leaving the room.

Mike walked onwards to the kitchen, and saw Scarlett and Beth, at one of the tables sitting and chatting.
"Hey girls." Mike greeted at that.
"Hey Mike,w hat brings you by?" Scarlett asked.
"Getting a drink and a snack." He continued walking over to the kitchen.
Mike began making a glass of glass of water, and fixing himself a sandwich. After chugging down the glass, and having 2 bites of the sandwich he headed back to the room. But when Mike arrived at the door...he got a very sinister feeling...He noticed the door to his room was slightly open, and upon walking in. It was a complete mess!
"Lindsay...?" He quietly called out.
He noticed his closet door, open ajar. He opened it, and suddenly Mike hit the ground. He opened his eyes, and on top of him...was Lindsay's dead body. It took Mike a while to even realise he was screaming, before he passed out.
"Mi-Mike, what the hell was-OH MY GOD!" Cody screamed from outside the door.
"Oh my..." Ella covered her mouth upon the sight, before turning to throw up.
"Bing Bong, a body has been discovered! Everyone report to the gym for an announcement, and a rule update!" Monokuma announced on the PA System.
"Shouldn't we help Mike first?" Cody asked Ella
"If you don't mind moving him then be my guest!" Monokuma shrugged, appearing out of nowhere.
"That's..." Cody muttered...
"That's what I thought, now get your asses to the gym!" Monokuma instructed, and Cody and Ella quickly made their way there.
Monokuma walked up to the body, that Mike was crushed under.
"We're finally entering the main act, they would be so proud..." Monokuma chuckled to himself

Not gonna lie, this is probably going to be my least favourite case. It has the least amount of thought put into it, but I want Mike as the protagonist to not trust the others, hopefully that vibe is already coming across but the others accusing him is meant to support that claim. So a few questions now
1. Who killed Lindsay!?
2. Who the fuck is 'they'
3. Will Mike be able to prove his innocence? Hopefully lol

(there is no evidence for the killer as of yet sadly, maybe some will be revealed after the investigation)
