A War on Two Fronts: Othrys Vs. Olympus Chapter Two

Chapter 2

Poseidon P.O.V

I grin widely as I stare at my father, who was flat on his ass trying to stand up. I held out my hand and my trident- which was on the ground by Ares's throne- flew into my hands. I walk forward menacingly, raising the trident to impale the king of the Titans.

"Any last words, Father?" I spat. He was on one knee, and he looked up at me and grinned as well.

"Yeah, duck." Was the answer.

Confused, I turned around to meet a fist, smashing into my nose and throwing me back far. I screamed in pain and dropped my trident. I gaze at my assailant. He was tall and muscular, but not overly so. In fact he had a swimmers type of body. His appearance was crazy similar to mine with raven black hair, however there were red bangs that covered his eyes.

"Hello, Dad. It's been a while. Like, twenty minutes." He said.

Once I heard that voice I knew I was doomed.

Because that voice belonged to my ex-son, Perseus Jackson.

Percy's P.O.V

After I said those few sentences, Poseidon's face filled with terror.

"But-but your dead! I killed you myself!"

I laughed and answered, "Guess you didn't do a good enough job, because I still alive. At least I think." I say as I brought my hand to my neck as if checking for a pulse.

"Yup still alive." I said.

I look around the room. First things first, I see Kronos flat on his Titan-ly ass from laughing so hard. Next, I saw the Olympians on two different sides of the room. On one side were Zeus, Hades, Hestia, Artemis, Aphrodite, and Hephaestus. On the other were Athena, Dionysus, Apollo, Ares, Demeter and Hera. I wondered where Hermes was, but Poseidon quickly stood back up knocking that thought out of my head.

"I will kill you this time!" he roared and grabbed his trident.

I laughed again, "Good Luck, Fish Breath." Then I pulled out Riptide.

He grinned and held out his hand.

He waited for about 2 minutes and 37 seconds before he blew up.

"WHY ISNT THE PEN RETURNING TO ME?! IT RUNS ON THE POWER OF THE SEA!" he screamed.

I merely smirked at his anger, and replied, "Oh, I'm sorry the pen realizes that I'm its master. Tell you what; if you can defeat me, you can have the pen."

He grinned. '"Ill take those guns you have too. What're they made of, Celestial Bronze or Imperial gold?"

I laugh, "Now why would I tell you that?"

His face turned back into a frown. "Fine, I'll just have to find out once I kill you again!" He charged.

I raise riptide, and waited. He stabbed at me and I dodged to the side. Then, he swung at my head, and I leaned back Matrix-style. He kept swinging and stabbing but try as he might he couldn't hit me.

I started to sing, "Run, run as fast as you can! You can't catch me I'm the gingerbread man!"

This only served to get him angrier (and a lot of laughter from Kronos, who had just calmed down from earlier) so he got more reckless. Finally, I got bored. So I did the same thing Kronos did to Saturn. I dodged one more strike, then put my face right in his and screamed, "YOU ARE BORINGGGGGGGG!"

He fell flat on his godly ass from shock. Once he stood up I said, "Alright, let's finish this." I dropped riptide and drew my new sword, which I haven't named yet (Review or PM me a name please) and got in my fighting stance. Of course, I will be a bit rusty because I haven't used this sword, but oh well.

We charged each other for the third time, and we began to fight. I blocked or dodged all of his attacks, and he did the same to mine. Eventually, I swiped at his legs and he jumps and hit me in the head and I fly backward.

Immediately I stand back up, but he already has his trident at my neck. I smirk as if this was part of my plan, although it wasn't. I was very confused at how he suddenly was able to overpower me. Was it the sword? I wondered, but a flash of light blinded me before I could think any farther.

Then I heard a scream of pain and a "Damn you!" from Poseidon. Before my blindness cleared, I felt my self being transported away.

Hermes P.O.V (When Percy just arrived)

Oh man that was amazing what Percy and Kronos did. I couldn't stop laughing. I shook my head to clear it; I have business to take care off from Boss. The orders were simple; I had to teleport all the 'good Olympians' to the Titans Mountain and Percy to Calypso's island. Piece of cake, however there was one problem.

Poseidon Is in between Percy and the 'good Olympians'

I reach into my pocket looking for my phone. Once I found it, I made some Light Balls appear. It's my new invention, when you squeeze it, it'll explodes into… well, light, blinding everyone in a ten mile radius, except for people with specially designed glasses on.

So when Poseidon trapped Percy (How I don't even want to know) I struck. I squeezed the ball and everyone started to shout and cover their eyes. I ran forward and grabbed Percy's arm and he disappeared. I then turned to the good Olympians and teleported each one to the mountain. I then grabbed Kronos, teleported him, then took off, screaming bloody murder in hopes of getting chased. I had to buy time for Percy, so that exactly what I was going to do.

I looked behind me to see what was left of the council (And Saturn!) chasing us as planned. Once we got to the edge of Olympus, we turned around.

"You can't escape, Puny Messenger God! We will kill you!"

I laugh and reply, "Ha-ha oh that was an amazing joke there Saturn. I always knew you had a sense of humor somewhere in that mess."

He scowled. "What?"

I smirk. "You heard me. I'm sure they did to if you want to ask them."

He pulled out his Scythe. "I'll kill you!"

I snapped my fingers and a roll of numbers appeared (You know the ones where you take a number and they call your number for your turn) and said, "Please, take a number. I have Poseidon, Hippolytus, and Gaea ahead of you."

He roared and charged forward. I jumped to the side and he ran right off Olympus.

I tsked. "He should have taken a number. Anyone else?"

Apollo walked forward and took a number.

He looked at it, and then turned red with rage. It said, "Whoever took this number is the dumbest person ever. LOLZ love Hermes."

He looked up to say something, but before he could, the paper blew up and he flew backward into Athena.

I doubled over from laughter. "HAHA see that's why you're stupid. You should never trust the King of Pranks! See ya later!"

I teleport to the Titans mountain, and the last thing I see was the angry faces of whatever was left of the Olympian council.

Percy P.O.V (He's baaaaaack)

I shook my head to clear it. I looked left, then right, then down. My only thought was, "Zeus id going to have my head."

You're probably wondering why. Well it simple.

I WAS FALLING FROM THE SKY!

I saw an island with water surrounding it. I tried to control the water but then realized I don't have Poseidon's powers anymore! "Just great, this is going to hurt." I mutter under my breath as I brace for impact.

I hit the ground full force, causing there to be a huge crater in the small island. I saw a girl running towards me. "Sorry about the island" I say as I drift into unconsciousness.

Weeeeellllllllccccccooooommmmmeee back to our story!

(Sigh) again with the dramatics?

Yup.

…..OK sure whatever. Did you drink more coffee or something?

Maybe… (Grin)
