Chapter 2 ~ I am a dragon slayer?

Note: I am sorry if its a bit long, i am trying to keep it around 1,000 words. Also I will try to have a new one out every Sunday however I will be putting up 1 a day for this "opening weekend." Please leave a comment, I would like some criticism.

I woke up again and after deciding what just happened couldn't be a dream I sat up and looked around. To my rights was the woman, Erza, lying in bed with a small white cat standing on 2 legs wearing a dress and the blue haired girl next to her. The girl was using her glowing hands again. On the other side of the room sat Lucy, Natsu, and the blue cat who no longer had wings. Natsu had on an open collared, one sleeved black waistcoat and knee length pants. He also had a white scarf on with a scale like pattern on it. He had pink, spiky hair. The cat looked like a blue version of the one next to Erza except the only clothing it had was a green bag slung around its neck. I didn't know what to do and my head hurt like crazy, the cat looked over at me and I just began to run. "Hey!" "Wait!" I heard people yelling at me as I came into a room full of people, there were a lot of tables and a counter up at the front. A restaurant?! I thought. Everyone was looking at me. As soon as I saw the front door I made a beeline for it. I jumped over a rail onto a table then to the floor. By now I was being chased by half the place and the other half was in front of me but I didn't stop. I slid under a guy with white hair and HUGE arms and while I was on the ground swung my foot around to hit a guy who was half naked in the back of the foot making him lose balance and fall. I got back up and continued running toward the door. Just as I got there a boy, about my age, stepped in front of my arms outstretched. His clothes were very similar to Natsu's, and was kinda muscular for his age. He didn't try to grab me but that isn't what made me stop, he was crying.

"PLEASE!" he begged "we need your help, could you at least hear us out?!" They haven't tried to hurt me and they have had the chance, the could have locked me up but instead they gave me a bed... I thought

"Okay" I said. I sat down at a table near by.

"Thank you... Thank you" the boy whispered still sobbing.

"But first, I want answers" I said.

I sat on the roof of the building which I learned was called a guild hall, I told them I needed time to think, alone. Everything they told me was crazy but with everything that has happened to day… I don't know what to believe anymore. Let me think this through from the beginning… and I did.

~Flash Back~

I sat down with an old, small man. "My name is master Makarov, I am the master of this guild, what is it you would like to know."

"Where am I?" Every one in the room surrounded us, It made my uneasy. Makarov saw this and waved his hand telling everyone to leave, they walked away but were still quiet, trying to listen

"You are in Earth-Land, my boy, in the Kingdom of Fiore, Magnolia to be precise."

"Earth-land? You mean just Earth?"

"No, you are in another dimension."

"Ha, you're kidding right?" I grinned nervously

"No, I'm not. Happy, Carla, Lily, could you come over here please!" he shouted. The blue, white, and a black cat flew over. The black one was wearing green pants, and had a sword slung over his back. There was a scar on his left eye.

"Hey, i'm Happy" the blue one said "Hello child, my name is Carla." said the white one "and i'm Pantherlily, pleased to meet you." At that point i was just sitting there in shock

"Talking cats… with wings... I have seen it all…"

"Technically we are exceeds" said Lily

"They too are from another dimension called Edolas, yours seems to have no magic whatsoever."

"Wwaaahhh, NO magic at all!?" happy asked. I shook my head no.

"You may leave now" Makarov told the cats and they left. "Not everyone in Earth-Land has magic, but the ones who do, are called wizards. They will come together in groups called guilds, such as this one, Fairy Tail, and I want you to be a part of it."

"Thanks but i'm not a wizard, you said it yourself, no one in my dimension has magic so-"

"No one but you and your family."

"Ha, sorry but you have the wrong family, we are nothing special."

"Your canines, they are quite large, yes? And I bet you have a heightened sense of smell, vision, and hearing."

"Yeah, so do my parents, its a gene."

"The gene of a Dragon Slayer."

"Um, what?

"Its a form of lost magic here in Earth-Land, very rare, and the type you wield is the most rare and powerful." Am I going crazy… "In fact I only know of 8 Dragon slayers in existence, including you. Your magic energy is getting stronger and stronger, so much to the point we can feel it through dimensions. That is why I had lucy use her new spirit to make a gateway there."

"Speaking of which, can you have her do it again so I can go home and forget about all this.

"I could but there is something you must hear first, then after that you may decide whether or not you wish to stay."

"Alright" Makarov looked over at a Man with big lips and black hair that was… strange. He then went over and began to talk to the blue haired girl.

"We need your help" Makarov said "the man who attacked you before was Zeref, a man believed to be the most powerful wizard ever to live, he and Acnologia are trying to destroy the world."

"Who's Acnologia?" I asked

"A Dragon Slayer… turned dragon."

"So he was a human who got turned into a dragon?"

"If you could call him human, he is a monster. He started a mass genocide of the entire dragon race 400 hundred years ago."

"And how exactly am I gonna stop him"

"I believe, no, I KNOW you have the only dragon slayer magic capable of destroying him."

"You are a King Dragon Slayer!"

"And I told you, you have the wrong guy!"

"Wendy, NOW!" He ordered. Standing in the corner was the blue haired girl from before.

"SKY DRAGON… ROAR!" she yelled, and as she did and tornado came out of her mouth right at me!
