"Ran away? How, why?" Dipper asked worriedly. He never knew a real instance when someone as close as Pacifica ran away from home, even to get away from their parents. But considering Pacifica and her parents rocky relationship, He could kinda see why this would happen, but still, his questions needed answers. He turned her softly to face him so they can talk face to face.

"I was grounded the day you and your sister came back into town. I wanted to see you so badly Dipper... I wanted... This." Pacifica said while she softly stroked both of Dippers arms with her hands, symbolizing the closeness they have now.

"I decided to run away, the thing is that they never check up on me when I'm grounded, so by now they still think i'm in my room. I have two months to just spend my life with you Dipper. Please. Please let me stay with you." Pacifica took Dippers right hand and clasped her hands around it. She started to beg to Dipper while on the verge of tears. This whole scene smacked Dipper in the face, making him feel like he was in a whirlwind of emotions, mostly the heavy down pour of sadness. Dipper thought rationally for the time they had left with each other until Mabel, Stan or Soos came crashing in on them, so he had to process this situation and come up with an answer before anything could get worse. Pacifica was coming to him in a time of need, and from what just happened minutes ago, he couldn't find it in his heart to turn her down and let her find someone else to live with, or could he?

"Am I the last person you are turning to?" Dipper asked carefully, not to rupture the hornets hive of emotions that could come spewing out at any misinterpreted line. Pacifica only shook her head yes and fall onto Dippers shoulder and cry. Drat! Out of the emotions Dipper was prepared to handle, this extreme sadness and loneliness was still not one of them. If he wanted to salvage what could possibly be the greatest experience he's ever going to have with a girl, he's gonna have to think more quickly. Time to go into a Big Brother mode.

"Hey. Hey, it's alright Pacifica. It's going to be fine. I'm here, I'm going to take care of this." Dipper tested the waters and began to hold her tightly and pat her on the back, and after a few more sniffles and gasps from Pacifica, she slowed her crying down and was softly weeping into him now. Phase One for this operation to be a success was complete. But now Phase Two had to be dealt with. Grunkle Stan. Their is no way he will ever let Pacifica stay here for free. Pacifica is rich and all, but when Stan realizes that, he's only going to be looking at her as a cash cow. After a few more pets and strokes to the back of his now more calmed girlfriend, he decided to break the news about rent.

"Look, Pacifica. I really, really, REALLY love you. You're important to me, the last summer we spent together mattered a lot to the both of us. When I got to see the real, nice, independent you... I was amazed to see you look so awesome... Not that you weren't awesome before or anything! You were great! Like, totally not the worst... and stuff." Dipper began to squirm just by sitting next to her, Phase Two wasn't going so well.

"Look, if the Mystery Shack was my place, I would let you stay here for free! But because it's not. And because it's my Grunkle Stans. Uuuhhhh..."

"Rent?" Pacifica asked lightly.

"Rent." Dipper answered in the same voice.

"Well... That truly isn't the worst thing that could happen. I did manage to save a few bucks here and there from what my parents gave me. How much would it cost?" Pacifica asked a little worried being that how over priced the knick-knacks were in the shop, lord knows what the rent could cost.

"Well, here's an idea." Dipper stated as he unfolded his master plan to help out a lover in need.

"He doesn't know YET. In fact right now he's gambling most of our money away." Pacifica gave Dipper a puzzling look when he said gambling.

"Tis the season, as he would say. Anyway! As of now, i'm in charge of the Mystery Shack as the head cashier." Dipper said as he got up to stand in front of Pacifica.

"And as the head cashier I allow you, Pacifica Northwest, To stay here rent free!" Dipper exclaimed arms spread wide, and taking the invitation to stay at a new sanctuary for free, she jumped up and latched on to him and squeezed him tight.

"Thank you Dipper! Oh Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!" Pacifica said as she squeezed tighter with every single 'Thank's.

"Tight! Tight! Tight!" Dipper croaked out painfully, yet that didn't slow down Pacificas lovingly assault. What did stop it was the door to the Mystery Shack opening and a very vibrant hello sounding off for both of them to hear.

"Dipper! I'm back! You're never going to believe this! Waddles fell into the glitter machine! Now he's a golden-" Mabel said as she bounced into the den while holding a giant box labeled 'GLITTER', interrupting Pacificas back breaking hug. While still stuck in the position of joy, Pacifica and Dipper shockingly looked at Mabel, as Mabel looked back with them with an equal face of shock.

"Umm. This is kinda exactly what it looks like." Dipper said with an awkward smile as Pacifica maintained her grip. Mabel dropped the box which contained multiple colors of glitter, causing said glitter to slightly pop up out of the box and fall straight back down.

"AAAAHHHHHHH!" Mabel shrieked at the top of her lungs while holding her head.

"Great, your deranged twin sister is going to kill me for hugging you. This is so how I wanted to die." Pacifica regained her snotty persona in an instant due to the high pitch wails of the Pines sibling, causing her to slowly release her grip on Dipper. Mabel than out stretched her arms, still screaming and pounced on both Dipper and Pacifica in a more bone crushing embrace than Pacifica was giving.

"Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!" Mabel chanted multiple times while jumping up and down while holding tightly onto her brother and his new girlfriend.

"Tight! Tight! Tight!" Chanted both Pacifica and Dipper as many times as they were squeezed.

"I've been waiting for this day to happen for so long! You don't even know how many times Dipper kept talking about how he missed you and how hot you are and how beautiful you look! Waddles, Quick take the picture! Capture this moment!" Mabel than shifted between both Pacifica and Dipper and made them face in the direction of a very golden pig standing above a camera, and with a small oink, Waddles plopped his head down and took the picture.

"This is going straight into the scrapbook." Mabel bounced back towards the pig pet and picked up the camera to see how the picture came out.

"So... you're not mad about this?" Dipper asked, still stunned and slightly out of breath from the choke hold Mabel and Pacifica had him in.

"Nu-Uh! Why would I! I love the idea of having a sister thats rich and totally controlling!" Mabel said as she took another picture of them.

"Firstly, wait four more years till you can call me sister, Secondly please stop taking pictures of me." Pacifica said, much to the embarrassment to Dipper, and lowered Mabels camera before she took anymore pictures of them.

"Still having that Snooty attitude are we? We'll fix that. Or maybe Dipper will since you two are love birds now."

"Actually Mabel, can we talk for a second? Pacifica, just, you know, wait here and watch some TV." Dipper said as he lead Mabel out towards the front of the Mystery Shack.

"Look Mabel, this is about Pacifica." Dipper started to confess in front of the counter.

"One question first. Tongue or just pecking?" Mabel interrupted Dippers confession.

"What?! No, that question doesn't deserve an answer!"

"AAHH! That totally means tongue! You sneaky cold hearted womanizer you!" Mabel said as she poked Dippers rib cage.

"Look Mabel! Pacifica needs a place to stay for a month or two. She's hiding from her parents and I need to be her knight in shining arm-mmhh?" Dipper stated until Mabel placed a finger on his lips.

"Don't worry Bro-bro, you don't need to tell big sister anymore about this dire situation. We finally have an excuse to make bunkbeds now! This is going to be awesome! Pacifica what color do you want your bed sheets to be?" Mabel said as she stormed out back into the den to barrage attack Pacifica with questions about sleeping arrangements. Before Dipper could pursue, the phone by the cash register rang again for the second time today.

"Hello Mystery Shack. I'm contractually obligated to inform you that for every second this call lasts, it'll be eight dollars subtracted from your bank account." Dipper said in the most monotone voice he could muster.

"BET RED! RRREEEDDD! Not BLACK! RED!" A very irate Grunkle Stan could be heard on the other end of the phone, screaming at probably Soos for screwing up a betting procedure.

"How much did you lose this time?" Dipper asked while leaning his elbow on the counter

"The Car! I bet everything we had and MY CAR! All on that one STUPID BLACK CIRCLE! GAAHHH!"

"So you are not gonna be back anytime soon?" Dipper asked, maybe this will give them all the time they needed to sort out Pacificas parent problems.

"This doesn't give you or your brother an excuse to throw a party at the Mystery Shack... Unless their is an entrance and staying fee, than by all means throw a party. Also! Don't have anyone sleep over unless they pay rent. I called ginger and told her she can have a vacation until me and Soos win back everything. I'm counting on you Dipper. Just promise me one thing kid." Stan began to have a very serious tone of voice at the end of the sentence

"What's that Grunkle Stan?" Dipper asked wondering what could be so important.

"Don't. Touch. The Cash Register."

"Of course..." Dipper said as he realized who he was talking with.

"We'll be probably back in a few weeks, depending on how much they're selling the car, Mabels in charge, got it?"

"Wuh? Huh? I'm sorry that last part broke up really bad, you must have gone through a tunnel!"

"Don't worry Grunkle Stan, I heard you loud and clear!" Mabel said on the other line the phone was connected to.

"Great! Well, don't touch anything, The Mystery Shack better not be burned down when I get back." Stan said and with a click he disconnected the call. Dipper sighed. Being that now Mabel was in charge, she'll probably put both him and Pacifica through some painfully awkward chores like 'Dust while playing twister' or 'Kiss for an hour while I take pictures for our family scrapbook'.

"Dipper! Your girlfriend has something to say to you!" Mabel yelled from the den, causing Dipper to sigh once more due to not knowing what Mabel made Pacifica agree to. Dipper sauntered back into the den to see both Mabel and Pacifica standing side by side. Mabel bounced to the left of Pacifica, while Pacifica held his hat.

"Okay... Due to the lack of... "Bunk beds"... I am forced to say that-" Pacifica started to be cut of by Mabel

"Happily forced."

"What?" Pacifica said, turning her head towards Mabel

"Happily Forced. Due to the lack of Bunk Beds, I am Happily Forced to say that we-"

"Look, it's either I sleep in her bed tonight, or I sleep in yours." A very annoyed Pacifica stated out before Mabel can finish the speech she gave her. Dipper was shocked at the blatant statement Pacifica just made. Today they were sucking face and by tonight they'll be sleeping together?

"Yeah, that was so much more romantic than what I told you to say." Mabel said a little annoyed herself.

"Look, I know your his twin, but can you, like, stay out of this."

"Or what? Your gonna sue me for actually caring if your blossoming romance goes down the drain." Mabel said as her forehead bumped onto Pacificas forehead as they gave themselves icy cold stares.

"Uumm." Dipper interrupted before the two 'Sisters' could battle it out more than they already could.

"I think I can handle being in the same bed with you Pacifica." Dipper said as he smiled and took back his hat, before placing back on his head, he said.

"If! And only if Mabel doesn't take any more pictures." Mabel frowned at this deal, while Pacifica held her head high seeing as she was getting the better end of this deal than her new sibling.

"What do you mean no pictures?! C'mon Dipper, how else am I going to not only show Wendy and Grenda but also make Candy more jealous of Pacifica than she already is?"

"Well it's either that or I... Sleep on the couch." Dipper stated as he crossed his arms, making Mabel gasped not only at the statement of not sleeping with his one true love, but also the thought of not sharing a room with his twin. An hour and a half later, after reaching the Pine twins room and taking turns showering, Pacifica came into the room after grooming herself for bed wearing a Llama sweater, the Llama was facing left mind you, and white sweatpants that had pink hearts on them.

"How do you actually live in this thing Mabel?" Pacifica said as she continually fidgeted around with the collar of the sweater.

"Do you know why I picked that one?" Mabel asked cheerily while she rested on her stomach. She than stood up on her bed to show a matching sweater with similar sweatpants, only that the Llama was facing the right.

"Great, now I look like a hotter version of you." Pacifica said as she walked towards Dippers bed, who was laying on top reading a 'Mystery Monthly' Magazine.

"At least i'm a cuter version of you, and cuties always get the hot guys!"

"I don't know, your brother seems pretty hot to me." Pacifica said slyly as Mabel 'Ooohhh'ed like any weird twin sister would.

"Alright, thats it. Nighttime." Dipper said as he couldn't take the compliments Pacifica made while his sister was still in the room. The light by Dipper shut off,

but the left side of the room was still illuminated by several night lights and glow in the dark stickers. Pacifica smiled at how simplistic Mabel was, how free and

just weird she was. Being a Pines was certainly looking better than being a Northwest. Dipper tried to move and crawl into a space on the bed that would give

Pacifica her room to sleep, but found to no avail, and in the end gave up and snuggled Pacifica from behind, as she softly moaned in response to him. Dipper

breathed in slowly the mix of that rich girl spice Pacifica always had on, and the shampoos that Mabel uses... Okay that's a little weird when thinking that he was

smelling a part of his sister. thinking about that he immediately stopped smelling and turned to another sense. He looked over Pacifica, her calm face, she was

softly being carried to sleep while in his embrace which made Dipper smile. Smiling at this, Dipper settled back down and rested behind her, only to see that

Mabel was staring at them with a cheeky grin. Again, Dipper was weirded out by this and decided to use his newly found Boyfriend Strength to pick Pacifica up

and turn her over onto the other side of the bed so Mabel would not be watching her sleep throughout the night, this resulting in a small disappointed 'awww'.

Dipper slowly let his guard down as he was listening to Pacificas soft breathing, soon making him fall asleep. Only staying awake for one last key moment.

"I love you Pacifica..." Dipper said very drowsily.

"Love you too my Big Dipper." Pacifica said as tired as she reclined into Dipper, than both of them falling asleep.

...

"Love you both too!" Added a very awake Mabel
