Tsuna: Ah...Greywing44 doesn't own this. I...I'm sorry for the wait! (Bows over and over)

(Somewhere in Italy at an unspecified time)

Footsteps sounded in a dingy bar in the outskirts of Italy, one that only the shadiest of the shady would ever set foot in. Old and worn tables and chairs dotted with men and women who've seen their fair share of blood and gunfire. One in particular, has seen the most, thus he has gained both fear and admiration from those within. Though only two men dared to speak with him.

"Its Reborn...Looks like you were called by the old man again." One of the men said. This one had a rather brutal scar on his face in the shape of an X, dressed in a dark green suit with a slight bulge in the jacket. Signaling that he was armed, and would not hesitate to use it.

"Heh must be tough being popular. Going to Roma next? Venezia?" The lankier man smirked as he held a smoking cigarette in his hand. Peeking out from his belt was a rather large knife in a holster. No one in the bar came unarmed as we can see.

"Giappone." The figure Known Reborn said smirking. The most noticeable features on this unknown figure was the lizard on the brim of his fedora. And the strange, curled sideburns.

"WHAT!" One person yelled.

"The old man must've finally made up his mind." Another said in shock. "And there's no telling what those guys on the other side are gonna do!"

"Looks like it's going to be a long journey." Reborn said smirking ignoring the chaos around him.

(Back in Karakura)

"Alright...so your something called a Soul Reaper, Death god, or whatever..." Ichigo started as he crossed his arms. The so called Soul Reaper nodded as they were all sitting around a small wooden table that Tsuna got out of the closet. Said girl was sweating a little at the atmosphere as she kept her hands in her lap and twiddled her thumbs.

"A-and you were sent here by s-something called the Soul Society?" Tsuna asked timidly.

Nod.

"To deal with demons like the one we saw in the street today." Ichigo continued with his eyes closed.

Nod.

"Which was c-chasing after that girl's soul?" This is way too weird!

Nod.

"That's all believable to me...ALONG WITH FLYING PIGS AND THE TOOTH FAIRY!" Ichigo roared out with a tick mark as he sent the small table flying and made Tsuna sweat drop.

E-EEP! Ichi please don't p-piss off the girl w-with the samurai sword! Tsuna thought in fear as she sweated a bit. Since she herself did not want to be on the end of that girl's pointy sword...

"How dare you! Why wouldn't you believe in Soul Reapers when you just admitted you can see spirits!?" Rukia demanded as she placed her fist on the ground. Her head swiveling to regard Tsuna, making her jump a bit. "Well? What about you then? You believe me right?"

P-Please don't ask me that! "A-Ah-"

"Of course she doesn't." Ichigo cut her off, making her cry anime tears. D-don't answer for me! "I've never seen or heard of Soul reapers before and frankly, your whole story's just too incredible. I don't believe in anything I can't see."

"Well you see me don't you?" Rukia stood up to look at him better, but only managed to be at eye level with his chest since she was so short.

"T-that's true..." Tsuna sweat dropped a bit. A-and she did come through the wall earlier...

"Sure, she's definitely not human." Ichigo shrugged at that before gaining a bit of a smirk as he patted Rukia's head in a mocking way. "But why don't you go play your Soul reaper game somewhere else, ok little brat? Now run along."

Insolent little..."I'm a brat am I?" Rukia gritted before raising up her arm. "Bakudo no. 1: Sai!" She swept her arm in a line and suddenly Ichigo's arms were forced behind his back. Toppling over as his legs refused to listen to him.

"Ichi-" The timid girl moved to hel-

"Sit." Rukia stated in a dark tone. Her sharp eyes piercing through Tsuna's very soul and terrifying her as she seemed comically large...

"HII!" Tsuna scrambled to sit down and trembled in fear with her hands on her lap. "I-I-I-I'm sitting!"

"Good girl." That sweet smile Rukia gave her only made Tsuna sweat more. S-Scary! "Now, what I just did now was put your friend in a state of paralysis. I've used what's called a kido on the moron."

"I'm right here you bitc-!" Don't paralyze me and then ignore me!

"It's a high level incantation only we Soul Reapers can cast." Rukia just continued on as if Ichigo hadn't just spoken, Tsuna sweating a bit more at the dismissal and at the angered growl that came from Ichigo. "It's useless for him to struggle against it, he's just wasting his energy." A dark shadow appeared across Rukia's face as she leaned into Tsuna's space, terrifying her even more. C-close! "I may look young to the both of you, but I've lived nearly ten of your lifetimes. I would kill him on the spot for his insults if it were not against my orders." She then leaned back out of Tsuna's space and finally gave Ichigo a glare. "So you, little brat, be grateful."

"You've got nerve..." Ichigo glared up at her from the floor.

"And now..." Rukia drew her sword in a fast motion. Making both of them shut their eyes in fear at what she would do next...

"Oh!" And opened them in the next instant when nothing happened...Tsuna had somehow ended up in a protective stance in front of Ichigo during that whole instant. Making him blink up at her in surprise and softness. She's shaking in fear...yet she still jumped in front of me anyway...

"I...i-it's that g-ghost f-f-f-from yesterday...!?" Tsuna squeaked as her whole body was still shaking in fear. But she seemed to have worried for nothing as Rukia only tapped the butt of her sword against the ghost's forehead. Right above the man's thick glasses.

"N-no, please don't!" The spirit pleaded with tears in his eyes. "I don't want to be sent to the underworld!" He was so terrified of what awaited him on the other side. Heaven? Hell? He was terrified of finding out...

"You needn't worry." The two were surprised at the soft look the Death God was sporting. "Because you are bound for a better place, the Soul Society. There, your soul will find peace." She then lifted her sword, revealing a strange blue mark on the man's forehead before Ichigo and Tsuna were nearly blinded by a bright blue light that was coming from the spirit before he started sinking into the ground...Leaving only a black butterfly behind as it flew out the window.

"W-where'd he go? What did you do to him!?" Ichigo demanded from his place on the floor as Tsuna's shaky legs finally gave out and fell back onto her butt.

"I sent his spirit to the Soul society." Rukia explained to the two confused humans as she sheathed her sword. "It's oone of the main responsibility's of a Soul reaper, people here sometimes call it 'passing on'." It's what regulated the spirits. "Now, I'll explain to you both why I'm here, and I'll use small words so you can understand it."

Why is she looking at ME when she says that!? The pissed off Ichigo thought. Bitch.

"There are two types of spirits in this world..." Tsuna nearly fell over when the Soul Reaper pulled out a sketch book...But the drawing was of a chappy bunny with hearts decorated around it. The words 'Wholes' and 'Good Soul' were embroidered in it in gold marker. Making Tsuna sweat even more. W-what's with the drawings...? "The first kind are the normal spirits called Wholes, the ghosts that you see are usually this kind." Their attention was then drawn to the other side of the picture which seemed to be the complete opposite of the other. The background was black and the angry bear was surrounded by lightning. The words 'Hollow' and 'Bad Spirit' were on it in red marker. "The second kind are evil spirits known as Hollows, the hollows attack people, living or dead in order to devour their souls. Any questions before I go on?"

"First of all...why do your drawings suck so bad?" Was Ichigo's question.

"And eh...c-can we have the explanation without the drawings?" Was Tsuna's question.

"Y-you bitch!" Ichigo growled with a newly drawn mustache on his face.

I shouldn't have said anything! Tsuna cried anime tears as a monocle was drawn on her face along with a little soul patch...

"Let us continue with our lesson Mesdames and Messieurs." Rukia hummed as she tossed her marker up and down. Insult my drawings at your peril. "There are two main jobs for Soul reapers." She held up two fingers before holding up another sketch. This one having the bunny moving through an arrow towards the word 'Soul Society' the word 'Konso' above it in a circle. "First, to lead Wholes to the Soul Society through konso, as I just did." There was another picture with the hollow bear from earlier having a purple X on it's face. "Second, to exorcise the hollows wherever we find them."

"That hollow with the buff body this afternoon, why was it chasing that girl!?" Ichigo demanded, making the Death God pause.

"That I don't know." Rukia admitted. "We have yet to fully understand what motivates the hollows to do the things they do."...She then paused again. "Would either of you have any ties to the mafia by any chance?" It would certainly explain why they could see me...

"Uh...n-no?" Tsuna sweat dropped at the strange question as Ichigo perked up at the sound of a howl only he seemed to have noticed.

"What was that!?" Ichigo demanded as he looked. It sounded like an animal...no. Can't be! I've never heard an animal sound like that!

"W-what was what?" Tsuna asked. Getting a little frightened by the look on his face.

"One thing we do know is that there's a second hollow prowling around somewhere nearby." Rukia continued as she ignored their conversation.

"Then what the hell are you waiting for? Go out there and kill it." Ichigo stated bluntly.

Rukia looked a little downcast at this. "I would, but I can't seem to detect it's location. Usually I have no trouble sensing one that's close by. But here it's like my senses are being jammed by some powerful force-"

"What are you, deaf!?" Ichigo nearly shouted, making Tsuna jump. "There's something huge howling out there! That sound has to be a hollow!" Why can't they hear it!?

"Something howling? What do you mean-" Rukia's eyes widened as she heard it this time. Tsuna heard it as well as she shivered at the bone chilling sound that seemed so...unnatural.

"W-what was that!?" Tsuna stood up along with Rukia, her body shivering as she felt terrified...

"It's a hollow! Definitely!" Rukia answered.

"That's what I've been trying to tell you!" Ichigo shouted out as he struggled on the floor.

"AHhhh!"

"That's Y-yuzu-chan!" Tsuna shouted as Rukia ran to the door.

"Hey wait! Untie me!" Ichigo demanded before his throat tightened at the sight of Yuzu, his little sister...Falling over into the doorway, having assorted bruises over her body as Tsuna rushed over to the little girl.

"Ichi-n...ni...T-t-tsu-chan...K-Karin's been...You've gotta...save her..." Yuzu tried to say with the last of her strength before falling unconscious in Tsuna's shaking arms.

"HEY! You've gotta let me go!" Ichigo roared out desperately as he struggled. Tsuna seeming numb, her hands shaking before her head snapped up at the sound of Karin's shout.

Rukia ran down the stairs as Tsuna rushed to help Ichigo get to a standing position before rushing down he stairs as well. But they both stumbled and tumbled down the stairs rather harshly. "Stay back!" Tsuna's head snapped up before paling terribly at the sight of the strange being they saw from the hole. It seemed to be rather humanoid with bulky fists, a fish like mask, and gill like markings on its torso and feet. But was most terrifying about it was that it had Karin in it's hand and was slowly crushing her screaming form.

"D-damn it..." Ichigo snarled at the sight before forcing his body to get to his feet. Struggling to remain upright as alien forces pressed on him from all sides. Though Tsuna was still paralized by fear, her entire body shaking as her sight was glued to the monster.

"How can he be on his feet when he's under my spell...?" Rukia muttered to herself before stumbling when he bumped into her. "Fool! You'll only get in the way!

"Shut up!" Ichigo gritted his teeth before roaring as he struggled harder. "Karin!"

"Stop! The kido is much too strong for a human to break!" Rukia shouted with her katana drawn. "If you keep trying, you'll only cause damage to your soul!"

I-its huge! Tsuna thought as she was numb to everything, sweat on her face as her eyes were wide with terror. I...I-i-i-I can't do anything! I c-c-can't move! I-I'm just Dame-Tsuna! U-Useless! There's no way I can g-go up against something like that! Images all started bombarding her brain, memories of all her uselessness to everyone around her...

It's your fault we lost you know!

You failed the test again! Why do I even bother trying to teach you!?

There's no way I'm letting you on my team No good-Tsuna!

Get lost! No one wants to get infected by your dameness!

She was then brought back to reality when Ichigo gave out a roar as he broke free of the spell binding him. "Don't do it!" He roared, ignoring the Soul Reaper's warning as he charged the monster head on with a chair in his hand. Only to get punched away by the hollow, but Rukia swooped in and slashed the monster's arm.

"Karin-chan!" Tsuna finally broke free of her fear fueled stupor and rushed forward. Skidding on the floor to catch the girl in her arms. "Karin-chan!? Karin-chan!"

"Don't worry, the hollow didn't devour either of the girl's souls." Rukia commented as she jumped down between them and the screaming monster.

"Are you sure!?" Ichigo demanded as he slid in next to Tsuna. His arms going around both her and his sister protectively and looked them over for wounds.

"Yes, they'll both be fine." Rukia assured before giving out a mirthless smirk. "It seems their after stronger souls, ones more full of spiritual energy..."

"Y...you mean..." Tsuna's eyes widened.

"Yes. He's after you two."

Rukia:...
