Hey guys, wow it's been a couple of years. I'm sorry, these past few years have been a bit crazy, long story short, I fell out of anime and into other fandoms and I honestly never thought I would come back to writing fanfics for anime in general really. It was only these past three weeks that I've gotten back into anime and well now that all that's left is graduating high school and waiting for college to start. I have a lot of free time so thought why not. I can't promise I will update often but I will try to. On the other hand I'm super excited for the next Gaiden chapter, team seven is going to be reunited! *happy dancing*

A few notes: This roughly follows what happens in canon but with a few minor changes, one of them is that Kakashi still has his sharingan. Sasuke also did not leave again for redemption instead he stayed behind and started dating Sakura shortly after. Tsunade is still the hokage and yeah that's pretty much it. They also kept their appearances from The Last well except for Sasuke's poncho and his hair resembles Gaiden instead.

When all this commotion was going on in the Hokage Tower, Namikaze Minato, also known as Konoha's Yellow Flash was having a relaxing day off, ok maybe he's a little bored with everyone out on missions including his beloved girlfriend. But he's not complaining as day off are rare and should be treasured. However all plans for relaxing went out the window when a fellow shinobi came and told him that the Hokage want to see him.

When Minato got to the tower, he was surprised to see his students there too. "What are you guys all doing here?" He said capturing the attention of Kakashi, Obito and Rin.

"Ah Minato-sensei! We're just wondering what the Hokage wants with us. Do you think we'll get a cool mission?!" The energetic Uchiha shouted, he really does not fit in with the Uchiha stereotype. Rin smiled as she greeted her sensei while Kakashi looked annoyed at Obito.

"Well then let's find out" The future hokage said as he opened the door followed by his three beloved students, the following seconds were filled with silence as they take in this sight. The third hokage was there but that was not what was strange. What caught them off guard were the people in the room with him. There was a middle age man that looks a lot like little Kakashi over here, he was even wearing a same style mask, except his left eye was covered with his hitai-ate. Then there was this blonde guy who resembled Minato greatly, with the exception of his hair being shorter and the whisker marks on his cheeks. Following him, there was a handsome raven haired man who looks to belong to the Uchiha clan, next to him was a gorgeous pink haired woman who has the same mark on her forehead as legendary sannin, Tsunade. After her, was an emotionless black haired guy and a brown haired man who is currently looking back and forth between both teams with a nervous expression.

"Team Minato, this is Team Kakashi, and they are from the future. There was an unfortunate accident which caused them to be transported to this time. They will have to stay here for a year so the scroll that brought them here can be use again. I am giving you this mission to take care of them. Both teams will also go on missions together." While Team Minato comprehended what Sarutobi said, there was an awkward silence.

"Umm Why don't we all introduce ourselves, I've read that introductions is the right way to get to know someone." Sai said breaking the ice, both teams agreed to it.

"Yes, that is a wonderful idea, everyone say your name, rank, hobbies, what you like and dislike and your goals." The hokage said

"Oh so it's going to be just like back when we were genins." Naruto grinned as the original team seven reminiscences

"How about Team Minato start?" The third hokage suggested

"My name is Namikaze Minato, I'm a jonin. My hobbies include training, spending time with my girlfriend and studying fuinjutsu. I like my students and Kushina. I don't have anything that I dislike and my goal is to become the hokage."

"My name is Hatake Kakashi, I'm a chunin. My hobby is training, I don't really like anything and I hate people who disobey the rules and, abandon their missions to save their teammates. My goal is create an original technique which I am working on right now." He said in a monotonous voice

"My name is Nohara Rin, I'm a chunin. My hobbies are practicing medical ninjutsu and training. I like a certain someone and my teammates. I don't have any dislikes and my goal is to become better in medical ninjutsu just like the legendary Tsunade." Rin ended as she smiled at Team Kakashi. As she was saying the last part, everyone on Kakashi's team glanced at Sakura who had a slight smile when her shishou was mentioned.

"My name is Uchiha Obito, I'm a chunin. My hobby is training. I like someone but she doesn't know. I hate people who rather follow the rules than to save their teammates. My goal is to awaken my sharingan and become hokage."

"My name is Hatake Kakashi. I'm an ANBU captain. I have a few hobbies, I have a lot of likes and dislikes but I don't feel like telling you. As for my goal, I don't have one."

"All we found out was his name, which we already knew." Rin whispered to her team.

"Well looks like some things haven't changed." Sakura whispered to her team to which Naruto and Sasuke nodded

"My name is Uchiha Sasuke. I'm an ANBU in Kakashi-sensei's squad. My hobbies are training and hanging out with my team. I like tomatoes, my girlfriend, Sakura and training. I don't feel like tell you my dislikes and I don't have a goal."

"My name is Haruno Sakura and I am an ANBU in Kakashi-sensei's squad and the head medic of Konoha's hospital. My hobbies are training, hanging out with my friends and spending time with my boyfriend. I like my teammates who are like family to me. I dislike snakes, no offense Sasuke-kun, and people who think they are better than others. As for my goal, well I guess it's to protect my village and those who live in it." Rin payed more attention to Sakura after she introduced herself as the head medic, thinking that maybe Sakura can teach her.

"My name is Namikaze Uzumaki Naruto. I'm an ANBU in Kakashi-sensei's squad. My hobbies are training and eating ramen. I like ramen, my teammates and Hinata-chan. I hate snakes, traitors and having to wait three minutes for the ramen to cook. My goal is to become the hokage."

"My name is Sai and I'm an ANBU in Kakashi-senpai's squad. My hobbies include painting and training. I have many likes and dislikes and I don't have a goal right now."

"My name is Yamato and I'm an ANBU in Kakashi-senpai's squad. I have many hobbies and I have no intention of telling you my likes and dislikes. I also don't have a goal right now."

"Alright then, if you guys don't have anywhere else to stay, you can stay at my house for the year." Minato offered and of course team Kakashi would agree, they really have no where to stay.

That's all I have right now and I may or may not update my other stories mainly the bleach ones, depending on if I have any inspiration.
