It been a week since Red electric and Rednova woke in the Teen Tower infirmary then he notice his adoptive mother sleeping next to his bedside.
'Why would she worry about me, she only had me for a day now.' thought Rednova as he begin to wake Starfire up, "Star, wake up.", But Starfire didn't wake up.
"Let her sleep." Raven spoke making Rednova jump in fear, "First let me tell you that you unconscious for a week, we had ran test on your blood and it kept coming back completely Tamaranean yet when I use my magic I learn that there a very and I mean VERY small amount of demonic blood in you which is why it is not detectible as while why Mira was hinting that you gain more abilities like empathy."
"Empath?" Rednova asked curiously.
"A person with the paranormal ability to apprehend the mental or emotional state of another individual." Raven explained, "Plus I learn that your demonic state is activated by intense anger along with it is a change of abilities."
She sat on the bed next to him, "I will help you keep that demonic side of you under control."
"That cool." Rednova said slightly cheerful, "The two of you must be really great friends because during the whole Red electric ordeal, I felt Starfire's deep concern for you."
"You can say that." Raven replied trying to hide a blush with her hood.
"The two of you are more than friends." Rednova says making Raven blush more proving his statement.
"We're together." Raven replied, "Wait just how old are you and how would know that?"
"I'm eight and I hang around the older kids back at the orphanage but they were mainly females." Rednova says, "From what I can see the relationship between you two is secret and that you're afraid that if you tell your team that they won't accept it and start saying that a relationship between the same sex is wrong?"
"You're too smart for an eight year old but you're right and what you do think about mine and your mother's relationship?" Raven asked.
"I'm openly minded because of the older teenage girls that I hung out with but otherwise I still accept it." Rednova stated, "Just be careful when the two of you are having your 'alone' time."
"We'll try." Raven said blushing.
"Those girls should have been careful when they are reading those magazines." Rednova said to himself.
"What kind of magazines?" Raven asked sternly.
"The ones that kids shouldn't see." Rednova said scare.
"No reading those kind of magazines!" Raven yelled at him.
Then Rednova stomach rumble meaning he was hungry.
"Well got to eat, see ya." he says to her flying off and phasing through the floor and Raven followed, she found him trying to eat Silkie so she grab him and place him on a chair then made him eat left over pizza.
