chapter 2
Natsu P.O.V
I woke up to the smell of bacon and best smell ever. I get off the bed to find no Luce. I wobble over to the kitchen tired from my mission.
"Good morning Luce." I yell from the dining room hoping she can hear me all the way into the kitchen. "Good morning Natsu." she replies to me. I sit down at the table waiting for my food.I hear Lucy hum a song to herself.
"Natsu come get your food." Lucy yells.
"Luce why can't you bring me my food?" I whine back.
"Because I said so now get your food before it gets cold."
"Fine."I make the long journey from the dining room to the kitchen spotting the plate of eggs,toast and a big pile of bacon with a side of hot sauce. Just how I like it.

We both take our plates and sit to each other at the dining table. I notice that there is different smell to her. I sniff her once not wanting be noticed and something smells off. I take my mind off it maybe she just bought another perfume.
"Luce want to take a job today?" I ask her.
"Sure I guess but before we leave I have something to talk to you about." she says blushing her fingers twirl around one another. I grab her hand and stare into her eyes giving off a charismatic smile
"How come you're blushing Luce?" I tease her.
Her face turning scarlet slaps way my hand "I'm not blushing!"
She starts to pout. She looks so cute. "Come on Luce let's go to the guild to choose a can tell whats important later" I tell her. "Alright." Lucy and I exit the house. :icy wonders behind lost in thought but I take her hand so she just doesn't get left behind.
I kick open the door to see everyone in the right place. Gray and Erza are sitting at a table discussing about something dumb ,Cana is at the bar drinking a barrel, Lisanna and Mirajane are talking to the bar about something,Elfman is saying something about being a man .Lucy lets go of my hand and makes her way towards Gray and Erza.
I walk over to the mission board and look at all the jobs. There are about twelve different missions this month I push Nab to get a better view. "Luce what about this one?" I tell her. It's a job about picking these rare flowers for a person in Hargeon. "Thats sounds easy and it's for 140,000 jewels." Lucy says holding the mission paper. We go up to Mira and tell her about the job.
Lucy P.O.V
Natsu and I are walking out of the guild holding hands heading towards my apartment."So Luce what do you want to talk about?" Natsu asks me. I can feel myself start to get nervous my temperature rises rapidly.
. "First let's go inside my apartment before we leave." I tell him. We head to my apartment. I go inside the kitchen and sit onto the couch. Natsu lays his head onto my lap and I tangle my fingers into his hair.
"Luce do you want to talk about or not? It's fine if you don't." he asks ."I have to tell you. this might be shocking ,okay? I-I-I " I try to say it but I find myself stuttering.
"I'M PREGNANT." I yell my stress is released and a heavyweight leaves my shoulders. Then I feel myself getting pulled into a hug.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" he asks me in a calm voice.
"I just found out yesterday ." I tell him. "Lucy I can't believe it I'm going to be a dad and you are going to be a mom and we're going to have a family." Natsu whispers to me, he hugs me tighter.
"Well Natsu let's go on that mission." I tell him. He kisses me but then after five seconds we end it. "Luce I will protect you and our child for life, you got that?" he tells me looking into my eyes
. " That makes me so happy I love you Natsu." I tell him"I love you too Luce." "You looooooooooooooool each other.' we hear. We turn around to see Happy.
"Happy you better not tell anyone. "My lips are sealed as long as you give me a fish. " Happy tests me. "There is one on the counter. I knew you would find out somehow" I tell him. "Thanks
