"Auggie? Auggie, wake up!"

"What do you want," he grumbled.

"I'm starving," she admitted, sheepishly.

"Seriously! We just had a three course meal four hours ago!"

"Well, I'm sorry I almost threw up just looking at your stupid three course meal!"

"Okay, okay, fine. I'll take you down to the kitchen to get something to eat."

"Thank you."

"How long are we staying here?" she asked, as she wolfed down a PB&J.

"Well, we have to be home by Tuesday, so I figured we would stay for the weekend and head out on Monday."

"Three more full days?! We don't even know if they like me yet! What if they can't stand me?!"

"Would you calm down? They already love you, you're delightful."

"Never tell a woman to calm down! Ever! Do you have a death wish?!"

"Would you pipe down? Everyone else is asleep upstairs."

"Hmmph." She didn't say another word.

"So, What's on the agenda today?" Auggie asked over breakfast the next morning. Thankfully, Annie seemed to be handling the pancakes and sausage well.

"I thought I would take Annie shopping after breakfast. Perhaps get to know each other better," suggested Amanda.

"I'm sure that would be lovely," Annie said with a nervous smile.
