Thank you for reading. I am so happy with the positive response I got for this story. It's been a lot of fun to write. To make things more interesting for all of us, I decided to omit all of the deaths in the last book, including Dumbledore. It means everyone is alive...Hermione's husband could be anyone! Honestly, I have not decided on a pairing yet. I'm a go as I write kind of girl.

I've been looking through the reviews...lol...why are so many people against Ron?

Hermione used the Pensieve to help her review the memory and look for clues, which was not much to go by. All she knew was that she appeared happy and was glowing from her pregnancy. She had looked at the possibility that her husband could be anyone. Maybe she met him already? Hogwarts was a large school. Maybe, she was going to meet him after leaving Hogwarts? Who knows?

Hermione left her room, thinking about what she saw for the millionth time. Neville was walking with her in the future. He was very concern about her condition. Not to mention the bond between them that formed since they met in their first year. They were bullied and teased for being different. She was a Muggle-born, an outsider to some, and he was a pure-blood with a family legacy to uphold. They cared about the other. She wondered if their friendship turned into something more?

The problem was that he was currently dating Luna Lovegood. Hermione wasn't one to steal her friend's boyfriend. If her future husband was Neville, she and him might have gotten together later in life after he and Luna broke up. If so, there was nothing she could do now besides be a good friend to the both of them.

Hermione walked through the portal and journeyed to the Library. The Library was quiet in the late afternoon. She went to a corner and set up her quill and parchment. She was going to list all of the qualities she wanted in her husband.

Children. He has to love children. They were going to have one or…Hermione thought back to her future self's belly. It was big. Maybe she was going to have more than one?! Could she handle that? Giving birth and raising twins or…more?! That's scary!

"Shhh!"

The warning from the librarian pulled Hermione from her thoughts.

"Sorry," she said to the librarian. She didn't realize that she was gasping out loud.

Hermione calmed her racing heart. She reminded herself that she wasn't pregnant yet. There was no reason to make herself nervous. She smiled at her silliness. It wasn't going to happen for years or…it might not! What if her being in the future changed something? What if she won't meet her husband? What if she'll never get pregnant?

"Ow!" Hermione rubbed the tender side of her head.

Luna was standing next to her, holding a strand of hair she just plucked from Hermione's head.

"What was that for?" Beside me secretly thinking your boyfriend will be my husband.

"A snipverta latched on to your head. It was causing a hailstorm of emotions to circulate in you. You were about to erupt before I removed it."

Hermione had no idea what Luna was talking about but thanked her anyways. The temporary pain on her head stopped her train of thought from getting out of control.

Luna offered Hermione the strand of hair back. Hermione stared at the brown curl in her hand. What was she going to do with it? Put it back on her head? If she put it there it was only going to fall out. She opted to put it in her pocket instead.

"What are you doing in here?" Hermione thought it best to start a conversation with Luna. It'll keep her occupied and less likely to experience more anxiety about her future.

"Looking for Pipturs."

"I wish you luck in finding them." Hermione said, although she never heard of them. Much less believed they exist like the rest of the creatures Luna believed were real. "Where's Neville. Shouldn't he be helping you search?"

"We broke up."

Hermione couldn't hide her genuine surprise. "Why? I thought you were…good together."

"His earth aura was not compatible with mines."

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"I have to go now. A Piptur is over there." She whispered as if fearing it would hear her.

Hermione gave Luna a small wave as she left. A few shelves away, Luna crouch her head low and hunched her shoulders. She was staring at something intensely. Hermione sat back in her chair. Was it a coincidence that Luna and Neville happened to break up today of all days? This was the day Hermione decided to allow herself to focus on her future husband. Was the universe giving her a sign?

She had to talk to Neville.

Hermione gathered her things and searched. Neville was easy to find. He was in one of the greenhouses, looking after his plants. He was lost in his work that he didn't noticed she entered the room. She knocked on the opened door to alert him of her presence. He looked up from what he was doing and spotted her.

"Hi, Hermione. What brings you here?"

Hermione went closer to him. "I saw Luna in the library and she told me about you two."

Neville's sad expression it made her regret coming to see him so soon. Maybe they hadn't made their break-up official? It could be too recent for him to talk about it. Luna appeared perfectly fine. She was her usual self. Hermione came to see Neville because she knew how sensitive he was. He was probably depressed and drowning himself in plants to forget about Luna. She was probably making it worse for him by being there. Why didn't she wait? Why?

"You heard about it?"

"I'm sorry." and she meant it. Broke-ups were not easy. She didn't have loads of experience with it but it had to hurt.

"It's nothing to worry about. Me and Luna was a spur of the moment thing and we realized it was better to end it."

"If you need to talk about it - about anything I am here for you."

"Thanks, Hermione."
