Chapter .1.

They arrived in London in early afternoon. They parked at the in the car pack of the convention hall and got ready. Elizabeth was getting dressed in a lovely green dress. Her hair was in curls with a green flower in her hair. She made sure all the kids were going to behave for Kim, who was their apprentice and agreed to watch the children, Elizabeth and John were happy they didn't need to hire someone they didn't know. John was wearing a black tux with an emerald green tie. Elizabeth found him sexy in everything he wore. She loved him so such.

She put her silver dangly earrings in and her silver necklace that John gave her for their 5th wedding anniversary.

"You look beautiful my love, my Beth", John says in her ear

"Thank you. You look quite handsome yourself Jo", Elizabeth says kissing him

John kisses her back.

"We better get going", Elizabeth says

"Let's check on the kids and off we go", John says taking her hand

"Kids we are leaving", Elizabeth calls

"Bye Mummy", Ryan says hugging Elizabeth

"Bye Daddy", Sarah says hugging both her parents

The others say goodbye too. Elizabeth kisses baby Jack goodbye and they get out of their van. Elizabeth looks around and sees a familiar striped motor home.

"Please tell me they aren't here", Elizabeth says groaning

"They might be. Just pretend they are not. This is your night", John says wrapping his arm around her

"I will do that. Like they did me", Elizabeth says, "Stay close to me"

"I will. I won't leave you alone with them if it is them", John says as they walk in

It was time to do this. This was her night. Not theirs hopefully she was at a table away from them…

"Nigel stop moving. There your ready", Marianne says, "Debbie, Donnie are you both ready?"

"Yeh mum we are. I can't believe we are going to this", Debbie says

"It will be excellent to see who won the naturalist of the year award", Nigel says

"Great dad", Debbie says

"Are we going now?" Donnie asks

"Yes. Let's go inside. Everyone behave", Marianne says as they go into the convention hall

"Ah Thornberry's it is good to see you", Mr Walters says shaking Nigel's hand

"You too George. How is the family?" Marianne asks

"Good. They are here too. I can't wait to meet Lady Storm she is spectacular from what I have heard", George Walter says

"So have we but we have never seen her", Marianne says, "Is she here tonight?"

"From what I heard yes. She hasn't arrived yet. You better go find your table", George Walter replies

They say high to a few other people and take a seat at their assigned table.

"This is smashing isn't it", Nigel says as the room fills up slowly

"Riveting", Debbie says bored as

"Nigel look", Marianne says shocked

"What poddles?" Nigel asks

"Isn't that Eliza?" Marianne says looking at the woman in a green dress with red hair

"I believe you are right. She is much older now", Nigel says looking at the daughter he let go

"Great she is here. I bet she lives in London", Debbie says

"I want to see her again", Donnie says, "She was fun"

"Hopefully we will get a chance to talk to her", Nigel says feeling guilty for leaving his youngest daughter alone and not be with them

They have been feeling guilty for years. Leaving her in London was the biggest mistake of their lives. Nigel just trusted his parents word too much when they said Eliza liked it in London. Now they would find out if she did. But the question was will she speak to them?
