"Atchooo!"

The loud sneeze could easily be heard all the way through the thick wooden door. The closed, thick wooden door…. Roy never used to close it, but today he had. When Edward sneezed for the twenty-and-somethinged time in an hour, always followed by someone adding a quiet "bless you", he'd finally had enough.

He had marched through the room; smacked the door closed and went back to avoiding his paperwork, as usual.

But now, three hours later, it seemed as if the coughing had only increased, and if this continued, he would go mad within few hours. He stood up from his desk, walked over to the door, and stuck his head out of it.

"Fullmetal. My office, now." Then he went back to his chair.

The blonde came in right after him, obviously way to sick to be anywhere else than his bed. His nose was bright red, and his eyes clouded, but somehow, he still managed to look cute.

"How are you feeling, Ed? You look like crap…"

"I'm quite well, actually." Roy raised one eyebrow in disbelief. The smaller boy frowned.

"Get to the point bastard, I don't have all day."

The raven haired colonel chuckled slightly.

"This matter actually concerns your health, Fullmetal; I couldn't help but notice that you've been sneezing… a lot today."

"Oh, well I think-"

"I don't really care what you think, just pass that cold on, or go home."

The blonde's face was a mix between anger and confusion. The latter seemed to be more demanding at the moment though, so he asked:

"Pass it on?"

"Yes Edward, have you never heard that you can get rid of a cold by passing it on to someone else?"

"Reeeally…" A sly smile appeared on Edward's face.

"It's just old superstition though, I think the bed is a much more advisable option."

The short boy shuffled closer to the desk.

"Well, I've got a much better idea."

Roy eyed him suspiciously.

"Edward…"

But the blonde just ignored him and lent over the desk, planting a wet kiss on the older man's lips. Roy couldn't seem to drag himself away, but as soon as Ed let go of his mouth, he managed to blurt out:

"What are you doing Ed, not in the office!"

The blonde walked toward the door with a huge smirk. Right before opening it, he turned around and winked at the older man.

"Aw, come on! Admit that you liked it, and I was just following orders anyway…"

"What?!"

"Passing on my cold, sir."
