Her vision came into focus as she opened her eyes a second ago, seeing a concerned and stressed out looking Raphael looking down at her. She sat up in the place she had been taken to, coming face to face with Raphael and the others behind him.

"I am so sorry Raphael," She said, turning her head a slightly other way and her eyes not to match his. She was ashamed after all, and it clearly showed. "Will, you ever find it in your heart to forgive me?"

At the moment, he laid his hand on top of hers without a response but looking up to her with a hopeful expression. With that, the two kissed in front of everyone. Neither one cared about what everyone around them thought, they were only lost in the moment, their moment, considering what had just happened.

The kiss didn't last long, but, just the perfect amount of time. Both came out of the embrace with a slightly sweet and embarrassed smile on their faces, and the two of the pair, both developing a soft, but brightly blended warm blush on thier faces.

"Sorry to interrupt this fine moment between you two, but I believe you will be just fine in no time Lieutenant Y'Gythgba," Fugitoid said to the female Salamandrian while she faced him respectfully to listen. "The venom of the Scorpinoid is all of out of your system, nothing to worry about my dear."

Mona nodded respectfully at the robot. "Thank you. Again, I am truly sorry for all we have done to you. We never should've done that. You have been brave, and loyal warriors to us since day one. I am sorry...noble creatures."

Mona looked down at the floor and was able to see her dirty and slightly damaged shiny turquoise armor on her tail.

"It's okay, Mona Lisa," Raphael told her softly and reassuring. "We forgive you... or at least I, forgive you."

The two Salamandrians shared their goodbyes to the turtles, humans, and the genius robot, before leaving the Ulixies and heading to their own military combat ship.

Sal Commander and Mona arrived in their ship, getting to their separate stations to control the vessel.

As they rose to take off, Mona looked out of the window in front of her to see Raphael standing behind the glass window of his, waving at her slightly, a sad look was displayed on his face that she could clearly see.

She raised her hand up to wave at him and said quietly to herself, "Goodbye...Raphael."

As her commander and close friend, G'Throkka, controlled the ship, heading back to Salamandria, Mona was out of it all.

She waited for the journey home and time to pass while she sat looking out of her large window, thinking.

She thought about the betrayal she performed on one of their closest allies if not...the closest.

The ones who had started off as enemies, and bloomed to so much more. They had fought by the two's side for the last few months, becoming stronger and most trustworthy with each other. Developing friendships, and again, so much more.

Raphael.

She loved him, with all of her heart. The feelings she felt for him were the strongest she ever had, which hurt her even more by the thought of what she did.

But she didn't really have a choice...did she? He had threatened to invade her planet, start a war. The only thing she had to do was, betray the turtles.

As she sat there, lost in a world of her own thoughts, she remembered everything about that day, the day she had to choose between them and her people. The day she had to choose between two things she loved.

Mona Lisa and Commander G'Throkka had arrived at Dregg's disgusting planet that day. The two were assigned a mission by their General: Capture and contain Lord Dregg, and kill him if they had too.

They had flown to that planet and tried to find where he was, although they already had a tracker set up of where his lair was.

Mona remembered the sight, the sounds, and even more...the smell when they first arrived, and it was just as bad as it had been before. All in her life, she had smelt horrible things, but that planet proved to hold the most repulsive smell of all she had ever taken in. It proved even worse to her, considering her sensitive nose.

As the two Salamandrians stealthily walked into the main structure as they found it, they believed it held one of the most feared lord's and figures in the galaxy.

Lord Dregg.

Unfortunately, their mission was unsuccessful.

"Ah, just the two I wanted!"

Mona turned around in the dark room to see where the voice was coming from, and who it was coming from, until a hideous figure came into her view.

"Lord Dregg," She murmured just loud enough for them all to hear.

"Please, you don't want to fight me. You know you'll lose," He had started talking to her and her Commander, but she just bared her teeth at him. "Besides, I have an offer that the two of you might find quite important. So please, hear me out."

"...Lord Dregg, we do not negotiate with the vial and untrustworthy creatures," Commander G'Throkka strictly told the bug, in which Dregg gave an evil smile.

"Believe me, you might want to hear this," Dregg convinced them.

The two Salamandrians walked up to him, but still keeping a safe distance. They waited for Dregg to speak.

"The thing is, you might be pulled into a tough position. But, hey, that's for you..., not me." Dregg shrugged. "You see, me and good friend here, Armaggon, have discovered your close connection with those turtle creatures of yours-"

"We?! You mean me right? That was all me!" A new and larger figure came into view, a humanoid shark creature known as 'Armaggon'.

"...Yes, whatever." Lord Dregg gave him a fierce and menacing look which made the giant shark back down. "We have a deal for the two of you. A choice to be made, if you will. Give us the turtles, trick them here any way you can. You are the only one who can do it. And if you refuse, my troops and fleets with invade your home planet of Salamandria, and will take it over. Destroy and conquer everything you and your species holds close. It's quite simple really. Bring us the turtles, and we won't attack or start a war with you."

For a moment right then, Mona was speechless. How could she choose between the two of them? The place she knows and loves, the place she risks her life every day to protect? And then one of their closest allies. Her closest ally. The one she loved, betray...him? No. She didn't agree with that.

"You monster!" Mona had shouted at him. "What kind of offer is that?!" Mona now was glaring at that hideous bug, her laser sword ready in her hand. She was going to run to attack him with no mercy, but her Commander stopped her from doing so with his arm.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you, Lieutenant Y'Gythgba," G'throkka whispered to Mona, as he was facing Lord Dregg. She too was giving Dregg a more vial look of anger.

"It's up to you really, Salamandrian," Dregg hissed. "You can choose, the easier choice of bringing the turtles to me! Think of it this way...risk your whole planet and the lives of everyone you fight for just to protect those four turtles and those with them. Or, bring them to me. Save the millions of your species and homeworld from the destruction and war from my fleets."

Dregg was now smiling evilly now, gradually laughing louder and louder as the seconds passed by.

Mona didn't give a direct answer immediately to him, and neither Commander G'throkka. They eyed the evil bug down, as he laughed off to the side.

"...So what will it be?"

Back in her spaceship, she realized how stupid she was now. She should've known not to make a deal with that beast. He had his troops ready, and the other Salamandrian warriors also did not know about his troops and the secret threat to their planet. It brought great pain to her heart to think about it, and everything she had done.

Lost in thought for a while, she had not realized that Commander G'Throkka was on the screen in front of her, blocking her view out of her window.

Faded sounds came into focus for her a few seconds later when she came back to the world, and out of her intense land of thoughts. "...Y'Gythgba, are you listening to me?" She finally heard him say.

Mona snapped out of her dazy thoughts to focus on what he just said, but unfortunately, she was not listening to him. "Er, no. Sorry sir, do you mind repeating what you just said?"

G'throkka sighed. "I said that we are going to arrive in Salamandria's military base in not much time at all. As soon as we get in there, we should tell the General what happened, and about the threats still upon us, about Lord Dregg's fleets. Is something on your mind Y'Gythgba?"

"That sounds good sir," Mona agreed. "And yes, I apologize, but something has been on my mind."

"And that is…?" G'Throkka asked.

"I am worried that they haven't forgiven us. Not as much the others in the group, but Raphael. I am nervous that he still is furious at me. I deserve it, he has no reason to not be furious or sympathetic towards me. We betrayed them, and he trusted me more than anyone else in the galaxy. I feel awful."

Mona tried to keep her emotions on the inside when she talked, but they showed right through her like a clear piece of glass. It showed through her voice, her tone. Her colorful, brave and determined eyes, now seemed to look more emotional, and more misunderstood, and G'Throkka recognized it.

"Y'Gythgba, there is no need to worry. From what I have seen and know, Raphael loves you, and you know that. He is a noble creature, he would not ever stay mad at you. You did what you thought was right, even though it may hurt him, it was what you had to sacrifice, the same goes for myself."

"Yes, I understand Commander, but even if it worked, it would have been pointless. They are planning to invade our planet as we speak, and what came out of it? Nothing. How could we have been so stupid? We should've known..." Anger built up inside her, as she talked, and it clearly showed through her voice the same way her emotion showed through.

"Believe me Y'Gythgba...I understand," was all he responded with.

Throughout her window, she saw her home planet come into view. She took in the sight of the large place before their ship dove down at high speeds in a particular direction to the military station.

Authors Note: How was it? Boring? Don't worry, it will get better! :)
