3 months earlier…

I walked up to the front of school, content then edgy for the events happening during the day.

I hurriedly walked down the ramp that leads to the bike sheds. On my way looking at the passing faces of class companions and smiling so they know I've acknowledged them. I continued to walk with speed until I reached my tutor room.

Standing alone, in a corner next to the blue lockers which tower above my head, I wait. The school bell rings and teenagers pile into their classes, some with a temperamental face, but some with an ecstatic face.

I turned away to face the faded cream wall, as the boys in my class came round the corner.

"Ah horse face, how's it going?" one alleged, who laughed alone after he spoke.

I looked at him and smiled as if I was laughing.

"What you're not going to speak?" he walked over to me, chuckling.

"Dan don't get too close, you don't want to catch a disease." Spoke one of him friends.

"Hey, Dan come here!" Shouted Miss Laile.

Miss Laile was a beautiful woman. She was tall, slim, and her face would light up a dark room by just walking into it. Her lengthy, brown hair was cut with layers that fit around her chic dress that fit tightly on neck. Her skinny legs shown underneath her dress.

I walked into class and sat at the back, away from everyone else. Miss Laile approached me, and told me to ignore the boys, that they only tease me because they think I'm pretty. I knew she was lying but it was nice of her to try.
